An update for my babies:3 please comment?

After this eventful afternoon shared between the pirate and the prince down in the doctor's cabin, the two have changed their behavior around each other. Jeongguk has stopped treating Taehyung brutally to the liking of his crew but has plainly threatened everyone who would dare to lay his hands wrongly onto Taehyung.

Wooyoung has cheered for his captain in the back, hitting San's chest cheekily who replied with a fond eye roll, a silent Yunho and a raging Hoseok staring at their captain. Hoseok has hoped, no actually expected to hold higher chances with the gorgeous prince but upon witnessing the shy glances Taehyung took at Jeongguk, he knew he was gone for.

But his heart has already been stolen by beautiful raven and now that Hoseok seemed to have lost, he was raging inside. How was it possible for Jeongguk to turn the game around and conquer Taehyung? When he has been nothing but mean and Hoseok has been nothing but nice.

But the heart chose what it wanted and so, Hoseok had to watch how Taehyung and Jeongguk grew fond of affectionate touches in front of the crew, shy at first but getting more bold after the crew howled at them. The pirates could not deny their affection for the gorgeous prince anymore, deeming him already unofficial part of the crew and making sure to keep an eye of him.

Not many saw him as prisoner anymore.The only times Taehyung was reminded of his status of being different, or their little precious puppy as they preferred to call him, were the times when they attacked trade ships and Taehyung would be locked in Jeongguk's cabin to ensure his safety.

They were pirates after all. The little prince would always become pouty about it and always ignored Jeongguk who could only wipe that adorable pout away by giving Taehyung cuddles and apology kisses to his cheeks. So maybe that was worth it even though people were dying.

Despite these times, Taehyung too forgot that he was a captive. Because he finally felt freedom on the tip of his tongue, free like he has never been before.

How ironic that Taehyung has found freedom in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by the said to be scum of the world and accepted in their lines when the royals, the high society have been doing nothing than pushing him around and using him.

Taehyung did not want to think about the future, all he wanted to do is live in the moment and enjoy the blossoming soft feelings rising in his chest.

The petit raven was standing by the railing, watching the crew members high up in the rigging, joyfully shouting curses at each other and laughing together. How weird that this sight filled Taehyung with happiness now. 

"Might if I join you, my prince?", Taehyung opened his eyes, turning to look into the direction of the one who has spoken to him, a friendly smile being the first thing to greet him. Taehyung returned the smile, bowing his head as an invitation for the man.

"Shall I help you with something, Hoseok Hyung?", Taehyung asked kindly, the second mate was shortly distracted by the younger's beauty before he got himself together. Hoseok has already offered Taehyung on the third day of his forced stay to call him Hyung and Taehyung has been grateful for the friendship the pirate has offered him.

"No no, nothing at all. I wanted to keep you company as I'm off my duties right now", Hoseok told Taehyung, leaning on the railing next to the prince who nodded cutely, his long obsidian locks flying around his face. He looked so adorable with that fluffy mob of hair everyone loved to run his fingers through but especially Jeongguk has been obsessed with his long raven hair.

Taehyung loved to lay his head on Jeongguk's chest in their now sometimes shared bed while the man would be massaging his scalp until Taehyung would fall asleep.

"You wanna get a hair cut soon TaeTae?", Hoseok asked, trading his fingers through Taehyung's locks yet the smaller shock his head. "Everyone seems to love my hair this way and I think I would break San's heart if I cut it. He loves braiding my hair", Taehyung giggled at the end, pointing at one skillful braid to the right side of his head.

"Jeongguk is already so jealous of him", Taehyung giggled, not knowing what a knife he just pierced through Hoseok's heart with these words who smiled tight lipped in response. "You and the captain are close huh", he only said through gritted teeth as his burning jealousy forbid him to say more.

He has never thought about revolting as Jeongguk had a siren on his side and was unbeaten but the thought of the prince being involved with Jeongguk as a lover, sharing the bed together, left Hoseok burning and imagining horrible things.

Hoseok has always been passionate and he especially was passionate when it came to loving someone. His last lover, now dead, has unfortunately discovered this pretty quickly. Because when Hoseok felt like he was wronged, he could turn as deadly as the most dangerous siren.

Except gills and tail of course.

"We are... fond of each other", Taehyung said, not wanting to get deeper into the topic while looking over the sea. "Today is beautiful. I feel like the ocean is stretching endlessly", Taehyung decided to change the topic, Hoseok of course noticing it but he too didn't want to talk about his captain.

After all, he wanted to enjoy the moments where he had Taehyung entirely to himself.

"Indeed. It's so peaceful. I've always loved watching the sea. It's like millions of sapphires are sparkling up to me", Hoseok said and Taehyung glanced at him surprised. "How poetic for a pirate", the raven teased Hoseok who huffed before tickling Taehyung's side.

The smaller squealed, jumping away from Hoseok's touch with a happy glint in his eyes before returning to his previous position. Hoseok stared at Taehyung's gorgeous side profile and found himself being lost in his favorite daydream. Of Taehyung and him being together. 

Taehyung on the other side narrowed his eyes because he felt like seeing a dark spot on the horizon, nudging Hoseok's shoulder to get his attention. "Look, Hyung. Don't you think that silhouette looks like a ship?", Taehyung asked, pointing into the direction of the shadow and Hoseok followed his finger.

His eyes widened before his face turned hard. "I'm sure it's nothing, Tae", Hoseok quickly said before gently turning Taehyung around. "Why don't you go search for Yunho and use your puppy eyes on him to get a cookie? I'm sure he has still some from last stop", Hoseok said and Taehyung's eyes lit up by the mentioning of his favorite treat.

"Thanks for the tip, Hyung!", Taehyung chirped happily, completely forgetting about the discovery he just made because he like, really wanted to have a cookie. Maybe Yunho will be nice enough to let him have one.

Hoseok on the other side watched Taehyung skip away before he turned on his heels to quickly run over to Jeongguk. Because the discovery was not a good sign at all.

Because Hoseok has recognized the ship to be the one frequently following them which was never a good sign.
