After a couple turns down tree-lit roads, Madelyn Gilmore arrived at the Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital, a building that appeared much like a castle. She parked her car beside one of the autumn-kissed gardens, and grabbed her purse before heading inside. First thing on her to-do list was to meet Dr. Cuddy in her office, but by the size of the place, she knew it wouldn't be an easy find. 

Upon entering, Madelyn found herself lost in a sea of doctors and nurses swarming the floors. Afraid to interrupt their busy schedules, Madelyn stood in place hoping to locate Dr. Cuddy's office on her own, but it was quickly becoming unsuccessful. Behind her she heard what could be dozens of different conversations happening all at once, but only one voice was loud enough to fully understand. Right then, she was tapped on the shoulder, 

"Hey there," a deeper voice spoke from behind, "you look lost." Madelyn turned around and saw a handsome, young doctor with a kind looking smile. 

"That obvious?" she asked reluctantly, with a slight look of embarrassment. The doctor chuckled and shrugged her comment off, as if to tell her it's no big deal. 

"Well, maybe I can help you? What or who are you looking for?" 

"Dr. Lisa Cuddy. I'm supposed to meet her in her office at 9. I'm a new hire." Madelyn confessed. The doctor nodded his head, and offered to take her.

 Cuddy's office turned out to be closer than Madelyn expected, but she knew it would've still been near impossible had the kind doctor not have showed up when he did. 

"Thank you so much, doctor..." 

"Foreman," He added, smiling, "it was nice meeting you, doctor..."

"Gilmore." Madelyn replied with a laugh. "Take care, and maybe I'll see you around." Dr. Foreman nodded and held up one of his hands to gesture goodbye. 

"Good luck. I think she'll like you." He encouraged before heading back down the hallway. Madelyn remained standing outside the office door, blushing. She felt thankful for such a kind, first interaction with someone here. She hoped Dr. Cuddy would like her, and that this job was going to suit her.
