With the loud buzzing sound of the alarm ,I woke up to get ready to office.I finished all my morning chores and took a long soothing shower.I decided to go with my usual churidhar..Applying kajal and lip gloss , I got ready for the office..

    As it is already 9 I skipped my breakfast and bid a quick bye to mom and sister and hurried to office.Shitt!!! I'm waiting for the past 10 mins now and I see no sign of bus coming.Its already 9.10 and I have an important meeting at 9.30.its a fifteen minutes drive only...But the problem is the bus now.I got nervous as the other 5 minutes passed with no bus.. I decided to take an auto and wandering the road to find an auto.as its the office time all autos are already full with passengers...Cursing my stars I  continued to search for an auto.

With a sudden break , a car came to an halt near the bus stop ..All heads turned automatically to that  car..as I was busy catching the auto,I paid least attention to it.I'm still wandering trying to stop every passing autos  ..when I saw an auto without passengers I almost ran to stop that auto.  But in my Hurry I bumped onto someone..mumbling a quick sorry I passed that person and fled to catch that auto. But that auto speeded In a second. .."stupid..is he flying a flight ? Why this much speed man ? " I vent out my frustation on that poor man in my mind...While I was busy cursing that poor man on my mind, I noted someone's gaze on me. ..when I turned my head to find that person, my jaw almost touched the floor...there stood a man who seemed like he's straight out of the business magazine cover..I could see all girls ogling him and men ogling his car.

"Hey Riya.. Need a ride ?"

I was beyond shocked .how in earth did he know my name.I still cant believe that he's talking to me.I did not even listen what he said.

"Hello. Hello .Ms.Riya.I asked you something "

His voice brought me out of my shocked state. ." wh...what ..did you ask ?" shit Riya.why are stuttering .I mentally cursed myself ..

"Do you need a ride?"

Though I badly need it ,i can't accept it from a stranger ...
"no thanks "
To my luck,I spot my  bus coming.Thanking god,I hoped in the bus.

Meeting is at 9.30 and here I'm entering the office at 10'o clock.you are soo finished Riya.My strict manager will give a good  lecture on punctuality today.

I ran to the meeting hall and stood outside.  I heard no sound from it..why is this dead silent ? Is nobody in there? Should I see or not? Should I enter or leave? Ohh god !! What will I do now....

My manager already informed me that this meeting is very important and some important person is going to attend and ordered us all to be punctual.

No I'll just leave.I will say I had some fever or what so ever reason..I know I lost my mind and thinking like a school student.but I can't think straight now..thats it.I'll just leave.

I turned and walked towards the elevator.I hit the ground floor button and started cursing the bus driver in my mind.I reached the exit gate ..when I was about to step out,watch man came running to me .

"Riya madam...Riya madam"

"Yes brother.how many times I told you to call me just  by my name"

But nervousness replaced his usual chirpy face..
"You manager called you Riya.it seems like something important..He himself ran to Me and asked me to inform you that you should meet him immediately ..

Whaatttttt!!! My palms started sweating with the fear of losing my new found precious job..'.no Riya...you are stronger than this.You can face this'....

Mustering all my courage,I went to the tenth floor of the office where my manager cabin is

"Excuse me sir"

"Come in what have you got into by yourself Riya? I warned you about this meeting ,didnt I?"

"Sir,my usual bus abandoned me in the last minute ..I can't even find an auto, sorry sir"

"Riya,you've always been punctual .curse your luck.Today the meeting is with the CEO's son who's soon going to take that position from his father. curse your luck again..he never visits office .but when he does he expects utmost professionalism from us.He asked you to meet him in person"..

Trying to process his every word, I stood there dumbfounded...

"Will he fire me?" Is all I could ask..

"He's a man of mood Riya.I already did my lawyer job for you .I said you are always punctual and today is the first day that it happend.so let's hope for the best.don't even waste a second here..run to his office "

I ran to the elevator and hit the 20th floor no of my office for the first time.That floor is of CEO's and going to that floor is considered a pride in my office .only very top managing officials  will visit that floor...

The elevator door opened signing me that I should get out of it now.I wanted to run to some hills and stay there my entire life .God.why is this so much difficult..But I can't run.I need this job.I need this job for my family .

I informed the personal assistant of CEO,that I was asked to meet him..

"yeah !! Im informed already..Go in"

"God ..please help me ..be strong Riya..." Chanting this in mind I knocked the door which had a  board and  bold Golden letters reading CEO engraved in it...

"Come in" came the most authoritative voice I've ever heard ..

I opened the door to find the most unexpected person in that seat.What will happen now?You will be fired for sure Riya !!!!!!!! ,screamed my mind.
