Chapter [6]
Stupid
^^^^^^^

Skeleton sat in the drawing room, a piece of paper in front of him, a black pen to the left of it.

It began as a little drawing at first, one to show his hatred for Wither Skeletons, and how they attacked his family.
It soon began filling the whole page, a picture of him in front of his family with the bow that they'd given him as a birthday gift. Scribbles of black portraying the Wither Skeletons.

It wasn't his best drawing, he just wanted to scribble about his distress.

"What are those supposed to be?"

Skeleton jumped; he hadn't heard Wither enter the room.

"Nothing! Nothing..."

Wither looked at the drawing for a moment more, before leaving the room with a small 'hmm'.

~~~~~
Wither could easily tell that those we're supposed to be Wither Skeletons, and the others were people he cared about. It was also obvious that the person in the middle was supposed to be him, judging by the glowing bow and the ring. Also, the stuttering when he was around, the flinching; it was pretty damn obvious.
Not all of us are evil.
Not all of us are violent.
But he won't see that. Not unless..- not unless I prove it to him.
I can't have a roommate that's just scared of me. That'll just make me feel terrible.
And that was that. Wither had decided that he was going to prove to Skeleton that not all Wither Skeletons are evil. He was determined to become his friend.
But little did he know that he'd be more than that.
~~~~~

Skeleton couldn't sleep that day. The only reason he slept yesterday was due to all the running that he had done.
Maybe it was the fact that his family was attacked by Wither Skeletons.
Maybe it was the fact that a Wither Skeleton was sleeping but a few doors across from him.
Maybe it was because he didn't help his family when he had the chance.

But little did he know, that one bow shot changed everything.

~~~~~
Wither couldn't sleep either, he was too busy experimenting with potions, and trying to figure out what to do to get Skeleton to trust him even a little bit more.
Flowers? No, that'll look like I'm asking him out.
I can just ask him to join in our games. The only one he's actually scared of is me.
Maybe I can incorporate Zombie into this plan. Skeleton seems to like him more than the others.
But that could just be because he met him first and had more time to spend with him.
Ugh. Why did he have to be scared of me? Why am I even making it my problem?
~~~~~

Skeleton still couldn't sleep, so he put on his helmet and snuck out the back door. The sunlight shone on anything and everything that it touched, giving a sense of peace and beauty.
Skeleton had been told this earlier, and was glad that humans didn't spawn here.
He watched the flowers gently blow in the breeze, watching the leave flutter down from the trees.
Such a relaxing scenario.
Or it was for him until Wither came up to him.

"Why are you out here? You could burn."

He said, stating the obvious and making Skeleton jump. Again, another things that didn't go amiss by Wither.

"Don't care."

Skeleton said, looking down at the marigold that he had picked.

"Better question, why do you care?"

Wither didn't answer, only coming to sit down next to him. Skeleton would just prefer it if he went away.

"Go away."

"No."

Skeleton stood up and walked away, leaving Wither alone.
He went towards the forest, his left hand catching on fire and smouldering slightly as he continued walking.
It hurt him but there was no way he was going to ask a Wither Skeleton for help.
Stupid Wither Skeleton.

~~~~~
Stupid Skeleton.
Wither didn't move, not bothering to go catch up with him.
He's gonna fucking burn and I guarantee he's not gonna ask me for help.
And he was right.
And he needs sleep as well. I don't, you know, hacker life, but normal mobs sleep in the day.
He was also right.
