14 years ago....

Today was the day that a baby shower will be held for the Italian Donna, who is now currently pregnant with the youngest child of the De Luca family.

Everyone was excited to meet the baby, except for Aria De Luca. She knew that the baby would steal most of the family's attention from her.

The Donna was now five months and was able to reveal the gender of the baby.

Three hours passed by and the party was soon coming to an end.

It was now the time for the gender revealing for the baby.

As the chef placed the cake in front of the Donna and handing her a knife, she begin cutting the cake and soon pink candy was revealed.

This meant the Donna was having a girl.

Everyone cheered and started congratulating them.

It surprised everyone as they saw the ruthless Don and Donna crying in each other's arms.

The siblings were all happy and excited to meet their unborn baby sister soon.

Aria was outraged after learning that the new baby would be a girl.

Sadly, if only they knew that they losing not one, but two of their princesses.

*After the party*

"Sarah, I'll be back soon. Those fucking idiots messed up the shipments." Lorenzo said with a angry and tired voice

"But, you promised to rest and spend time with me and the baby." Sarah said sadly

"I'll come back as quickly as I can." Lorenzo said

Kissing Sarah on the cheek, he left and closed the door.

Sighing, Sarah looked down at her baby bump and started rubbing it.

"Looks like, it's just you and me, sweetie." Sarah said with a motherly smile

Hours passed by and it was now midnight.

Feeling hungry, Sarah woke up and started heading to the kitchen while trying not to wake the kids.

Sarah didn't notice that the three year old triplets were following right behind her.

Just as Sarah reached the stairs, she suddenly felt someone behind and was pushed down the stairs.

While stumbling down the stairs, Sarah tries her hardest to protect her unborn child.

The sleepy Regina and Ross were following behind Aria and heard a noise.

Running to the stairs, they saw Aria smiling and their mother, at the bottom of the stairs, bleeding.

"MOMMY." They yelled

"Why did you push mommy down the stairs? She's bleeding bad." Ross said while sobbing

"I'm going to get our big brothers." Regina said

As turned around, she heard other thud and turned back to see Ross, right next to their mother, unconscious.

Just before the boys came, Aria started crying while Regina stood there in shock and looking looking her sister after she did.

Hearing that, the boys rushed out of their rooms to see their sisters at the stairs.

Moving a little bit closer, they saw their mother bleeding and unconscious with their little brother beside her.

"WHAT HAPPENED?" Angelo yelled

Before Regina could answer

"It was Gina. She pushed mommy and roro down the stairs and tried to push me down the stairs too. She said that the baby didn't deserve to be in the family." Aria said while running over to one of her brothers

"I didn't-"

Before Regina could finish, she felt a stinging feeling on her right cheek.

"You monster." Angelo said while looking at her with disgust and disappointment

"Hearing the sound of the door opening, all of them turned their heads and heard their father yelling.

"Sarah! Ross!" Lorenzo yelled

Running over to his bleeding wife and unconscious son, he looked upstairs at the kids.

"What happened?" Lorenzo asked angerly

None of them answered

"I ASKED WHAT HAPPENED." Lorenzo yelled while looking furious

One of his sons stepped forward.

"It was Gina, who did it." He said

"Daddy, it wasn't me. Please, believe me." Regina said while tears ran down her face

Ignoring his daughter's pleas, Lorenzo picked up Sarah while Angelo picked up Ross and rushed out of the house with Aria and the boys behind.

They left Regina right next to a pool of her mother's blood.

Heartbroken

That was what Regina felt right now.

No one believed her one bit and never gave her the chance to explain.

Running to upstairs to her room, Regina cried her heart out until she felled asleep.

Lakewood  Hospital

Lorenzo paced back and forth while worrying for his wife, unborn daughter, and his youngest son.

Thinking back to Regina, Lorenzo was furious at what she had did.

Snapping out of of his thoughts, Lorenzo saw the doctor walking towards them.

"Doctor, how are they?" Lorenzo asked worriedly

Seeing the doctor was with their father, the boys and Aria came behind and listened to what he was going to say.

"Your son will be fine. He hit his head pretty hard and won't be waking up for a few days. I'm really sorry to inform you, but the baby didn't make. Your wife's stomach took in too much of the  impact while falling down the stairs which caused a miscarriage and again I'm sorry."

After saying, the doctor turned and left, to let the family grieve for their loss.

Like that, all of them broke down crying while Aria was secretly smiling after hearing those words.

Just yesterday, they were celebrating that a new baby girl coming into the family, only to have their hearts broken from hearing the news.

A seed of hatred was soon plant in their hearts, because Regina had killed their unborn daughter and sister while not knowing that it was Aria.

Bless their souls, when they find out the truth.
