Felix: We met Rheyna a long time ago. She was being harassed by old people. Zeke and I just finished strolling down the hills. That's when we heard her scream. You see, Zeke is a different kind of boy. He'd do anything just for somebody's safety. We followed her screams and that's when we saw her. Four men were surrounding her while she was almost half naked. We managed to save her from them. That's the beginning of our friendship. Ever since then the three of us began to be friends. Zeke and Rheyna began to be so close to each other that he tends to forget about me too. I was so jealous but I was the oldest. So i forced myself to understand. That's when Zeke told me he was slowly falling for her. I, of course was happy about that. So i let him enjoy. Then I decided to ask him to join me and have a walk. We spoke. We enjoyed. We didn't know that was our last time talking to each other. We went to his castle but saw that it was so chaos. Zeke went inside his castle to look for his father. I was left outside because I was attacked by a soldier. I eventually won and went inside his castle but I was too late.

Skye: What happened?

Felix: All i saw was Rheyna was holding him tight, while holding the dagger in her hand while crying. Then I saw him on her arms, lifeless. Blood everywhere. That's where our friendship started to fall apart. I was so angry. And you can't blame me for hating her.

Skye: I am... So sorry.

Felix: It's alright. *Chuckles dryly*

They both heard a tired groan and they looked at Rheyna who was slowly gaining her consciousness. Felix went up to her and placed his hand on her head.

Rheyna: F-Felix...?

Felix: I'm here.

Rheyna: Felix...

Skye: I'm afraid I'll have to go now.

Felix: Okay. Thank you for your help.

Skye bowed and left the room. Not forgetting to close the door behind him. Felix turned his attention back to her. Rheyna tiredly opened her eyes. Hey vision was blurry but then slowly turning clear.

Rheyna: Felix?

Felix: It's okay Rheyna I'm here. What do you feel?

Rheyna: Ugh...

She tried to sit up and Felix helped her do that. She groaned and held her head. Her head hurts. Pounding like crazy.

Felix: Why don't you lay down for a moment?

Rheyna laid on the bed signing in pain. Felix took a chair on the corner of the room and sat on it near the bed watching her closely.

Felix: Why would you do that?

Rheyna: Huh?

Felix: Why would you slit your wrist?

Rheyna turned her head away from him as her eyes got teary once again.

Felix: Don't turn away Rheyna, why would you do that to yourself?

Rheyna: Thought it was what you all wanted.

Felix: What came through your head?

Rheyna: Everything. Everything you all have said to me.

She said and stood up from the bed, ignoring the pounding pain in her head, as she leaned on the balcony railing. Felix stood up from his chair and watched her closely.

Felix: What do you mean?

Rheyna: Don't play dumb Felix. You know exactly what I mean. This is why I was begging you to kill me. But you didn't do it. *Chuckles dryly* I'm guessing why you didn't is because you want me to suffer all my life right?

Felix: C'mon Rheyna that's not I wanted to do-'

Rheyna: What exactly did you want to do?

She faced him with her eyes teary.

Felix: Rheyna-

Rheyna: I want you to tell me why, you didn't kill me last night. Give me your reasons.

Felix: I didn't want to-

Rheyna: Because you don't want to be like me?

She cut his words off.

Felix: C'mon you know that is not what I mean-

Rheyna: Then TELL ME!!!

She yelled out, her tears leaving her eyes.

Rheyna: Why did you not kill me?! I was begging you to kill me but you didn't, why?! Because you don't want to end up like me?! Or is it because you pity me?! God I shouldn't have done that night with you! I shouldn't have kissed you that night and slept with you if this is all I'm gonna have in the end!

She continued to punch his chest. He just let her be. He let her anger come out. He didn't even try to stop her. She continued to weakly punch his chest while crying.

Rheyna: I don't want to live like this anymore! If you don't want me here just say the word and I'll leave! I'll leave this world for good! Kill me now! I am begging you please.... I can't handle this anymore.

She cried and fell on her knees.

Rheyna: I killed Zeke! I know so that's why I'm asking you to kill me because that's what you want! That's what you all want right?! Everybody hates me and I get that that's why I want to be away from this world! I want to be dead! *Cries*

Felix sighed softly and kneeled down to her level. He hesitated but he wrapped his arms around her.

Rheyna: Let me go... Let me go...! *Weakly* Let me go....

She tried to push him but he didn't even budge. She just let herself melt in his arms and cried. Felix hugged her tighter and nuzzled her face in his neck.

Felix: Shh, it's okay. You're okay hmm? Calm down.

She cried on his shoulders. Too weak to even fight back. That's all she did all her life, she fought back but she never won. Guess it's better to just stay down. She leaned her head on his shoulders as he rocked their body back and forth slowly. He felt her breathing come back to normal and her cries died down, her body getting heavy and that's when he decided to carry her. He laid her in bed and he lays beside her. He proped his elbow and watched her sleep. She looked like a total mess. Her honey skin is now pale and dark bags were under her eyes. Her lips were pale. He signed heavily and laid beside her. Watching her breathe slowly. Her chest heaving up and down. He signed and faced the ceiling. He heard her shuffle and face the other side giving him the full look of her back.

He narrowed his eyebrows when he saw a purplish thing on her back. It looked like a bruise. He touched it and she flinched on her sleep. He also felt it was swollen. Where did she get it though? He signed and shrugged it off. He'll ask her tomorrow. He hesitated but he wrapped his arms around her she pulled her close. He nuzzled closer on her nape and inhaled her sweet, and strawberry like smell.

(Morning)

Felix woke up when he heard the sound of vomiting in the bathroom. He opened his eyes and saw that he was alone in the bed, but he heard Rheyna puking in the bathroom so he went to the bathroom immediately and saw her bent over the sink and vomiting.

Felix: Hey, Rheyna are you okay?

He pushed her hair back and held it in his one hand while the other free hand was patting her back.

Felix: Let it all out.

She panted heavily and puked more. Once she was done, she rinsed the dirty puke away and she rinsed her mouth.

Felix: Are you okay?

Rheyna: *Sniffs* Yeah I am.... Just had a bad stomach ache I think.

Felix: Do you need a doctor?

Rheyna: No. I'm okay.

She said and went to the bed. She sat on the bed with a big sigh leaving her lips. Felix sat on the bed beside her and moved her hair away.

Felix: What are you feeling?

Rheyna: A bit dizzy but I'll be fine.

Felix put his hands on her neck and forehead but she doesn't have any fever.

Rheyna: Felix I'm okay. Don't worry about me. I'm fine.

Felix: Well, are you hungry?

Rheyna: Yes.

Felix: Let's clean up then. Don't want my mother scolding us both like we're kids right?

Rheyna: *Chuckles* Yeah.

Felix: Go on. Clean yourself up.

She nodded and left him in the bed. While she closed the bathroom door, he signed heavily. He went to the closet and picked his outfit for the day and for hers too. While he was picking some outfit, he noticed a paper slip out. He picked it up. He narrowed his eyebrows when he saw it was just a plain piece of paper. He shrugged and crumbled it and throw it in the trash bin. What was that paper anyway?

(Dining table)

Everyone was eating their breakfast. Valinrina was watching her intensely. Arthur noticed and he cleared his throat and wiped his mouth with a napkin.

Arthur: Uhh dear? What's the matter? Is the food not good?

Valinrina: No the food is fine. So! Rheyna!

She flinched when she playfully-but is holding a bit of anger voice-to her.

Valinrina: How's everything been dear?

Felix looked at her.

Rheyna: Everything is fine my Queen.

Valinrina: Oh? I'm glad. But what was the noises I heard last night?

Both tensed up with that question. Arthur and Valinrina noticed.

Arthur: Did something bad happen?

Rheyna: Uhh-

Felix: Nothing bad happened don't worry.

Valinrina: Really? Then what's that on your wrist?

Rheyna looked down and saw her bandage were showing. She pulled her sleeve more and hide her hands over the table.

Arthur: Oh my Rheyna are you okay? What happened?

Rheyna: Nothing happened really.

Valinrina: Do you think we will believe that? That lie of yours? *Chuckles* You are so low.

Felix: Mother.

Valinrina: Why? Did I say something offensive yesterday?

Felix looked at her with confusion then to Rheyna who was only looking down fiddling with her sleeves.

Felix: Rheyna, what is she talking about?

Felix asked her softly.

Valinrina: Go on, tell him.

Rheyna: It's... It's nothing Felix.

Felix: Rheyna please...

Valinrina: You don't want to? Okay, fine. I just told her not to be so irritating.

Felix: What?

Valinrina: Is that the reason why you slit both of your wrists? Tch unbelievable. You are so weak. Can't even take an insult.

Felix: Mother would you stop?!

He raised his voice. Valinrina just rolled her eyes and sipped her wine. Rheyna stood up.

Rheyna: E-excuse me I-I have to go...

She wiped the tear that slipped from her eyes. Valinrina rolled her eyes and shook her head. Rheyna then walked away and then ran when she was far away. Felix called out to her. But she ignored it. Felix looked at her mother with so much hate.

Felix: You're unbelievable. Rheyna! Rheyna! Come back! Wait!

He called out while running towards her. Arthur wanted to follow them.

Valinrina: Let them be.

Arthur: Why would you do that?

Valinrina: It's none of your concern my love. Let's just enjoy our breakfast.

Valinrina continued to eat. Arthur looked at her with disbelief. Meanwhile Rheyna was walking away while wiping her tears. Felix was behind her calling out for her but she was ignoring him. He catched up and grabbed her wrist which she pried off. Felix grabbed her wrist again and pulled her close to him.

Rheyna: Let me go!

She tried to pry his hands off but he held her closer to him and snaked his on her waist and pulled her close to him, well, more like clashed their bodies together. She looked at him wide eyes while he looked at her with frustration and concern.

Rheyna: Let me go.

Felix: Not until you tell what my mother told you yesterday.

Rheyna: Why do you even care?

Felix: Because you're my wife.

She looked at him. Surprised. But it seems like Felix didn't regret what he said.

Rheyna: What did you say?

Felix: Because you are my wife. And nobody has the audacity to insult you. Because they don't have the rights to do so.

He asked, offended and surprised that she yelled at him. He saw her regret what she did. But yet tried to look tough.

She said getting closer. Eyeing him straight in the eye. Felix raised his one eyebrow and clenched his jaw.

Felix: Watch, who you're talking to Rheyna.

Rheyna: I always have.

She placed her forehead on his forehead, challengingly. As if she wants to fight.

Felix: *Scoffs* Well looks like I have to teach you a lesson.

He said and carried her on his shoulder. She yelped and wiggled around. She hit his back a few times but he was not bothered. He brought her to their bedroom and closed the door and threw her in the bed. Making her yelp in surprise. She bounced on the bed and she crawled away when he was crawling towards her. Her back hit the headboard and he leaned closer. He placed both his on the wall, trapping her.

Felix: Not so tough now are you?

Rheyna: Let me go.

Felix: It's not that easy. If you apologize, I'll let you go.

Rheyna: I have already apologized multiple times to you but you never let me go. You never forgive me-

Felix: For killing Zeke? Who would? Who would forgive a killer like you?

Rheyna: See? You see? The words that are coming out of your mouth doesn't just hurt me. But it reminds how you all just hate me so much that it made me harm myself-

Felix: Nobody told you to harm yourself but you did it yourself-

Rheyna: Because of you!

Felix: You do not YELL AT ME!!

Rheyna: I WANT TO!! I'M TIRED OF STAYING SILENT AND I'M TIRED OF PEOPLE INSULTING ME!!

Felix: IF THAT'S SO THEN WHY CAN'T YOU TELL WHAT MY MOTHER TOLD YOU?!

Rheyna: WHY DO YOU CARE ANYWAY?! NOT LIKE YOU WILL TALK TO YOUR MOTHER ABOUT IT! IF YOU JUST WANT TO PITY ME THEN GO AHEAD!! AND TELL THE WHOLE WORLD THAT I KILLED ZEKE!!

Silence was heard. She put her hands on her mouth when she realized what she said.

Felix: You have the nerves to say that.

He leaned closer while clenching his fists. She backed away with fear.

Felix: It's you who killed him and you got the nerves to speak to him like that?

Rheyna: F-Felix I-I am so sorry I didn't mean to-

Her head turned to the side when she felt large hand hit her cheek. He just slapped her. She placed her hand on her cheek that was stinging.

Rheyna: F-Felix-

Felix: Shut up!

He yelled. She flinched at his sudden outburst.

Felix: Fine. Endure the pain yourself. All i was trying to do was help you. Guess you don't need it. Enjoy being in pain.

Then he left her alone in the bed. He slammed the door and she alone. Once again. She cried silently. She ruined everything again. Meanwhile Felix was walking towards the training room where the soldiers were training. He busted the door open making them all flinch.

Felix: Get out! Leave me and my friends alone.

The soldiers were hesitating.

Felix: What are you all waiting for?! I SAID GET OUT!!!

He screamed that it echoed through the walls.

Draken: You heard him everybody! Go on! You can leave for now!

They bowed their heads and proceeded to leave. Once they all had left and when the door was closed. Felix signed and picked up the wooden stick on the floor. He paced around the room, looking angry. His eyes burning in anger and his jaw clenched. He yelled and hit the wooden stick on the wall making it split on half. That sudden outburst made them all-meaning Skye, Jonathan, Nathaniel, and Draken-flinch.

Draken: Now what's the problem again?

Felix: Rheyna! She's always the problem!

Draken: What happened?

Felix: Well what happened was all I did was trying to help her and defend her from my mother's insults but guess she didn't need it! Argh! She really doesn't fail to irritate me!

Draken: Okay first of all, calm down. Second of all, what happened?

Felix: Mother was starting something when we were having breakfast. Said something mean to Rheyna and I was just trying to stop my ignorant mother from talking about further and she ran away and I was trying to talk to her but she just keeps pushing me away!

Draken: Felix, you both had a hard time. Especially her. Now you're confused why she's pushing you away?

Felix: That's why I tried to change myself!

He yelled. The scream echoed through the walls. It made them silent.

Felix: I tried! To change myself for the better! Tried to lower my walls because I wanted things to be better but NOTHING CHANGED!!! NOTHING HAS EVER CHANGED AND NOTHING WILL CHANGE!

Draken: Felix, she's your wife. Give her a second chance to explain herself-

Felix: I JUST CAN'T!!!

Draken: You're not even trying-

His words were cut off when Felix took out his dagger and pointed it towards Draken. Who was standing there clearly surprised.

Felix: You don't get to say that. You have no idea how much I have tried. I tried to be better for everything! I tried to become a better person for this whole Kingdom and for people of Lazica and Nyland!

Felix stared at the ground with his tears filling his eyes, Skye approached him, before looking at him with sympathy in his blue eyes. Felix's golden colored eyes was filled with tears that was spilling from his eyes to his cheeks to his chin. Skye signed and patted his shoulder before leaving him alone. Felix sobbed and fell on his knees.
