I woke up at around 8am, which made me jump out of bed as I usually wake up somewhere in between 7 and 7:30am. I used the bathroom and quickly freshened up and got ready.

As soon as I walk out the room, I am met with the smell of pancakes.

'Yummy.' I said with a smile on my face approaching Neymar who was wearing a chef's apron.

'Hey.' he said giving me a quick kiss. 'I turned your alarm off. Thought you deserve a few more minutes of sleep.' he said with a smile on his face.

'Aren't we going to be late?' I asked worried.

'Stop worrying so much.' he chuckled. 'You've been on time everyday. No one's going to say anything.' he laughed.

'Is Davi awake?' I asked scanning around.

'No.' he shook his head. 'Can you go wake him up, please?'

'Me?' I asked surprised.

'Yes?'

'Okay, yeah, I can do that.' I said nodding my head.

'I love you.' he said laughing, giving me another kiss before I made my way to Davi's room.

I quietly entered and crouched down next to the bed.

'Davi.' I gently caressed his arm. 'Come on, we gotta go.' I said quietly.

He started moving, slowly opening his eyes.

'Hey, good morning.' I said smiling.

'Good morning.' he said a smile growing on his face.

'Come on.' I said standing up. 'Get ready. Ney made breakfast.'

'I'll be right there.' he said getting up.

I exited the room and went back into the kitchen. Neymar was talking on the phone so I chose to remain quiet so he can finish his conversation.

'Olha, Irina está aqui!' he said smiling and turning the phone around.

On the screen it was a FaceTime call with Carolina Dantas, Davi's mother. We follow eachother on instagram but we've never spoken.

'Olaaaaa!' she said with a big smile on her face. 'Tudo bem?'

'Ola, sim, como vai?' I returned the smile.

'Está tudo bem.'

'Did you manage to wake up Davi?' Ney asked turning the screen back towards him.

'Yes, he's getting ready.' I said, taking a seat at the table.

'Estamos esperando o Davi e depois vamos para o centro de treinamento. Vou mantê-lo atualizado.' (We're waiting for Davi and then we're going to the training centre. I'll keep you updated.) Ney said.

'Ok, divirtam-se!' (Okay, you guys have fun!) Carolina said. 'Tchau Irina, beijos!'

'Tchau, se cuide!' (Bye, take care!) I said making kissing noises.

After awhile, Davi came out all ready so we quickly ate and stepped outside into the parking lot.

'I'll see you guys there.' I said walking towards my car.

'Can I come with you?' Davi asked.

'Sure, yeah.' I nodded. 'Is that okay?' I looked at Neymar waiting for his approval.

'Of course.' he said smiling.

Ney got into his car while me and Davi got into mine. We turned the music on and I started this little race for Davi, leaving before Neymar.

The drive wasn't very long, and it was filled with laughter and singing from the both of us, with Neymar trying to overcome us now and then but had no chance in doing so.

We got there before Ney and parked the car. We decided to wait for him, and after a while his car appeared in the parking lot.

'Impressive.' he said getting out of the car and walking towards us.

'She's so good at driving.' Davi said with a smile on his face.

'Did you doubt me for a second?' I said turning my head towards him with my eyebrows frowned.

'No, no.' he said shaking his head smiling. 'Maybe.' he laughed.

We walked in, greeting the receptionist and went our separate ways, me towards my office and Ney and Davi towards the changing rooms.

As soon as I entered the office, I was met with Luca, who stood up and walked towards me.

'Good morning sunshine, details please.' he said while hugging me and then taking a seat on the couch.

I sat at my desk and started telling him everything that has happened since I got to Ney's house and till I got here.

'No way you met Carolina too.'

'I didn't meet her officially. Just spoke to her.' I said shrugging my shoulders.

'That's like a big step.'

'I know.'

We started going through some of the things we had to do today and signed a few things. My phone started ringing, so I quickly picked it up when  Neymar's name popped on the screen.

'Did something happen?' I asked worried.

'It's Davi, no. Can you come get me? I want to stay with you.' Davi said.

'Yeah sure, I'll be right there.' I said and ended the call, getting up.

'Mother duties.' Luca said laughing.

'Hey, don't.' I said looking at him with a serious look on my face. 'I'm serious. No silly jokes around him, please.'

'Alright.' he said smiling. 'Mommy.'

I left the room shaking my head and walking towards the pitch. As soon as I got there and Davi saw me, he ran towards me and wrapped his arms around me, every player's attention turning towards us.

'Hey there.' I said hugging him back. 'Got bored watching your dad train?' I asked laughing.

'I guess.' he said shrugging his shoulders.

Ney quickly rushed towards us with a worried look on his face.

'Did something happen?' he asked.

'No.' Davi said. 'I just wanted to go with Irina.'

'Is that okay?' Ney asked me.

'Don't be silly. I run things around here.' I said smiling.

Neymar gave Davi a kiss on his head and returned to his training. On our way to the office, we bumped into Kylian who was coming out the changing room.

As soon as Kylian saw me, his eyes shifted to the boy next to me.

'Davi.' his eyes grew wide in surprise. 'What are you doing here?' he said giving him a hug.

'Hey Kylian.' Davi said returning the hug. 'I'm visiting dad.' he said with a smile.

'Isn't dad at training?' he asked confused, looking at me.

'Yes, but I want to stay with Irina now.' he said smiling, his head turning towards me.

'Oh... well, it was nice bumping into you. I'll see you later.' he said with a smile and walking away, not before giving me a nod.

'Are you not friends with him?' Davi asked me, breaking the silence between us.

'What?' I asked confused, turning my head towards him.

'Kylian. You didn't speak to him.'

'I do speak to him. When it relates to work or if anything happened.' I said with a smile.

'Oh.' he said.

Thank God we reached the office, as what was I meant to tell him if he asked any more questions about him?
Oh yeah, no, I'm not friends with him because he's an asshole. Oh, and update. Neither is your dad because they're both too stubborn.

As soon as we entered the room, Luca jumped up and walked straight towards us.

'Davi, this is Luca. My coworker and bestfriend.' I said with a smile. 'Luca, this is Davi, Neymar's son.'

They both shook eachother's hands.

We sat at the desks while Davi took a seat on the couch, and started finishing our work. We included Davi in our discussions, in case he had some brilliant ideas for some content.

After a few hours of stopping and chatting and getting back to work, we went outside onto the football pitch to shoot some content.

'This is so fun!' Davi said while I was taking a few videos of the players.

'It's my favourite thing in the world.' I said with a smile.

Everyone was so fond of Davi, players coming up to him and talking to him.

After everyone was done, Neymar came up to us, greeting Luca first and then turning his head to us.

'We're done here, are you?' he asked me.

'Yeah.' I nodded.

'Do you guys have plans?' Luca asked wiggling his eyebrows, making us laugh.

'We're gonna go grab someth-'

'Can we go watch a movie?' Davi asked cutting me off and looking at me.

'Yeah...' I said nodding my head confused while looking at Ney, who was nodding approvingly. 'Yeah, of course we can.' I said with a smile.

'You guys have fun.' Luca said with a massive grin on his face. 'I can't wait to tell Andrea.' he said quietly, making both me and Ney laugh.
