After 30 minutes, Neymar messaged me to tell me he's downstairs. I quickly left my apartment and went into the parking lot and to my surprise, Neymar wasn't driving but someone else.

'Oh, hello.' I said to the driver while I got into the backseat, where Davi and Ney were.

'Irina!' Davi said with a smile on his face, giving me a hug.

'Hey.' I said returning the hug. 'Not driving today?' I asked looking at Neymar who had a big smile on his face.

'No.' he shook his head. 'Princess treatment for everyone.' he said making me laugh, leaning in and giving me a kiss on my head.

We kind of went over it already and how I didn't want him to kiss me in front of Davi, to not make him uncomfortable. Even though he thought it's a stupid reason, he stuck to it and I'm glad.

'So what movie are we watching?' I asked looking at Davi.

'The Lost City.' he said smiling.

'He picked it, not me.' Ney said shrugging his shoulders.

During our drive, both Neymar and Davi fell asleep, making me capture the moment with my phone camera.

After an hour drive we finally got to the cinema and stepped out the car. We walked in, Davi being so excited and Ney just smiling at me childishly. While we were taking our seats, I couldn't help but notice that we were the only ones there and the movie was about to start.

'This is so weird.' I said looking at Ney.

'Oh, yeah.' he said looking around. 'I bought all the tickets so we get to enjoy the movie without anyone disturbing us.' he said.

'You did what?!' I said bursting out laughing. 'Are you crazy?'

'What? I want to spend time with you two without worrying about anything else.' he said smiling.

I was sat in between them, Ney holding my hand through the entire movie while Davi would ask me questions about what certain words meant, turning the movie into an English lesson. The movie was pretty good and quite funny, with Davi rolling his eyes everytime the main characters kissed, making us laugh.

'So where do you want to eat?' I asked Davi, his answer being a pair of shrugged shoulders. 'Well, we can go to Boteco. It has Brazilian food and it's your dad's favourite place to eat at.' I said.

'Oh, I'm really craving some Brazilian food.' Ney said throwing his head back.

'Let's go Boteco then.' Davi said smiling.

We returned to the car, where the driver was waiting for us. Boteco wasn't too far from the cinema, only a 25 minute drive.

'Podemos ter uma mesa para 3 pessoas, por favor?' (Can we have a table for 3 people, please?) Ney asked.

'Certo. Algo mais isolado?' (Sure. Something more secluded?) the waitress asked, devouring the famous footballer with her eyes.

He noticed, putting his arm around me. 'Sim.' he said.

She led us to a table in the back, away from everyone's eyes. We ordered some drinks and food and waited for our order.

'Did you like the movie?' I asked Davi.

'Yes. And thank you for talking to me during the movie and helping me understand more.' he said with a warm smile.

'Of course.' I said smiling. 'When are you going back to Barcelona?'

'Tomorrow.' he said frowning his eyebrows. 'I wish I could stay longer.'

'Yeah, but you have school and your mum would kill us.' Neymar said laughing.

'You can always come during the holidays.' I said.

'Or maybe you can come visit me.' Davi said looking at me.

'I would love to.' I said reassuringly.

Our food came and we started eating, the whole time being quiet as we were all super hungry. After we were done, we spoke a little more, Davi telling me about all the holidays he went on with his dad and about the relationship between him and his little brother. We decided to ask for the bill, with me insisting to pay.

'No Irina, no way.' Neymar said pushing my money away.

'Okay, fine.' I said raising my hands in defence, but quickly grabbing the bill when he wasn't paying attention and shoving my money in.

'Hey!' Ney said frowing his eyebrows.

'There you go.' I said to the waitress handing her the bill.

We took our stuff and got into the car, heading towards my apartment so I can get dropped off.

'Wait, you're not coming with us?' Davi asked.

'I would love to, but I can't. I have to attend a meeting tomorrow so I have to get there earlier.' I said with a sad look on my face.

'But I won't be able to see you before I leave.' Davi said quietly.

'Hey.' I grabbed his hand. 'I promise I'll be there to say my goodbye. Okay?' I smiled.

'You promise?'

'Yes. You don't have to worry. I'll be there.' I said with a reassuring smile.

Davi shifted in his seat with a smile and rested his head on the window, falling asleep.

The drive was pretty quiet until Ney decided to break the silence.

'Thank you.' Neymar said.

'What?' I asked taken by surprise.

'Thank you.' he said quietly leaning in.

'For what?' I chuckled.

'For being you.' he said giving me a kiss. 'For accepting Davi and being so sweet to him.' he said shaking his head. 'He really likes you.' he smiled.

'Of course.' I smiled. 'Davi's a great kid. He reminds me of my nephews so much.'

As soon as we got to my destination, I quietly stood up and gave Davi a kiss on his head, who was still asleep.

Neymar got out with me and gave me a kiss, leaving him not before exchanging I love yous.

After I got upstairs and changed into my pyjamas, I climbed into bed and checked instagram.
