Yawning you open your eyes, noticing that you are not near the main fire. Images of last night come rushing back, and you feel a headache coming on. What the hell was up with this island?!

"Wakey wakey princess." You close your eyes briefly before sighing and sitting up. You glance down at the plush mattress beneath you, and the wooden interior of a treehouse around you. Glancing to the door you see Pan, a satisfied smirk on his face.

"What am i doing here?" He walks forward and leans on the end of the bed frame. "What? No thank you for putting you to bed last night?" You get out of the bed and walk over to the window, looking down to the forest floor. "I'll thank you when you tell me what's going on." You hear him walk up behind you so you turn around, only to come almost face to face with him.

His grin makes your heart flutter so you duck under his arm and curse at yourself. "I can't yet. But don't worry." You raise an eyebrow at him, and he mirrors it. "Whatever. I'm heading back to camp." He scowls at you. "I need to show you something first." You walk over to the door frame, and before you disappear down the stairs you give him a challenging grin. "I'm not going anywhere till I get some food."

As you walk up to the campfire you spot Henry at the log and Felix talking to some other Lost Boys. You decide to go to Felix.

"Hey Felix. Know where a girl can get some food around here?" He turns and smiles at you. "Sebastian can show you. I have some orders to carry out." You nod in thanks and look at Sebastian. His smile is kind and his brown hair is surprisingly tidy. "Hey. You can call me Seb, foods over here." Before you can reply your tummy let's out a loud growl, earning a few shocked looks from Devin and the others nearby. Sebastian walks over to a table covered in cooked meat and fruits. "Thanks Seb." He smiles and strolls off. The second you're alone you grab some fruits and slink off into the jungle.

After you feel like you are far away enough from camp you climb up into a tree, and start eating your breakfast. Suddenly your peace and quiet is disturbed when you hear feet crunching on the dry leaves below. Tucking up into a ball so as not to be seen you listen closely. "I can't wait until we can see her. For once Pan has come through."

You almost fall out of the tree when you hear the two voices talking below. They did not belong to the Lost Boys. The voices belong to girls. Surprised and intrigued you listen in again. "When we get y/n back we can finally throw thatย  boy and his stupid family off OUR island." A dark chuckle. "Except that bloody pirate. He's the one that took her anyway." As the voices disappear back into the jungle you stretch out again, your appetite gone and an unfamiliar feeling settling in your stomach. A feeling of broken trust.
