Y/N smiled as Ko willingly went with Neji, feeling comfortable enough to go get a snack with him. Karin raised an eyebrow as the door shut, a gleeful smirk on her face."Oh my god girlfriend." Karin mumbled. "A family guy too?" She teased, smacking Y/N's butt.

"You're such a tool." Y/N giggled. "Has Suigetsu ever talked about a family?" She asked Karin, who nodded.

"Yeah." Karin pouted, nodding. "I don't know if I'm mommy material though. I like to have fun too much."

"I do too." Y/N smiled. "But I love it."

"Yeah." She chuckled. "I'm a bitch sometimes though." Karin pouted. "Suigetsu talks about kids a lot, especially when we get intimate." Karin wiggled her eyebrows, making Y/N squeal.

"Oh so he wants baby babies." Y/N teased, tickling Karin's side as the girl fell back squealing.

"Look what Uncle Neji got me!" Ko ran in the room, jumping onto the bed. She held up a perfectly packaged cupcake. Y/N smiled as Ko jumped into her lap, laying her head against Y/N's chest as she started eating the pink cupcake. Karin made a face at Y/N.

"So he comes to rescue you guys, with cupcakes." Karin blinked. "Wanna trade?"

"Suigetsu is like a brother to me." Y/N chuckled. "I'm just joking when I said I'd bone him." Y/N covered Ko's ears, whispering and laughing with her friend.

"Where's your Uncle Neji kid?" Karin poked her belly, smiling when Ko started giggling.

"He said to tell you that he's going to clean up the picture that was smashed downstairs." Ko chewed her cupcake sweetly. "He said we should have a girls night without worrying." Ko giggled. "I like Uncle Neji."

"Me too." Karin sipped her glass of wine with a wink at Y/N. Y/N took a deep breath, pinching her nose.

"Look at these roses, in a glass vase." Karin mumbled happily, thumbing them. "Let's trade men for the night."

"Ew." Y/N said simply. "He's aight."

"Just aight?" Karin scoffed.

"I've been gifted better. Like an entire vacation." Y/N smiled, shrugging. Ko gave her a look, winking.

"Bitch what?" Karin scoffed, placing the vase on the bedroom table.

"Well it was a vacation, until it turned into a mission." Y/N poked Ko's cheek. "That's how I met the kids."

"Oh." Karin mumbled. "Sasuke must be one to pull out all the cards."

"Who said it was Sasuke?" Y/N scoffed. "That man has a wife."

Karin pulled her glasses down, giving Y/N that hardened look. "Come on girl, we're family." Karin snickered. "You know damn well that man thinks you're his other wife." Karin laughed. "Always has."

"Not true." Y/N hummed, looking away from her. Karin had this eye where she could just read her like a book.

"You know, men don't care how a girl dresses if he doesn't like her." Karin hummed, counting her fingers. "They also don't take their friends to lavish vacations for the hell of it. Oh, and that little family trip I saw you on?" She was counting her fingers off, smirking. "Don't get me started on me overhearing him grilling Suigetsu on checking on you. He cares an awful lot for someone who's not his girlfriend." Karin teased.

"Oh no. You're reading it wrong. Sasuke and I have always been good friends." Y/N laughed, styling Ko's hair in a cute bun. "Why would I date Neji if I had a boyfriend the entire time?" Y/N laughed it off.

Karin winked. "I'm not judging. I owe Sakura and you my life for what you guys did for me when we were younger." Karin smiled, looking at Y/N knowingly. "However It's not like I'm betraying her trust. I'm just minding my business." Karin smirked.

"That baka is so obvious it kills me." Y/N sighed, rubbing her forehead. Karin nodded, laughing.

"No wonder she's always at your throat. He doesn't even try to hide his feelings. He never has." Karin said lovingly. "I mean come on, what friends cuddle each other every night."

"I'll cuddle you." Y/N teased, rubbing Ko's back as the girl slept on her. Karin flinched away, quietly laughing as Y/N tucked the girl into the blankets. "They all have to be exhausted." Y/N sighed.

"We got lucky. Your boyfriends gonna flip when he comes home." Karin helped her cover Ko, who was sleeping in between them. "You should go check on your boytoy." Karin looked down at Ko's peaceful sleeping face. "Maybe I do want one, they're really cute." Karin poked her cheek lightly.

"Well, tell your boyfriend not to pull out next time." Y/N slid out of bed. "You good? I'm gonna go check on him and wait for the boys. They should be back soon."

"I'm good. A movie and wine, what more can a girl want." Karin smiled, waving her glass. "Just me and the brat."

"Okay." Y/N smiled. She left the room and went downstairs. She couldn't find Neji inside, but could sense him on the porch. She pulled her robe tight over herself as she sat down on the steps next to him. "Did you see them all?" Y/N asked.

"They never entered Hyuga territory." Neji smirked, wrapping an arm around her shoulder. "It's cold out, I'll wait for the kids. You should sit inside."

"No I got it, I'm a big girl." Y/N chuckled. She leaned against Neji's strong body, enjoying the warmth.

"I know that." Neji yawned. "I heard all the commotion from the civilians outside. And I rushed to make sure you were okay. The house was empty when I first arrived, so I searched all over. I eventually found Sakura who said she hadn't seen you. You said the boys are at the bathhouse with who?" Neji murmured, rubbing her shoulders to warm her up.

"Sensei Kiba." Y/N mocked quietly. Neji looked at her in surprise. "Yeah. Not my choice. He saved them." Y/N added, a smile on her face. "And the kids adore him. I won't stop that." Y/N shrugged.

Neji was quiet, looking into the sky. "Sorry I didn't get here soon enough. If the kids had been hurt, I wouldn't have forgave myself."

Y/N nodded, sighing. "Me too."

"Momma!" Jataro ran across the lawn, riding atop Akamaru with the rest of the group. "Look at this big fluffy horse dog!" He cried out. Y/N stood up, laughing with Neji as Kiba slid down first.

"They're all clean, and very tired." Kiba chuckled, catching them one by one as they landed. Masaru was pulling at his ear.

"I ran into a door." Masaru chuckled lightly. "Hey Uncle." He hived fived Neji, who smiled in relief at all the happy faces.

"Ko's in my bed with Karin if you guys wanna go." Y/N smiled, rubbing Nagi's head as he gave her a goodnight kiss.

"Okay. Goodnight." The boys sang to the adults, running inside. Y/N looked at Kiba gratefully.

"They had a good time. They loved the bath houses." Kiba explained, his head lowered as he played with Akamaru's leash. He unleashed him. "They were scared at first." Kiba chuckled.

"I'm just glad they came in happy." Y/N smiled. "They look tired."

"That's a good thing." Neji chuckled, patting her back. "You get inside." Neji cupped her cheek. "I'm gonna go get some sleep."

"Oh, okay." Y/N smiled. She kissed him goodbye, Neji pulling her closer to give her a passionate kiss. Asserting his dominance and looking satisfied, he lowered her to the ground. "Are you coming tomorrow Kiba?" She asked the man, who cleared his throat.

"Yeah." Kiba murmured. "Have them ready by noon please."

"You got it." Y/N smiled. "Are you busy tomorrow?" Y/N asked Neji. The man shook his head, his long hair flowing over her shoulders as he leaned over her in a hug. "You should come over, it'll just be the two of us all day."

"Perfect." Neji smiled. "You know if their training ever seems inadequate, I don't mind taking some time to train them." Neji said cockily, Kiba narrowing his eyes.

"I'll let you know." Y/N giggled. "Goodnight gentlemen." She kissed Neji's cheek again, waving to Kiba as she walked into the house.

"Neji." Kiba started as Neji walked by him, a smirk on his face. "What was that?" Kiba asked, his teeth gritting as the boy smirked boldly.

"Just kissing my lady goodnight dog. You would know that, if you had one." Neji said cockily, flipping his hair over his shoulder.

"You think your hot shit." Kiba scoffed. Neji didn't look at him, just watching his nails as he listened to the man grumble. "She's just gonna get bored of you. She doesn't want a pansy prince like you." Kiba rolled his eyes, petting Akamaru.

Neji snorted. "And she wants you?" Neji smirked. "Don't make me laugh. You had your chance dog, you blew it." Neji sighed mockingly.

"I don't know about that." Kiba shrugged, feeling a burst of cockiness. "You see she was wearing this really banging dress when I went to pick them up, and you could tell it was definitely for someone." Kiba smirked, chuckling. Neji looked at him, eyes narrowed. "Oh, didn't mean to upset you pretty boy. Just that I know that dress definitely wasn't for you."

Kiba climbed up and got on Akamaru. Neji fixed him with a cold look. "I just think that I might have a better chance than you think." Kiba enjoyed messing with Neji, even if it wasn't quite true. "I mean, you should have seen those tits spilling out of that dress when she gave me this long hug-!"

The door opened just as Neji's eyes turned fiery, a fierce look in his eyes as he fixed Kiba with his most intense glare. Y/N and Karin were there, peeking out onto the porch. "Are you guys okay?" Y/N called out. Neji cleared his throat.

"Yes dear." Neji flashed her a winning smile. "We were just discussing plans for tomorrow. I'll see you around noon." Neji waved at her warmly. "Goodnight doll." He then left, Kiba giving them a nod and then going in the opposite direction. The girls shut the door, looking at each other with knowing eyes.

"If there was any more tension, I could cut it with a knife." Karin mouthed, the two of them laughing.

"Great, just what I needed. Two guys with a masculine problem." Y/N sighed. "I'm all in!" Y/N stuck her tongue out, making Karin shriek.

"Come on girl, I'm exhausted, we can talk tomorrow." Karin smiled, patting her friend's head. "Tomorrow someones getting their back blown out." Karin popped her lips.

Y/N fixed her with a stern look. "Can you fucking stop there is children here!" She laughed, smacking Karin in the chest.

"Bitch!" She chased her over the house, the two of them laughing on their way to the bedroom.

"Nagi, it's seven o'clock." Y/N groaned, pulling the pillow over her head again. Nagi pulled it off, giving her a pout. She looked around. Her and Karin, along with all the kids were layered up under blankets. Y/N pouted.

"You told me you'd take me to the library Momma." Nagi said. He was fully dressed, his little hat on his head.

"Does it have to be today?" Y/N groaned, rubbing her eyes. Nagi nodded, a pout on his face.

"We start school tomorrow." He pouted. "I need to be prepared."

"Fine." Y/N sighed. "Give me five minutes, don't wake up the others." Y/N groaned as Nagi skipped out the room happily. She quickly walked to her closet, getting out an outfit for the day.

She wrote a note for Karin that she'd be right back, and threw her hair up in a messy bun. Nagi was bouncing excitedly at the front door, looking at her gleefully.

"You realize kids your age I should be dragging out of bed. Not the other way around." Y/N smiled, poking him.

"I love books." Nagi said passionately. "Uncle Neji promised me he'd show me his library one day."

"I'll ask him for you." Y/N yawned, wrapping her sweater tighter around herself. She left the house with Nagi, walking down the road. It was a quiet day, the dewyness of the morning feeling great on her skin as she smiled. Nagi was clenching her hand tightly, looking around as they talked about their schooling.

Y/N froze, seeing a familiar face on the road. Sakura looked back at her, looking her up and down. "Hey babe." Sakura smiled, walking forward. Y/N quickly fixed her face.

"Hey!" Y/N greeted. Nagi looked up at her and waved.

"Where are you guys going so early?" Sakura yawned. "I'm on my way to the hospital." Sakura looked at her softly now. "Sorry I didn't come see you earlier. Our schedules just never lined up. I met the kids though!" Sakura smiled at Nagi.

"We're going to the library." Nagi explained nicely. "We start the academy tomorrow and I need to study."

"OH!" Sakura lit up. "That's exciting! How are you feeling about it?" Sakura asked her. Y/N smiled.

"Kiba's their instructor. The kids just adore him." Y/N nodded, rubbing Nagi's head. "Otherwise I'm feeling a bit like a middle aged woman who's upset about their kids growing up." Y/N giggled as Sakura smiled as well.

"I know, I feel the same way about Sarada." Sakura sulked momentarily. "I have about two more years until she starts."

"I can't even think about it." Y/N smiled. "My little babies." She remembered holding Sarada, a fresh new born just a week old. Sakura and Sasuke had come back from a mission holding the bun. She had freaked out to say the least.

"It's been days and I haven't gotten the chance to sit down and talk to you." Sakura yawned. "I really do feel bad. I really appreciate you watching Sarada so Sasuke-kun and I could have a date." Sakura said warmly.

"Anytime." Y/N smiled. Nagi was pulling on her hand, an urgent look on his face.

"If the kids ever need help with their studies, I don't mind by the way." Sakura chuckled, ruffling Nagi's head.

"I wouldn't need help if we went to the library already Momma." Nagi whined. "I wanted to do some reading before Kiba-Sensei."

"Give me just a minute." Y/N warned him. She smiled at Sakura. "How have you and Sasuke been?"

"Better." Sakura shrugged. "He wrote me yesterday, asking me to check on you when I get a chance. I've just been so busy, I apologize." Sakura looked honestly sorry. "With last night's shit show, Sarada had a toothache, and at the hospital I was running like a chicken with no head."

"We're doing fine." Y/N laughed. "Me and the kids are thriving, I promise you we're good. Maybe come over and have some hot chocolate with us. It is getting colder." Y/N noted. "Neji's supposed to come over."

Sakura lit up. "Oh, you do have to tell me about that! She looked at her watch sadly. "I'll come over when I get the chance."

"No problem." Y/N smiled, waving the girl off as she started running down the road. Nagi looked annoyed. "You know what squirt.." She chased him down the road, Nagi laughing as he evaded her half attempts at tickling as they ran down the road.

They eventually reached the library, the two of them entering to find the books Nagi searched for. Y/N sat down at a table, letting Nagi go off by himself to do what he needed to do. She enjoyed the warm atmosphere. She spends a lot of time here anyway, enjoying her romance novels. Y/N smirked. She was already working on four at the moment.

The door opened, and Y/N's eyes lit up wonderfully as she saw who entered. "Naruto-kun!" She whispered, waving her arm happily. He smiled at her, jogging over to go give her a hug. "Hey babe." She whispered, wrapping her arms around his strong steady shoulders.

"Hey." He smiled, lowering her so it looked like just a friendly hug. "How have you been? I'm glad you and the kids were safe last night." Naruto chuckled, ruffling her hair. "You and your group practically wiped the whole threat out before I could do anything." Naruto chuckled, wrapping an arm around her shoulders as they sat on the table.

"We just happened to be there at a good time." Y/N smiled. "You sent Kiba to be my kids instructor?"

"Noo." Naruto whistled quietly. "I heard he volunteered. I sent Shino." Naruto said cockily. "If you want me to do something about it, I will." Naruto looked down at her, his blue eyes sparkling. "Anything for my girl."

"No. He made quite the impression on the kid's last night. They love him." Y/N snickered. "He hit me where it really hurts."

"Ouch." Naruto faked. "You let me know if something happens."

"What are you doing here?" Y/N murmured. "Nagi's over there searching the bookshelves, that's the only reason we're up so early. The kids start the academy tomorrow."

"Good, I'm glad he could convince you." Naruto smiled, leaning his head against hers. He then got off of her, trying to lay off on the affection. "I saw you guys come in here. I'm on my way to meet Sasuke."

"What?" Y/N whimpered. "Without me?" She asked innocently, batting her eyelashes.

"It's for the mission, nothing crazy." Naruto tickled her. "I wanted to say goodbye, we're going to investigate something together."

Y/N's brow furrowed. "Are you sure it's nothing crazy? You and Sasuke together?" Y/N whispered.

"It's the Ōtsutsuki. We got another lead on them." Naruto didn't meet her eyes. "We'll be fine, you stay home with the kids and enjoy your day. I hear Neji and you are doing well." Naruto smiled at her, his eyes sparkly.

"The people of the moon again?" Y/N looked panicked. "You guys aren't delivering a fucking scroll. You're confronting them." Y/N looked extremely worried. She had had a bad feeling the entire time. Naruto shushed her.

"We're not delivering a scroll.. Who told you that?" Naruto asked.

Y/N blinked. "That fucking bastard." She hissed. "Getting Kakashi on it too. I'm gonna kick Sasuke's ass."

"Babe we won't be gone for more than a week or so." Naruto whispered. "I've been cooped up too long."

"A  week!" Y/N hissed. "Your Hokage you can't just go!"

"Y/N, I don't want to put anyone else in danger." Naruto shushed her. "Sasuke and I can handle ourselves, you know that."

"Oh my god." Y/N groaned, rubbing her temples. "Why does he have to fucking lie so much? I'm gonna kill him."

"I'll talk to him about it." Naruto murmured, rubbing her leg. "You enjoy your day okay? Shikamaru's monitoring the Hokage tower. This is a big deal." Naruto squeezed her hand, holding it. "Our families and our village will be safe." Naruto pledged to her.

"Mom." Nagi muttered, carrying a stack of books to the table. "I got what I needed." Nagi smiled and showed her the books. "Hey Uncle Naruto." He added to Naruto. Naruto smiled, ruffling the boy's head.

"You guys be safe." Y/N was not happy at all that Sasuke didn't trust her and in fact had lied to her. Naruto gave her a hug, patting her back.

"I'll see you." Naruto promised her, rubbing her head as he left the library.

"You don't have to worry Mom, Papa's strong. Uncle Naruto is too." Nagi said sweetly.

"I'm not worried about them. We're all strong." Y/N huffed, carrying the stack of books to the desk for him. "I had a feeling your asshole papa was hiding shit, and he was. Always thinking he can't treat me like a human being."

"He probably was trying to protect you Momma." Nagi said innocently.

"Well fuck him." Y/N muttered. "I hate being lied to. I wonder what else he did for my benefit." Y/N mocked aloud, angry.

"Who knows?" Nagi smiled as she showed her library card to the computer that was manning the renting system.
