I sat on the staircase peeping in and watching Myles literally go insane, he was out on the back porch turning over chairs, the tables, the bottles and glasses we had left out there. He then paced around a bit and mumbled to himself before slamming the sliding door opened and walking inside.

Calm the hell down my nigga!" Elijah yelled at Myles,

"Don't tell me to fucking calm down. Did you not hear what she said?! That girl is a whole nigga."

"WAS. She aint anymore."

Thank you, Elijah.

"I don't give a flying fuck!" Myles' volume caught me off guard, nearly causing me to jump. "I want her out of here."

"And let her stay where Myles? Get over it... this is your karma for cheating on me." Karla spoke as she kept her eyes on the tv in front of her, "her surgery is done, so therefore she is no longer a he. No need to feel too bad."

"Did I ask you to speak? You can sit your hoe ass in that corner; you should be over there calculating your clients and figuring out who the hell the father of your baby is."

"Why would I do that when I know who he is...? You saw the date on that Clearblue test, I'm a couple weeks pregnant and you were the only guy I have been with."

"I used a condom every single time I went up in that, so whatever plan you got worked up in your head; aint going to work."

"Well you must've slipped up or something."

"I would never, especially not with you!"

"Think what you want but when we have this baby, if you don't do your part; I'm draining you for every cent you got."

"You can try but that bastard baby won't ever be mine."

"Myles... chill." Elijah said, placing his hand on his chest. Myles pushed him away and punched the wall hard; he then looked up at me with eyes of nothing but disgust and anger.

"Why the hell is HE still here?"

"Zahra is my guest now that you've run Monet away, and she'll leave when she's ready."

"If she's staying then I'll go."

"No need, I can get my things." I stood to my feet.

"Nah Zahra, don't let this no-good cheater tell you what to do... this is my families house and I want you to stay."

"I don't think it's a good idea."

"Cause it aint!" Myles spat at me, "too much damn niggas in one house."

"Bro, you need to calm down and have some God damn respect." Elijah stood in front of Myles, mugging him.

"Respect for someone who should've told me what it was before I slid up in it."

"Like Karla said before... you shouldn't have cheated."

"Oh, so now you're going to take the hoes side?"

"She has a point fam."

"She don't know shit... you know that this thing was nothing but for the money. That's it."

"Yeah but you can't be blaming her and taking your anger and frustration out on her for you messing up and getting her pregnant."

"Nigga, that aint my seed. What are you not understanding... you out of all people should know that I would never slip up. With Karla especially." He huffed and clenched his jaw. "Come on man, you're supposed to have my back."

"I do, you're my bro but you aint going to disrespect a female in my presence. This aint like you."

"I basically got raped by another man a few hours ago, so excuse my behaviour.... But I'm entitled to be pissed!"

"Now I've heard enough." I walked down the steps with my arms crossed, "yes, I messed up. I should've told you who I was in the past... but I will not allow you to say I raped you, you wanted this, practically begged for this last night..."

"I'm disgusted." Myles said turning his nose up at me, "you should be ashamed of who you are. Not walking around in public like you aren't a sick twisted bastard."

"Are you serious?" I squinted, "so because I am who I am, I should be ashamed... that's like me saying you should be ashamed to be black."

"Hell no, I was made this way... you had to pay to be something you weren't." he scoffed, "then you do it so naturally like what you're doing is normal."

"I am normal."

"Fuck you aint." He inched closer to me. "Both y'all are sick!" Myles pointed at Karla then me, "And I want no parts. I'm leaving."

"You're going to just leave me... high and dry like that?" Karla asked, standing up and walking towards the group. "I think not. Me and your kid need you." She grabbed his hand, placing it on her stomach. "I forgive you, let's just move past this and worry about bigger things."

"What part of I don't want you, do you not get!" he said through gritted teeth. Myles reached into his back pocket; pulling out his wallet. He took out a roll of condoms and held them up. "Like I said, I always stay strapped, and prepared with the best." He held them up and as he looked at them, his jaw dropped. He took a step back, took out his phone; googled something, then placed his hand on his head. "Oh dear God."

"What..." Elijah held Myles up before he past out.

"What's wrong?" Karla asked, she tried to reach for him but he stepped away.

"I need to see your phone, I want to check your messages and see if what you're saying is really true. Am I the only one you've been with these past couple weeks?"

"Yes... I wouldn't lie to you. We made a deal, and I was serious about my end of it. I haven't stepped out on you." This girl deserved an Oscar, her acting was on point. "I'll show you my business email, you can check my account, call records, messages; it's just been you and me. Now this baby is on the way to complete the equation."

"Karla just quit it... he said he protected himself." Elijah added.

"... bro. These are expired." Myles handed to condom over for Elijah to see something, he cupped his mouth. "Is this roll coming from the stash you brought in your suitcase?"

"Bruh they're all from the club pack box..." he groaned. "FUCK!" Myles punched the wall in front of him, then rushed out of the kitchen, nearly knocking me down on the way out. Karla smirked, and turned on her heels before walking back over to her seat in front of the TV.

Elijah ran his hand down his face, regardless of everything. My secret was now out, so if they thought I was about to keep theirs; they were mistaken. Myles was having a moment right now, but he needed to hear the truth. My conscience would eat me alive if I didn't say anything.

I stepped away from the two and made my way upstairs, I could hear Myles still cussing as I got to the top. I pushed open the bedroom door that he had open ajar, and he stood there looking through the window, gripping onto his hand that looked to be red and in horrible condition. "Myles..."

He looked around at me and let out a long sigh. "Just leave me alone."

"I understand you're mad. But before I do, I really do need to tell you something that you should know."

"Nah, you had the chance to tell me something that I should know last night and you didn't." he waved me off, "this aint the time."

"It's pressing heavy on my heart Myles, and I got to get it off."

"Zahra or Zeke... or whoever you are; what part of leave me alone do you not get?! This is not the moment, and I see from last night that you love to be the centre of attention, but it aint about you right now. Yes, you got my mind messed up but I've got bigger things to worry about; as you can see. I need alone time." he turned to me. "So please, just get out before I get real disrespectful up in here."

"I'm not trying to be the centre of attention, and I'm going to give you your space. I just want to say something that you may want to know." I pushed my hair behind my ear. "Elija-."

"Since you can't seem to listen, I guess you want me to be disrespectful."

"I just want to talk to you."

"Talk?! I swear I would knock the hell out of you just because I legally can now. Staring at you right now, is making me so angry. I don't think you understand! You're a sick individual, nothing about you is right... you literally can ruin lives with the way you are. I don't know how you can casually stand there and not feel any remorse for who you are. You're an insult, a sin; to the human nature, to God."

"Listen, don't bring religion into this. I believe in what I choose to be believe in. Don't stand there and judge me as if you too aren't a sinner. You're laying and sleeping with a whole prostitute, your best friend is a drunk, you're a pathological liar and you want to talk to me about sin?"

"Your sin is not comparable, and you know this."

"I'm not hearing you. You are no one to judge me, only God can. This is my life, I was born with a mindset to be this way and I went ahead and did it. I'm happy and nothing you say can change that. I love myself, and yes I regret what I did but no I don't regret being me."

"I know your parents are disgusted." His eyes darkened.

"Leave my parents out of this."

"Nah fuck your parents, wherever they are. I hope they realize how much of a mistake you were! They should've aborted you... or left you in a damn condom. Shit they were probably mistakes themselves. Probably passed down from generation to gener-."

I slapped in across the face as soon as those words left his lips, I was heated. I don't care about people having something to say about me... but my parents; now that was off limits.

Myles grabbed a hold of my neck, throwing me up against the wall; I tried to kick at him but he didn't budge; he looked into my eyes with eyes of complete and extreme anger. I tried prying at his fingers, but the grip around my throat got tighter.

Elijah rushed in, pushing Myles right off of me. "What the hell man?"

"He's a nigga, let him fend for himself bro."

"You know that aint right Myles."

"I could care less, I would be getting rid of another mistake anyways."

"Watch your mouth!" Elijah yelled.

"Nah, nah. Better yet; wash your mouth... since you have so much to say!" I said rubbing my neck, I stood to my feet and marched over to Monet's room. Whatever I had to say was no longer my interest, Myles probably deserved it for all I care, and he would have to find out on his own. I locked the door behind me, turned my phone on, and sent a text message before packing up my things.

It took me a few minutes, to get everything loaded in my suitcase and dressed up in an outfit. A text messaged flashed on my screen just in time, and I grabbed my things. I walked past the room, seeing that Myles and Elijah were still up there talking. I scoffed and continued down the steps.

Karla stood at the bottom, with a fake little pout. "Where you going my love?"

"Don't speak to me..."

"Oh, so we're not friends now? You're acting as I was the one who spilled your secret."

"You're the one that caused this whole mess." I stepped into my slides. "I don't understand how a person can be so evil..."

Karla just shrugged. "I just want what I want, and if I see things aren't going my way; I do what I can to fix it. You and Monet were in my way... so I fixed it." she then flashed a smile, "Anyways... get going now."

"You're going to hell... I hope you know that."

"As long as I get to bunk with you." She ran up the stairs.

I opened up the front door and braced myself as I walked down the steps. As I got to the rental he took my suitcase from me, putting it in the trunk; I got into the front seat in the mean time. I sighed and ran my fingers through my hair before he came around to join me. "I thought you'd never call..." he said, he leaned over and kissed my cheek. "I'm so sorry about everything baby, you know this. Being without you caused me to realize my wrongs; I haven't been drinking as much, trying to calm down and better myself for you."

"Preston, We don't have to talk about this right now. I just want to get back to the hotel."

"Alright, I understand." He rubbed my thigh before pulling off and heading down the street. "Have you been enjoying your trip at least?"

"Nah, not really."

"Same, been spending most of my time worrying about you." He smirked, "I'm just glad you're alright and that we could spend the rest of this trip together; as planned."

"I'm going to the hotel so that I'll be closer to the airport Preston. I'm not staying here."

"Leaving Miami, to head back to Texas?"

"No, I'm going back to Atlanta."

"Wh.. why?"

"Too much is going on, I just need to get away from it."

Myles' words were on replay in my head, all of them didn't hurt as much as the comments about my parents. No one knew about them, or my relationship with them. I was very sensitive and extreme when it came to the topic, it wasn't like the average person. I had seen my mother and father go through hell and back; get ridiculed as well as bashed just because of me. They got cut out of the family tree, cut off from lifelong friends, doctors looked down on them, churches banned them. They were miserable, I ruined their lives.

But being the good parents, they were, they never folded, they never faltered to make me happy; they kept their calm and remained the most selfless parents in the world. I told myself I would never ever let anyone speak down on them or hurt them as long as I was living.

"Who bothered you?"

"No one, I just... I'm just over it; I want to go home."

"C'mon Zahra, you can tell me."

"Honestly, I can't."

"You can tell me anything... you know this."

"What have you been doing since I've been gone?"

"Fine change the subject, but we'll be back." I looked over at him as he stared at the road; everything about him was so handsome; his strong arms, chiseled features, his plump lips, the way he carried himself; everything was perfect and all I needed in a man. However, after seeing how Myles reacted this morning, I could only imagine how Preston would flip; his temper was 100 times worse. "Just explored, I did drink but not as much... I went to that south beach party last night with Kingsley and his girl."

"His girl?" my brow raised, "wasn't he talking to Aaliyah?"

"Z, I swear... I don't understand why niggas cheat; they always get caught. The day after you left we hit up the mall, he was trailing behind Aaliyah as usual meanwhile I was trying to get some new ice. Tell me why all of a sudden I see security running to the Victoria Secret."

"You're lying."

"I wish I was," he laughed. "They come out that joint pulling Aaliyah out; wigless, and another shorty that had her arms around Kingsley's neck, she was going off in Spanish."

"Where the hell did she even come from?"

"Shit. I don't know, all I know is that nigga is engaged to be married and he thought he could play around until then." Preston laughed again, "his girl is crazy though, I can't wait for you to meet her."

"She really took him back though?"

"Yeah, realistically Kingsley hasn't done anything with Aaliyah. We both have been just going out and coming back to our hotel to knock out. I made sure I vouched for him, because although he was wrong for leading Aaliyah on; he doesn't deserve to lose his fiancé."

"Hmm. I guess you're right."

"OH! Now I remember what I wanted to tell you... since we're talking about Aaliyah. That house looked mad familiar. I may be tripping since it's sunny out, and I was a little tipsy at the time but last night before the party; Aaliyah had us drop her at a house that looked identical to this."

"Really? I doubt it, cause I didn't see her."

"Yeah, she said one of her coworkers was staying there."

"Co-worker? I doubt it; everyone in that house is from New York."

"Yeah... something with a K... I don't remember." He shrugged, "anyways, not important. Would you like to grab something to eat?"

"Oh, yes please."

"Say no more." He pulled onto a street, filled with restaurants and my stomach grumbled.

"You really can just drop me off at an airport D." Monet rested her head against the window as we drove down the highway, "whatever you got planned out; isn't necessary." She sniffled.

"Now, how you going to tell me what's important and what's not?" I chuckled, tapping her leg; she sat up and I pulled her close to me. "I'm in charge today."

"I know, but I don't want you to go out of your way for me."

"I don't want to hear it Monet, just relax and enjoy." She gazed into my eyes, giving me a nod. The car came to a stop and I pulled out a bandanna out of my back pocket. I lifted them up to her eyes, and her brows furrowed.

"What's this for?"

"Just... enjoy." I tied it around her eyes; blindfolding her. My chauffeur opened the door and I walked around to get her, I held onto her arm, walking her out.

"Don't make me fall!" she said, gripping onto her arm with all her strength.

"Don't worry, I got you." I nodded for the driver to get the bags and follows us.

It was a bit of a walk and she continued complaining about not being able to see, and how she hated not knowing. I should've covered her mouth at this rate.

We walked up a pair of steps, then I placed Monet down to sit and she raised her hand to untie the blindfold. "Not yet."

"Ugh!" she groaned and groaned.

My chauffeur handed me the suitcases, and I put them up before tipping him and waving goodbye to him. The door shut and I sat next to Monet, strapping her up; her face was so cute, especially with the frustration on it. "Just relax Monet..." I interlocked my fingers with hers and kissed her cheek.

"I can't, I hate surprises."

"Well, you're going to learn to love them because I love to spoil my woman."

"Only till the end of this week."

"Yes... we know." I rolled my eyes and strapped myself up. I squeezed her hand and soon after; we began to roll away.

"Where are we going now?!" she whined. "Let me see, please."

"Not just... yet." I looked through the window, and smiled, just waiting and waiting until this perfect moment.

"My stomach," Monet said, I felt it too. We were taking off into the air; I removed her bandanna and she looked around as if it was her first time ever seeing. Monet's jaw dropped seeing the arrangement of flowers that sat on the table before her, the big bear that sat in the seat across from her. On top of that she looked through the window and her jaw dropped even more. They had cut on some music as requested. "Dejounte! Where are we going?!"

"You just noticed that we were on a plane?"

"No... it's just that the flowers were so beautiful, and oh my goodness... this is too much."

"This is just the beginning." I kissed her cheek. "Just wait until we get to our destination."

"Where's our destination?"

"Just wait."

"Please Dejounte! I can't wait any more." She whined, pouting. "Please, just tell me."

"I don't want to ruin the surprise."

"You won't... I promise."

"Ugh, fine. We're..." I leaned forward until my lips were hovering over her lips. "going." I pecked her succulent lips then bit mine before kissing them. "Somewhere." I said, then leaned back in my seat and she hit my chest.

"You play too much."

"You're too impatient,"

"I've never experienced this before... I don't know how to act." She said, now that we were in the air she undid her seat belt, I ordered us a couple drinks while she reached forward for one of the arrangement of flowers that
