It's picking day
It is officially the day where mr Clark decides  who gets to go on the trip
Its the day before we leave for England and I told my mum all about how mr Clark offered to pay for me, at first she was a bit sceptical but then the school sent her a email saying that her payment had gone through and she easily lightened up!

To my surprise I have managed to be on time every day this week! And to be honest I'm kinda proud of my self!
Each day I arrived at mr Clark's office he seemed more and more surprised like he thought I was going to give up half way
But I was so determined to stick to my promise I said to mason he didn't even need to pick me up and that I would just walk to school!

"Good morning!" Mason says running up to the side of me "isn't it just a lovely day" his smile is from ear to ear and I can't help but double take
"Why are you so cheerful" I say letting out a laugh
"It's choosing day we're going to see whose made it!"  Mason pats his hand on my shoulder and then shakes me
"I can see it now" he says waving if arm  in front of my face to look out at the distance " Scarlett and mason VS the UK!"
"Imagine how fun that would be!"

I nod my head and smile at him "you know it's a school trip right"
"Ahhh that's where your wrong my little friend" he taps his finger on the end of my nose " your getting laid !!"
I burst out laughing and stop in my tracks
"What!!" I laugh so much that I have to wipe away a tear what escapes my eye
"I'm being serious" he says nudging me with his elbow

I can't believe he's actually being serious!
It sounds like one of them movies where the girl goes on holiday and falls in love with a boy at the hotel
So cliche!

" all I'm saying is you need to loose your v card eventually so why not spontaneously with a mystery guy!" mason let's out a chuckle
"Come on!" He repeats over and over again pumping his fist in the air

Fuck it!
"Ok ok ok! You know what your right!" I say spinning round to mason
"I'm going to do it... at first I wasn't to sure but!"
"Scar..." mason says his voice more calm but I quickly talk over him
" I can be spontaneous!" I say
"Scar...." mason says again scratching his head
"I'm going to fuck a English man!!"
Mason covers his face with his palm and shakes his head

"Good morning miss Williams" a deep voice says and a shiver runs down my spine. A slight smile appears on mason face as he looks down at his shoes
My heart drops at the fact that someone has heard what I just said
I spin around on the spot and meet a pair of emerald green eyes, a small gasp escapes my lips as mr Clark tilts his head

" although I wish I didn't here a word of that conversation!" He shakes his head " I came over to say that I will be hosting an assembly in the hall in 5 minutes about the trip....be there "
Mr Clark walks away as fast as he came

Omg........ I could just curl up on the floor and die!!!!
"I'm going to fuck an English man!" Mason laughs and throws his fist up in the air mocking me
"Shut....up!"

We walk in to the assembly and our class starts to fill up the bleachers
"Quick over there" mason says pushing me
We push through the crowd and sit down next to each other

Mr Clark stands at the bottom with his arms tightly crossed over his chest
"We are all here......good"
Are eyes meet and he slightly smiles before he looks away
"I know you are all excited for the trip tomorrow but unfortunately not all of you can go........"
He paces up and down when spins on his feet
"If I call your name it means you are going but if I don't .....I'm sorry"

People edge forward on there seats waiting to here there names be called
Mr Clark clears his throat pulling out a  piece of lined paper from his back pocket
Mason grabs my hand "don't worry you will get on the trip!" Of course I was, Only if he knew mr Clark payed for me....

When mason hears his name he squeezes my hand in excitement glancing over "yes!"

And last of all Elijah Ianson"

mr Clark finishes calling out names and there is a mixture of excitement and disappointment in the air
"Yes Uk here we come!" Mason says with a smile nudging into me causing me to laugh
"Yeah I guess we're going"

"Ok everyone settle down!" Mr Clark yells and the hall falls silent
"There are a few more things that I would like to go through with the people on the trip so if all the others could leave for class it would be much appreciated"

One by one people got there stuff and made there way out of the hall leaving the selected few
"Ok well I guess I have to say congratulations to you guys for earning to go one this trip!"
Mr Clark starts to clap and everyone joins in

"Tomorrow I will need you all at school for 4:30 sharp! So if I was you guys I would go to bed early to night!"
He scans the crowed not showing a drop of emotion on his face

I look over at mason and his eyes are just as wide as mine
4:30 am!!!!!  That's so early!

" me and miss Martinez will be waiting at the School bus to welcome you!" He spins the board around and it is covered in writing with time schedule scribbled at the top

How on earth did miss Martinez end up being allowed on this trip!
She was the schools Spanish teacher, most of the boys had a crush on her because I have to admit she was gorgeous
She has long brown hair what flows and full lips.
Everything was perfect about her from her eyes to how slim her waist was and how her hips swayed when she walked
She was definitely know for her looks around the school mostly her bright red lipstick and her shirts what was always unbuttoned just enough to see to much!
Of course the boys loved it when she leant over to help with there work

Anyway On the board it said.....

4:30- everyone needs to be at school for first attendance check
4:45- everyone is put in there seats, pass ports will be handed over to me so I can look after them, also a bag inspection

Mason whispers " a bag inspection what does he think we're trying to smuggle....drugs!"

Mr Clark's head darts around " well yes possibly mason I don't know what your into on the weekends!"
A few chuckles go around the room even some from me, how on earth did he even here that he must have super hearing or something!

5:00- the school bus leaves the school grounds to head for the airport. On the way talk about health and safety
6:30 or 7:00 depending on traffic we arrive at the airport. Another count is taken and we head in side
7:30- go through security and check bags in
7:45 - allow everyone to go get breakfast, go to the toilet, shops what ever they want but they all have to meet backup at 8:15
8:15 you will get given your tickets and we will board the plane after making sure every one is there
We will find our seats and get prepared for our 10 hour flight!

God 10 hours....... if this a bad time to say I don't like flying.......

*beep beep....beep beep*
I roll over and look at my phone.....it's 3:30 I have a hour till I have to be at school and I'm not even packed  yet
Why is it when you need to get up and do something your bed gets 10 times more comfortable and cozy!
It takes all my strength to pull myself out of bed  brushing my bare feet on the cold wooden floor to start packing

Last night I made a list just so I don't miss anything because I would hate to get out there and realise I have left something behind.
I drag my light blue suit case and lay it out on the floor, and start pulling things from my draws 

" socks...check  underwear...check  toothbrush and toothpaste.... check  toiletries.... check  spray.... check  6 tops, three leggings and three pairs of jeans....check   Two jumpers.... check"
I look at everything when I realise
"Oh my swim suit!" I quickly jump up and rummage at the back of one of my draws and pull out the bag
"Can't forget this !"

After about 20 minutes I finally pack everything in order so it all fits and let's just say it was a work out it's self to get that suit case to shut
