Sorry I haven't posted a chapter in like forever I have been really busy and I'm not going to lie I couldn't be asked 😂but I have had a strike of motivation so I'm going to hopefully write you loads more and I made this chapter a little bit longer then the others so I hope you like it and don't be afraid to tell me what you think ☺️

"He's the new head of attendance!"
Mason turns around and shows his widened eyes
"Your lying"
I quickly shake my head and chuckle "I'm not!"

"Oh your fucked" he says letting out a small chuckle "you know he going to annoy you till he gets what he wants!"

"I know don't remind me!" I roll my eyes
"Did you want to come to the mall with me tomorrow!" Mason asks
"Yeah sure is anyone else coming"'

"Nah everyone's busy so I just thought me and you can get some lunch and shop"

"Yeah sure" I say walking through the door to my English class to see Riley already sitting in her seat giving me a dirty look
I take a quick glance over to see that her cheek was still red and that her eye had a slight hint of purple underneath it.
The room is so silent that you could here a pin drop but I just keep my head up and walk straight past hoping she doesn't say a thing.

"See its chill" mason says in my ear as he slides into his seat
"She didn't say anything if she was that was her best chance.... anyways I wouldn't let her" a small smile comes over his face

"Good morning class!" Mr Clark says as he strides through the door sending a smile my way
"I have two things to talk about before we start" he says placing his bag down and pulling out a hand full of papers what must be our tests
"One I've marked your tests and let's just say.....they were interesting and two I have a date for our school trip"

The whole class cheers letting out a roar of excitement even though we don't even know where we are going yet

"Woah settle down I haven't even told you where" he says lifting up his hands to make everyone silent "we are going to.......London England!"

Omg what! London! For our school that is a far stretch we are sometimes lucky just to go to a museum down the street but a whole new country wow!
But the realisation hits me .....
School trip + different country = 💵💰💲💳
We would be paying for the flights the hotel our travel, day trips and food and drink and even though it's only for a couple of days I bet it can reach up to a pretty health sum!

I look over at mason who has a big grin on his face "I can't wait!" He says in excitement

"Only a hand full of you will be able to go because it is expensive and me and another teacher what has not been decided yet are the only ones going so we can't be out numbered by a whole class!"

" a email has been sent to all of your parents saying that We will be going in a week and I will be selecting who goes in the next couple of days so if I was you guys I would start thinking of ways to show me you deserve to go"

Mr Clark rolls up the sleeves to his shirt and picks up the stack of test papers slowly walking and passing them Off
the sighs grow around the room and I just know if most of the class is upset about there score then I have no hope
Sir gets to me and places the test on my desk and taps the corner of the sheet
"You still doubt your self" he says in a slight whisper what I just about heard
I shrug my shoulders and glance up at him "I can't help that"

In the corner was scribbled ( 10/30) in bright red pen
Even his writing was attractive, the way they curved round......
I didn't even get half

He gets to mason and doesn't even stop
mason looks down and just pushes the paper away
"Thought so" he says in a smug tone and leans back in his chair crossing his arms over his chest
I take a glance over and 25 OUT OF 30!!!!
I lean over and hit his shoulder "omg you studied!"

We have a rule if one of us doesn't study the other also doesn't  so when we get the results back we can both feel shitty together
"I didn't" he says rubbing his arm where I hit him
"Pffff please mason I can tell when you lying "
"No you can't " He says with a chuckle shaking his head
"When you lie you can't look at me "
"Bull shit" he rolls his eyes still avoiding eye contact
"Ok then look me in the eyes and say you didn't study"
He looks me in the eyes with a smile on his face what I can't help but smile back

" I mason did not study for the test" he puts his hand on his heart and raises his other hand "I swear!"

*cough cough*
"If you two are done confessing if you have studied or not I would like to continue my lesson"

I look around and mr Clark is sitting on his desk staring at us with his eyebrows raised
"Sorry"
"Sorry sir" he says and for a second I look at him confused
"Oh I mean I'm sorry....sir"
He nodes his head and turns to the board
"Everyone get there books out and write the date!"
I find my self just staring at the back of his head and his Wide shoulders down to the veins on his arm when he writes
God Scarlett pull your self together he's an adult 🤦‍♀️

Finally it's the weekend what I have long awaited for
"Is it hot out side?" I ask mason on the phone

When we get ready we always call even just to chat, we would normally do it for hours even when sometimes it goes silent and we don't actually talk to each other's because we are doing our own thing but it's nice to know the presence is there
"Yeah it is a little but I would still take a jacket " he adds
"Ok" I say looking through my cloths in my closet

I pull out a white off the shoulder dress and a navy blue denim jacket and a pair of trainers to match
"Good enough" I say getting changed
"Ok I'm ready"

Mason picks up the camera and all I see is the corner of his head and his head set
"Ooooo you look nice I will leave in a minute let me just finish this game and I will drive over"

"You are way to obsessed with that game" I say brushing my hair
"Nope I'm just good at it " he says with a smile

Once mason finally finished his game he comes and picks me up in his car and we drive to the mall
For a Saturday the car park was very busy and full of cars
I step out the car and shut the door
"God you wasn't lying when you said it was hot "
He chuckles as he locks the car "yeah it is definitely toasty"
We stroll through the mall and there are shops everywhere
"So do you know what you want to buy?" Mason asks
"For what?"

"For our school trip they have totally different weather to us over in England I'm pretty sure I heard something about it rains for most of the year over there"
"God that must be miserable" I say cause I definitely prefer the heat then the rain and mason chuckles

"We don't even know if we are going on the school trip mr clark might just make us stay"
I say looking in a shop that catches my eye

"No he won't we will just have to convince Him to let us go"
"How do you expect us to do that?" I ask

"Well....he's going to make sure your in every day so if I bring you in and then you are on time surely that would get us in his good books because your attendance would improve and it would be all to do with me" A small smile comes over his face as he pushes me towards the shop I was staring at

"Yeah like that will work he wouldn't even care " I say rolling my eyes as I walk into the shop

"Well let's just say I think it is going to work better then Riley's plan.... I heard her talking to Katie and she was saying about trying to flirt with him to let her go"
I roll my eyes because of course that's what Riley wants to do

"I don't see the obsession with him personally I am way better" mason says smiling and holding up his head
As I walk past I tap him on the shoulder "of course you are mason of course you are"
Mason flicks my hair in my face then laughs "yeah I am!"

"Oh look swim suits" he points over to a pair of bright swim shorts what match his personality... load!

"We are going to England why do we need swimsuits?" I ask
"Well my little friend because In the email our parents got last night was a link what showed the hotel and inside it had a private pool so I thought when we are there we should sneak down and take a swim"

"Oh look the girls ones are over there" he points over to a long rack with loads of different colours of bikinis
I hold a couple up and wow I have to check the size a couple of times because it looks like there is not enough fabric to cover a lot
It's not like I'm a nun but at this point I might as well just be naked
Normally I'm a one piece swim suit type of girl and that's due to insecurities from the way my belly and legs wobble when I walk.... but from the look of this store it don't look like they sell them here

"Hey scar some of the boys from the team are over there I'm going to quickly go talk to them and I will be back"

I smile and send a nod his way as I continue to look through the rack of swimsuits
"God that doesn't leave much to the imagination" I say holding one of bikini tops to my chest "If I wear that I am certain I would accidentally flash someone"
I hear I light chuckle from the other side of the rack so I just presume that mason had came back already " mason I'm not being funny but how do people find these comfortable when there going straight up there ass"
When I look up instead of making eye contact with mason I meet with a different pair of eyes

My heart stops for a split second
"Then don't wear the bathing suit then Miss Williams" a deep voice says with a hint of sarcasm
There stood mr Clark with his nice white teeth on show through his slight smile he has on his face

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't realise you was there" I say as I feel my cheeks start to burn red
He quickly shakes his head "to be honest I didn't realise it was you either without your school uniform on" he says looking through the swim suits

I look down and let out a little smile
I take a bikini off the rack and look at it as the air feels with a awkward silence  with the shop music playing in the back ground
"That's a nice colour" he says walking over to another rack and this time picking up a couple of white shirts "it would go well with your eyes" he said turning back around

It's like he knows he gives my stomach butterflies because he just loves to tease me

I let out a sigh and look back at the rack
Thinking if I should put it back or just buy it
I guess it is nice....and I would wear it a lot over the summer
"Yeah it would"
I quickly walk towards to cashier before I can change my mind and pass it to the lady
"Do you want a bag with that"
"Yes please " I say giving her a smile

She holds up the bikini and goes "oh wow what a lovely choice, it will do wonders for you figure who ever it's for is a lucky guy" she says sending a wink as I pass her the money from my purse
"Oh no it's not for anyone it's just a swimsuit I thought I would buy for my school trip next week" I laugh as she smiles and nodes her head passing me the bag and my change

"Well have a nice trip" she says as I take the bag from her
I turn around and go to walk out the shop when I notice mr Clark was waiting to pay right behind me
" I never said there was a swimming day?" His eyes melt into mine making my heart beat rapidly,
"Well I um just thought cause there was one there we could...."
I shrug my shoulders breaking the eye contact because I must be glowing red

"Next please" the women goes like she senses the tension
and he walks up to the counter
"Have a nice weekend miss Williams" he says with a smirk on his face as he turns back around

"Yes you to sir"
I clutch my bag and walk right out the door to go find mason
God this man is going to give me heart problems!!!
