Hey readers! I hope you've all enjoyed my story so far. :) Just to let you all know. This story still has lots of more updates to go before it's over.

Anyways I wanted to say that I won't be updating this story until maybe this weekend so I decided to make a second update for you all today!

So here it is...enjoy! ☺️

Brad and I split up to go find Haliey but instead of finding Haliey I found Carter sitting alone at a small table with a beer in his hand. I walked over to him and sat down at the table with him. He looked up at me and smiled. His dark brown hair was slicked back with gel but still managed to looked a little messy. It was cute though and his cheeks were red as if he was blushing but I think it's just from him drinking.

"Hey what are you doing here?" I asked.

"I was about to ask you the same thing." He slurred a bit.

"Did you come with anybody?"

"Nope just myself. What about you?" He sipped onto his beer and then offered me a drink. I grabbed it from his hands and took a sip then gave it back to him.

"I came here with Haliey and Brad."

"Oh." He didn't seem to happy about that.

"Yeah so...are you okay? You seem like something is bothering you."

"Can I ask you something?"

"Of course."

He put his hand through his hair and drunk the rest of his beer. "Never mind." He looked away from me and stood up. "I'm going to go get another beer. Do you want one?"

"Sure but when you come back can you tell me what you were going to say?"

"Maybe." He walked off.

In the distance I could see Brad and Haliey walking towards me. I got up and walked over to them. I noticed Haliey's lipstick was off of her lips and around her mouth.

"Somebody had a little too fun." I smirked.

"Yeah it was a horrible sight. I saw her making out with some guy." Brad said.

"He was hot. Too bad I can't even remember his name." Haliey laughed. "So like did you two make out yet? I mean don't you guys like each other? You've both kissed before right? We are at a party you two should have some fun." She giggled.

"Wait what?" I heard Carter's voice from behind me. I turned around to see Carter with two beers in his hand.

"Carter I-" I began to say.

"So he's the other one? My brother? Seriously?" He sighed. "Well here's your beer." He handed it to me and walked off.

"Carter wait!" I called out.

"Please just leave me alone." He said.

I turned around and looked at Brad who just stood there awkwardly. I looked at Haliey who was swaying side to side. "Really Haliey?"

"I'm so sorry Kali. I didn't know he was there." She apologized.

I let out a long breath. "What am I suppose to do now?"

"Go after him." Brad said. I looked up at him in shock. Is he serious? "Go after him." He repeated. I could tell by his face expression he didn't actually want me to go after him.

"Seriously?" I questioned.

"I can't see my brother get hurt again." He said.

"But you get hurt all the time." Haliey blurted out.

"Yeah I do but I would rather myself get hurt than my brother. I'm use to it just go after him Kali."

Is this a sign? Am I suppose to pick Brad or Carter now? I still haven't made up my mind!

Stay with Brad?

Or

Go after Carter?
