"Okay so how do I say this?" Lucy was pacing back and forth in the room trying to figure out how to tell me something.

"Just spit it out already!" I was getting really impatient.

"I like Hunter." She said it so quickly I didn't catch it.

"Wait what? Say it again but this time way slower."

"I like Hunter."

My eyes widened in shock. "You what?"

"Don't make me say it again." She gave me a warning look.

I let out a little laugh. "Okay so when did you start liking him?"

"Well the thing is I've always had a crush on him but we started hanging out a lot more and I've officially decided I like him." She smiled to herself.

"He is a cutie." I admitted.

"Yeah he is but I don't know if he wants a girlfriend. He's not the type to get into something serious."

"Maybe he secretly is!"

"Ask him if he is!" She ran over to my bed and jumped on it. She gave me the puppy eyes and stuck out her bottom lip. "Please." She begged.

"How am I going to ask him? He's going to think something's up."

"Please ask him! I want to know if he is looking for a girlfriend. Please Kali please!"

I sighed. "Fine."

She hugged me so tightly that I could barely breathe. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" She pulled away and got up off of my bed.

"When should I ask?"

"Right now."

"Right now!?"

"Yes."

"No way."

"Kali please!" She whined.

I got up from my bed. "I hate you." I glared at her as I put on my black hightop converse.

"You're the best! I love you so much!" She smiled.

"You better love me because I am about to go over to the boys cabin in my embarrassing Spider-Man pajamas!"

"You look fine. I love those Spider-Man pajamas!"

I looked down at my pajamas. I had on a black T-shirt that had Spider-Man on the front of it saying 'Spider-Man to the rescue!' Then I had on my dark blue pajama short shorts that had little Spider-Mans all over it.

I'm so embarrassing. Oh well.

"Alright I will be back in a little bit. Keep your phone on you." I said before I walked out of the cabin.

Okay I did not think about the part where I had to walk in the complete dark all by myself. This is really scary.

Oh great I'm going to die. I'm that dumb girl in the scary movies that walk in the dark alone while there is a killer on the loose.

I'm almost there! Just keep on walking fast Kali and you will make it out alive!

Behind me I could hear the sound of leaves crunching as if someone was walking on them. I quickened up my pace. I didn't dare look behind me. I could hear the footsteps of the person behind me getting closer. I was just about to start running until I felt a hand wrap around my wrist. I got spun around into someone's rock hard chest. I went to scream but their hand was over my mouth making my scream sound muffled.

"You can open up your eyes. I'm not going to hurt you." I knew who's voice this was. I sighed in relief. Thank god it's not a killer. Is all I could keep thinking. He pulled his hand away from my mouth. I slowly opened up my eyes to see Brad in a white T-shirt and grey sweatpants. His hair is messy but in a cute way and you could smell his amazing cologne he always has on.

"What are you doing out here in the dark all by yourself?" He asked.

"None of your business."

"You know there are other teenage guys here."

"Yeah so?"

"Some of them might not be nice and would love to have a girl like you."

"Are you trying to say they could kidnap me?"

"Yeah."

"Well you're here now so you won't let anything happen to me right?"

"Of course not."

"Anyways why are you out here?"

"Um...I was going to uh...go see something."

"You mean someone." I corrected him.

He rubbed the back of his neck. "Yeah."

"Well I don't want to stand in your way of seeing your girlfriend so see you later." I turned around and walked off.

"I'm not leaving you out here by yourself." He caught up to me. I looked over at him.

"What about your girlfriend?"

"She can wait." He looked at me and gave me his signature smirk.
