Mina's POV

She couldn't believe he just ran away like that after dropping this bullshit!

Why couldn't he just do what his father wanted him to? And where did he ran to?

Mina crossed her arms and hardly stopped herself from stomping onto the floor like a sulky child.

She turned to Mr. Kim who was talking with her mother who also was in rage, what was in her case a scary calmness like a predator who waited for the right moment to attack his prey.

Lattest was obviously Mr. Kim who tried hard to gain back the control of the situation.

"I really thought you raised your son well Minjae, but that is obviously not the case. He disgraced you, the company and not to mention my poor daughter. Are you okay with your son to behave like this?"

Her mother said all of that with her arms crossed over her chest and a death glare that probably could brake the strongest man.

Mr. Kim gulped nervously "Listen Yilin...I can't change what happened but I promise the marriage will occur, no matter what."

Yilin snorted "We'll see...anyways could you at least tell me why your son did all this?"

Mr. Kim scratched his neck "Well I'm not sure but it's probably because of his former engagement."

Mina who was listening all the time came a litte closer towards the two talking persons. She didn't know Taehyung had actually have interest in his past arranged marriage. Or he at least hadn't seemed like he did.

Her mother frowned "And who was that again?"

"Min Jaehees daughter." For some reason, Mina wasn't aware of, Mr. Kim seemed embarrassed while saying that.

Yilik fake laughed "Well the male Kims do sure have something with her family."

Mina wasn't sure but was her mother actually jealous ?

She wasn't dumb. She knew what was going on.

She felt like in a drama that repeated itself every generation. Again and again.

She also thought of Taehyung and Y/N. When she thought back to the times she's seen both of them together, she noticed that Taehyung didn't acted like he didn't like her. Not at all.

He'd glance at her all the time, trying hard to get her attention withought needing to talk to her. While he'd ignored Mina most of the time he couldn't take his attention off of Y/N.

Yes, he'd practically begged for Y/N to see what he actually felt.

Mina had never felt this - but she suddenly felt like she shouldn't get between Y/N and Taehyung.

Mina sighed defeated while looking at her mother who still was arguing with Mr. Kim. Not knowing what decision her daughter just made.

Your POV

You felt dizzy.

Yes, that would describe your current mood perfectly.

You were still standing on the balcony, facing the lively city under you. The traffic lights and neon colored displays brighten up the deep blue night and the wind grazed your face gently.

Taehyung was standing behind you, his arms encircled your waist tightly. He was showering the back of your neck with light kisses that send warm shivers down your spine.

Yeah, you felt happy. But there was this one question that was taking over your thoughts and making you question if this happiness could actually last longer than now.

"What now?"

Taehyung stopped and looked at you with a blank expression.

Then he smiled his adorably cute boxy smile that melted your heart and made your thoughts spin.

"Now we can do many things Y/N. I prefer resting here and enjoying the moment. But if you worry about Mina and my father. I'm sure they'll understand."

I don't think so.

"I hopefully don't regret trusting you Kim Taehyung."

He laughed cutely. "Everything's gonna be fine. I promise."

Narrator's POV

The guests where shocked. You could tell it by the weird looks they gave the CEO who was still standing on top of the stairs and the whispers that echoed through the hall.

Mr. Kim tried to shut those asking glares an disrespectfull words down.

For the guests he seemed unreliably. What kind of CEO was he, when he couldn't even control his own son?

Howsoever, the whispers immediately died down when two people entered the hall.

The confusion of the guests grew bigger when they realized that they were the missing CEO's son and an unknown girl, who looked just like any other female guest.

The girl seemed really insecure while the boy held her hand tightly and walked towards his father confidently.

Mr. Kim frowned at the sight of his son together with Y/N and signalized them to follow him into the, till now, empty meeting room.

None of the guests knew what was happening.

All they knew was that there was probably a drama occuring behind those closed mahagony doors.
