The bell rings, dismissing school. Students rushing out of the classrooms and filling the halls. Finally the day is over.

I run a hand through my hair, fixing the untamable mess. I notice it's already to my stomach.

I approach my car, throwing my backpack in the backseat while sliding into my seat. I start the car, the engine roaring to life.

I was enjoying my music blasting through my room while reading a book, until I hear the doorbell ring. "COMING!" I say as loud as I can as I turn down the music and throw my book on the bed, heading towards the stairs.

I approach the door, unlocking the door to reveal Matt!

"MATTY!!" I basically scream in his ear while wrapping my legs around him.

He rests his hands under my thighs, holding me up in place. "Hey there Isabella, I'm guessing you missed me?" He says chuckling. He walks in the house, kicking the door closed with his foot.

"Of course I missed you, I haven't seen you in forever, where have you been?" I ask slightly confused on how someone can miss that many days of school.

"My grandma was very sick, so my parents had to stay, which mean I had too as well. She's much better now." He says his eyes twinkling a little.

I smile at his cuteness. "That's great, I was just about to watch The Office, do you want to join?" I say wrapping my legs tighter.

His grin widens, "Now how can I refuse a deal like that?" He says while going up the stairs, chasing me to giggle.

I hear the doorbell ring, causing my eyes to flutter open. I look around noticing Matt is gone, must have gone home.

I jump up, hearing the doorbell chime again, "IM COMING BRO CHILL!" I say completely unaware of what I said.

I sprint down the stairs, turning to the door and opening it. "Oh Hi Joaquin, whats up?"

He takes in my appearance, licking his lips. "Did I just wake you from a nap?" He says smiling at me.

I nod my head in response, gesturing for him to come in.

"Nothing much just got bored and wanted to talk." He says taking a seat in my comforter.

I take a seat in the chair across from him, "So what do you want to talk about?"

He furrows his eyebrows, looking as if he was having an internal conflict.

"I need a favor..." He asks with nervousness lacing his voice.

I tilt my head slightly, resting my cheek on my palm. "What's the favor?" I ask slightly curious.

"Well...you see. I kinda got into a big fight with my parents and then it needed up with them kicking me out so I need a place to stay..." He says chuckling awkwardly.

It takes me a couple of second to process but once I did, I let out a sigh that I knew I was never holding.

"So you want to crash at my place?" I say, thinking about the scenarios with my mom.

He nods his head, tapping his foot.

"Well, I can ask my mom, I don't see why she would have a problem with it." I say getting up to get water.

I glance back at him to see a small smile on his face, "Thank you Isabella, you don't know how much this means to me..but uh, where will I sleep?"

I almost drop my water, shoot. I didn't even think about him sleeping somewhere. I'm so dumb.

"Uh, I guess you could just sleep with me." I say taking a sip of my water.

He furrows his eyebrows, seeming to be really deep in thought. "Yeah sure that sounds cool."

"Just stay here for now till my mother comes home, I still need to ask her.

"Alright, do you want to watch a movie or something?" He asks gesturing to the shelf full of movies.

I nod my head in response, walking to the comfy big sofa, grabbing my blanket and covering myself in the warm material.

"What do you want to watch?" He asks looking around the shelf for some good movies.

"Can we watch grease?" I ask sipping my water.

"Whats that?" He says while grabbing the DVD case and inspecting it.

"Its a musical, its really good."

He hums in response, placing the DVD in the DVD player.

He takes a seat next to me, wrapping his arms around me.

I don't know what came over me, but I was mentally and physically exhausted I passed out in his lap before the movie even started.
