You know when out of nowhere, you're downstairs, and suddenly you hear something fall and hit the ground from upstairs?

That happened again tonight. It sounded like something hit the wall from somewhere upstairs, or towards right side of the house on the main floor. I even walked around the whole house to see what had fallen, but I couldn't find anything. When I did look upstairs, I felt like I was being watched, and that uncomfortable feeling I had a few days ago came back. I felt unsafe again.
I didn't even WANT to go in the basement to look, because that was on the list of possible sources.

I don't know what had fallen, but the more I look at it, it sounded like something hit the wall loudly. Maybe like a pair or hands smacking the wall? That's the best I could describe it as.

Does anyone else hear a noise, but can't seem to find the source? I hear that quite often, but today, I really felt like I was being watched

Also, I want to mention my dog was on edge most of the day. He was pacing around and was even barking in the hallway.
