This had to be in the late 2014 to early 2015. By this point, I changed the position of my bed, so it had to be around this time. I remember one night I had trouble falling asleep. I was exhausted, but I just couldn't sleep.

It had to be around midnight or so, and the next thing I knew was that I was awake (maybe I was just awake the whole time.. I don't really know if I fell asleep at all), but when I was awake, I couldn't move. I kept staring into the corner of my room at the tall standing mirror. I couldn't move my head or body. My ears were ringing and my head felt weird.
I felt something hold me down on my chest and I found it very hard to breathe. I was terrified and confused. My face felt weird too. It felt all hot and the blood rushed to my face and cheeks.

I don't remember how long I couldn't move for, but I finally regained control of my arms and legs. The whole thing was terrifying. I don't know if it directly tied in with the paranormal, or if it was just sleep paralysis, but I've never felt that experience again.
