So this happened late last night. I don't really know if this was paranormal, but it was defiantly unusual.

It must have been around 11:30 to midnight, and I had my eyes closed. I wasn't fully asleep yet.

I really can't explain this, but all the sudden my eyes shot open and I gasped. I remember my chest and stomach area shot up a few centimetres and my heart started to race. I was breathing heavily with a racing heart for minutes afterward. I really don't know what caused that, because I was completely relaxed. I just thought I would write this experience here.

Now that I remember, this kind of thing happened to me a few years ago as well.
