Natasha

Have you ever had one of those really bad hang overs? You know the ones where your head feels too big and you feel like your body was hit by a train.  That's how I feel.

I can hear voices and one I'm sure is my brothers.

"Come on, please wake up for us. I need you to wake up for me..." He croaks out.

"Can you come talk to her too please." I hear him plead to someone.

"No. It's my fault she's laying here. She wont want to hear from me." I'm certain thats Damon.

Why wouldn't I want to talk to him? It's not his fault I'm here. If it's anyones fault it's my own or Johns.

"You're an idiot. You were keeping her safe mate. She is ment to wake up soon and she wont want you to leave. At least let her decide." He sighs. "Now can you please come over here?" Brian repeats.

All I hear is silence for what feels like forever, when really it was only minutes before I hear someone clesr their throat.

"Hey Tash. Umm, they're telling us that you're just unconscious and should wake up soon. John was charged, if that helps..." He goes quiet for a bit before I feel a large warm hand hold mine. I have to wake up, I can do this. "I'm sorry you got hurt... I was trying to keep you safe while he was going ballistic. I didn't mean for you to end up with a concussion."

Slowly my eyes start to open and the room is way to bright. So I quickly shut my eyes again. I let out a groan from it and the next thing I hear is my brother leaving while yelling for a doctor.

The next time I try my eyes, the room is darker. Brian must have turned the lights off thank goodness. When I've blinked a few times I see Damon staring at me while still holding my hand.

"Hey... Where are we?" I ask him.

"Hey Tash... you're at the hospital. You hit your head pretty hard and have a concussion. But the doc said you got lucky and don't have any internal bleed or anything. You have a nasty gash on your head though... You scared us to death Tash..." Damon tells me.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you. I could hear you talking before, none of this is your fault you know?" I ask cautiously.

"Yes, it is Tash. I'm so sorry this happened." He says looking down at our hands.

"I don't blame you at all... So please don't either... Now can I have a hug? I feel like I have the worst hang over at the moment." I chuckle, trying to lighten the mood.

He looks at me for a moment before giving me a small grin and releasing my hand so he can hug me. I feel safe in his arms and thankfully we stay like that for a few moments before he pulls back slightly.

Our faces are only inches away from each other and all my brain wants ne to do is lean forward and close the distance. I look at his lips for a moment and realise he has done the same.

I start to close the gap between us before my door bursts open and he jumps away quickly.
