Raelynn's pov:

We were back at the mansion.

Ryker and I were in the office, talking about what I found out with Henrick. He was pissed by both Henrick and the red lady.

"It's up to you." Ryker finally said breaking the silence.

I looked up at him.

"They approached you if you want to help them. Do it and I'll help you." He added.

The thing was, I remembered the file and the pictures of the girls that Valentino showed me the other day in Kyson's office. Henrick kidnapped Natalie and all those girls.

I want to help all of them.

"I will," I stated.

He gave me a nod, "I'll find out when they will go to her and we'll plan something."

"Yeah..."

The door slammed open and we turned to see Cassandra walking in, with a big grin on her face. Jace strolled in behind her.

Jace was also one of Cassandra's bodyguards that we appointed for her. Whenever we are out, he keeps an eye on her. Plus whenever Cassandra wants to meet us here, she'll call Jace and he would bring her here safely, without her dad knowing.

"Hey cousin, I miss you so much." She says as she walked behind Ryker's chair and throws her arms around his neck.

I gave Jace a questioning look. He shrugged, going to take a seat on the couch.

Ryker raised an eyebrow before patting her arm.

"Ok, what do you want?" Ryker asked.

"Hey!" She slapped his arm, offended, "I missed you."

"Sure," Ryker said not believing her.

"Finnnne," she drags the word for a good second. She removed her arms and walked to my side, leaning her butt against my armrest as she sat on it. She put her hand on my backrest to support herself.

"I want to come with you to the fight tonight." She said making both Ryker and I looked at her as if she was crazy.

"Your dad will kill us." I reminded her.

She huffed," he doesn't have to know."

"So what? You will sneak out?" Ryker questioned.

"I already told him I will be out with Seth." She said.

"Seth?" Jace stated, giving Cassandra a pointed look.

"He's the only guy that dad doesn't know," Cassandra explained.

"Cassandra," Ryker said in a warning tone.

"Please, I swear I'll sit silently and just watch... I promise I will stay with Rae." She said hugging my shoulder.

"I'm not even going," I told her.

She pulled away and looked at me, "What!"

"Yeah..." I said.

"Why not, I heard that there will be a lot of Mafia groups there... which means more cute, handsome, dead gorgeous men." She whispered so that only I heard her.

I chuckled, "Is that the reason why you want to go?"

"Kinda," she shrugged.

"Please come," she pouted.

I whined, "Cassandra."

"Oh shush, you are going." She stated before turning to the boys," She's going."

"Are you?" Ryker asked me.

Oh God!

I sighed, "Fine, I'll go."

"Alright then, you stay with Raelynn or Jace," Ryker stated and Cassandra nodded.

"Great, babysitting tonight," Jace said sarcastically.

Cassandra rolled her eyes, "At least you got a hottie to babysit."

"I'll have to wear my glasses, I can't see where she is." Jace joked.

"Fuck off," Cassandra murmured.

---

We stepped out of our cars and made our way inside the building. From the parking lot, we could hear the beat of the song that was playing from inside the bar. It was just a cover-up for the fight noises so that the police doesn't show up.

There weren't any houses around so no one will complain about the noise. There were shopping buildings, food shops, and saloons but all of them were closed at night.

Again, it won't disturb anyone.

Jace opened the door and we walked inside.

"Every time we come here, the feeling and energy of this place are worst," Cassandra commented.

It was true.

People die in the ring and most of the time after their death, they are known as 'weak' fighters. Cassandra once told us that she could feel the anger, the sadness and the dark energy of the dead soul trapped here.

We walked to our usual spot by the ring and stood by our group. On my way, I let my eyes roam around and I saw a lot of familiar faces. Thomas saw me and he gave me a wide smile before walking with the other fighter behind the ring.

I felt Cassandra elbowed me in the ribs.

"Ouch," I turned to her and saw that her gaze was fixed on someone else. I looked in the direction she was looking and saw Kyson and Valentino. Their group was behind them.

I didn't know their mafia was fighting tonight.

"Is he the hot boss you told me about?" Cassandra asked and I absent-mindedly nodded.

"Hot boss?" Jace repeated.

"Shut up," both Cassandra and I said.

Soon, the fights started. The mafias went first while the gangs stay back and watched. The first two fights were deadly, both fighters were in blood at the end. They had to clean the ring before the next fighters went up.

There was a five-minute break.

Jim walked through the crowd and approached us.

"Hey, we have a bet." He started.

"What bet?" Ryker inquired.

"People want to see the rebel twin fight tonight." He answered.

Ryker looked at me, "We can do it."

"I'm in a skirt." I reminded him.

"Right... I'll go alone then." Ryker volunteered.

"No, you will fight against the Chucky bros," Jim told him.

Weird name, I know.

They were twin brothers. I did fight them once but it was individually, I don't know their force combined together.

"It doesn't matter, I'll go." Ryker proceeds to remove his leather jacket. He handed it to me, making his way to the ring.

"I'm not saying that he will lose, but it would be better if you both fight together," Jim told me.

We watched as the Chucky twin walked up to the ring. Ryker was next to walk up. Looking at their size comparison, the Chucky twin look bigger together.

I might have to go up there with Ryker...
