He quirked up a dark eyebrow, one that matched the nearly black colour on his head, in amusement, looking at me with wandering eyes as I found myself entering the room. My cheeks heating up as I felt his stare on me. My body acting without thinking as I slowly slipped through the doorway.

He moved from behind the desk in one quick movement, a single step forward and there he was, right in front of me. A smirk forming on his full lips as he watched me with calculating green eyes, a shiver going down my spine at how close we were.

I was the prey, he was the predator.

Everything my mama ever told me was true, the proof of that was in the way his dark green eyes looked at me, as though I was something to own, to take, to keep. An object he could easily control.

But for once, Mama's warnings didn't frighten me. They excited me.

I couldn't keep my gaze off of him. My lips slightly parted as his hand reached up to touch my soft cheek, his thumb underneath my chin and his entire hand was able to hold my face as he easily tilted it upwards to face him. I noticed the way his jaw clenched as he lowered his face down, his lips hovering above mine by just an inch.

As he did that, something in me begged to get closer as the sparks bounced off our skin, as if attempting to pull us together.

"Amoret," he purred, his eyes searching mine like he didn't quite believe I was really there, as though he was scared that he was only dreaming.

But as he spoke my name, something snapped, like a button was pushed and I instantly put my hand on his chest, practically jumping away as realization dawned on me, quickly learning why I was really here.

"Wait, no-no," I stuttered and my hand went up to cover my mouth, "this can't be right."

I watched how he leaned back his head, one side of his top lip lifting up to form a snarl as he growled out his next words, "I can assure you that this is indeed 'right'."

"Werewolves are bad, Amoret." I know, Mama, I know.

"I must be dreaming," I mumbled to myself as my fingers gently placed themselves on my tingling lips, the image of what was about to happen popping into my head.

"Werewolves are bad, Amoret." Please stop, I understand, Mama.

"Not at all," the man spoke and then cleared his voice. "You actually didn't listen when I told you to stay asleep."

"That was you?" I asked, watching the way he gripped the edge of the desk as he put his weight on it, noticing the veins in his arms. Of course it was.

"Really? Who else would it be?" He questioned, his eyes glaring at me as his lips pulled up to form a not-so-friendly smile, a scowl.

"Werewolves are bad, Amoret." Please, Mama, go away.

"I don't know," I answered with a shaky voice and dragged it out as I kept watching him with wary eyes.

"You don't know?" He chuckled, but it wasn't funny instead it was dark, scary even as he ran a hand down his face. "Goddess, you're just as naive as I thought."

"Werewolves are bad, Amoret." Leave me alone, Mama.

"I am not naive," I defended and weakly stomped my foot on the ground, a pout on my lips.

His eyes flashed with excitement, glancing down to my lips. "Oh really?"

"Um, yes," I whispered as I cowered back just a little at his sudden movements towards me.

"Werewolves are ba-"

"You really don't think you're naive?" He questioned as he came closer, his hands coming to grip the sides of my tiny waist as he pulled my body against his own.

A gasp escaped from me as his hands tightened their hold on me, wrapping around my waist as my tiny body was now against his much larger one, molding into each other. I didn't even realize how close his face was to mine until I felt his breath on my cheek. "Wha-What are you doing?"

"You seem naive to me, but what do I know?" He spoke huskily into my ear before leaning even closer into my neck, his straight nose skimming my sensitive skin as he dragged his warm lips across my oddly cold neck.

My eyes fluttered together at the contact, tingles invading my body at his touch, so simple yet so sweet. But, of course, the rational side of me interrupted. I pressed my hand back onto his chest, pushing against him to bring back at least some of my personal space. "Stranger danger," I mumbled in a sigh.

"You don't seem like a stranger," he responded and continued to attack my neck with tiny kisses. "And it doesn't seem like you want me to stop."

He's right, but I don't want to get disowned.

"Everyone is a stranger unless you know their name," I said and scrunched my neck up, not caring that I didn't exactly look nice or that my action didn't fit the 'ladylike' description.

Mama would be so disappointed.

His fingers dug into my lower back as he growled, "Kaius, call me Kaius." He moved on from my neck, giving up and deciding to begin kissing my jawline.

"K-Kauis?" I felt him hum in approval, my hands moving up to grip his hair as I whispered the next words in fear, "as in-in the Alpha?"

He hummed again, mhm.

"N-No," I pulled his head away from me by his hair roughly, his hands letting go of me as he stumbled back at the force I used, looking down at me in shock.

"Wh-" before he could finish what he was saying, I was rushing out of the room. My bare feet hitting against the ground as I didn't dare look bad.

"Bad, Amoret. Have I taught you nothing?" She hissed at me, her words practically striking me like a slap to the face, "do you not listen to your mother? What kind of daughter are you?"

My words bubbled in my mouth as I choked down a sob, still running through the hall, "Stop it-it, M-Mama."

"I'm never letting you come home after tonight. Who do you think you are, Amoret? Fooling around with a beast? You're not my daughter, not anymore."

"Mama," I cried pathetically as I wiped at my noise, fear filling my veins as I heard him stomping behind me, chasing me down as if we were in some kind of hunt. I pumped my short legs faster as I recognized the door to the room I woke up in, just up ahead. "I prom-promise I-I won't do it again, Mama, I-I promise."

"I'm not letting you back into my house. All these years of taking care of you and you can't even listen to my warning, the one thing I asked of you."

"I know," I cried harder as I reached the handle, pulling on it as my vision became blurry. "I won't do anything with a beast again, Mama. I want to go home, I want Papa, he understands me."

"As if your papa would ever want to see a disgrace of a daughter like you."

This could be terrible because it's almost 2am, oops.

Reminder to drink water because I've been slacking for like two months, another oops.

I am so hungry, and I have this odd craving for crab? Like, why am I torturing myself like this? Can't I crave something simple like, I don't know, granola bars? I like watching mukbang, so many people think it's weird but I can't stop watching it because I love food so much, and I keep seeing so many people eating crab and I want it so bad.

Anyways, good night and enjoy.
