Ananya pov:

Naina forced me to call. I called him but he didn't lift the call. I tried again but there is no response. I was disappointed really disappointed. I thought he would pick me from the hospital  but I don't have any hope now.

"He was not responding to the calls Naina.", I said in a low voice.

"What? What will you do now? Ok wait give me some time I'll ask permission and I'll drop you.",She said in a single breath.

"No Naina. I'll go. I said and took my things to leave. Andy are you OK?", She asked me.

"Yes I'm fine. I need some rest. Ok bye take care.",I said and left the place.

I booked a cab and went to my house. I kept my bag on the table and took my phone. I tried calling Arjun. But there is no response.

Godddd he is making me tensed. Why is he not lifting the call? Where did he kept his phone?
May be he was busy with his work. I thought and decided to give up.

I went to my room and laid on my bed. I was looking at the ceiling and thinking about Karthik's condition. A tear drop escaped from my right eye.

I shouldn't cry. I should be strong. Nothing will happen to Karthik. I told myself and wipped my eyes.

I heard my phone ringing. It was my mother in law.

"Hello Mom.",I said lifting the call.

"Hello Ananya. How are you? She asked me. I'm fine mom. What about you and dad .", I asked her.

"We are good. How is your job?", She asked me. "It's pretty good. I really enjoy it.", I said.

"Ok Ananya we are coming tonight to see you.", She said shocking me.

"Actually today morning I called Arjun to say about our visit. But he didn't listen to me.",She said.

What? Why they are visiting all of a sudden? What should I do now? What will she think of me and Arjun staying in different rooms? What should I answer?

"Ok mom. I'll be waiting for you.",I said with a fake smile on my face.

"OK Ananya. I'll see you tonight. Bye for now.", She said and disconnected the call.

My head started spinning. I took my phone and dailed to Arjun. To inform him about the situation. But as usual there is no response.

I want to kill you Arjun. Hell with you.. what should I do now?
Idoit Arjun.. this is all because of you.

I decided to shift my luggage to his room. I packed my things and went to his room. I started keeping my things in a closet. It took more than 1 hour to set everything.

I was really tired my legs started hurting and I'm starving at the same time. I didn't had my lunch in the afternoon as I was busy.

I took my phone to order pizza. I dialed the number and ordered it.  I went downstairs and switched on the TV. I took the remote and started changing the channels. Nothing is interesting.

I heard the calling bell. My pizza came. I thought and rushed to open the door.

To my surprise it was my mother in law and priya Didi. I was really exited seeing them after a long time. I welcomed them in with my teeth flashing white.

"Hello Mom.", I said and took her blessing. "God bless you beta.", She said.

"Didi good to see you.",I said and hugged her. "How are you Ananya?", Didi asked me.

"I'm good.", I said with a smile. "Where is my Hero?" I asked her.
"You mean Ayaan.", She asked me. I nodded my head.

" He came with us but I don't know where did he went all of a sudden.",She said with a nervous look.

'Didi wait. I'll search for him.", I said and went outside. I started searching for him and at last I found him in the lawn.

"What are you doing here Ayaan?", I asked him.

He gave me a series look. "Is My hero angry with me?",I asked him.

He is cute. He missed me. A smile came on my face. "Who told you Ayaan I missed you a lot.",I said and kissed his cheeks.

"No Andy. If you miss me you would have called me at least once.",He said.

"I'm Sorry Ayaan. Actually I was little bit busy with my work. So please forgive your friend for this time.  Your friend won't repeat again.", I said with a puppy face.

"Promise?", He asked me. "Promise.",i said. Immediately He gave his broad smile.

"Ok. Let's go inside. Your Mom is waiting for you.", I said and we went inside.

"Here is Ayaan.", I said. "Where did you went? You made me tensed.", Didi asked him with a worried look.

"Sorry mom. I was in the lawn.", He said. "What are you doing in the lawn?", She asked again.

"Playing. He said looking at me.
Didi leave it. He came naa.",I said.

Soon we all started chitchating. Mom told me about her phone call to Arjun. She was frustrated with his behaviour. Even me. I added this sentence in my mind.

"Did Arjun told you anything about our visit?", She asked me. "No mom.",I said. "Ok let me tell you. We are going to start our business in Abu Dhabi.",She said.

"Abu Dhabi... that's a great news mom. I'm really happie.",I said.

"Your Dad and Arvind are going to Dubai tonight. So we came here.", She said." Dubai? Actually they had some important meetings.",She said.

"So that means we are going to have a lot of fun. I said with a smile. Yes beta.', She said.

The calling bell started ringing again interrupting our chats. I went to open the door.

"PIZZA.",i said and my tongue started watering.

"Ayaan do you want this ? I asked showing the box. Hey When did you ordered this?", He asked me.
"Half an hour back.", I said.

I offered it to my mom and Didi.
"Ananya you are doctor right. But why are you eating this unhygienic food.",My mom asked me.

Oh God What's wrong with pizza. I love eating outside food. I'm a doctor and I'm healthy. I can take care of my own health.  I thought.

"Ananya I asked you something? She said. Mom I'm sorry . I'll get rid of this.", I said lowering my eyes.

"Arjun don't like outside food. He loves homely food.", She said. I gave a fake smile.

Arjun pov:

I was still thinking about the student death case. I should sort out this problem.

If he is a drug addict. Who are supplying him?

"what is his name ?", I asked varun

"Deeraj",he said. "I want to know about his details.", I said.

"Give me some time. I will get them.", He said and left.

"Anjalii did he had any friends? I asked her. I don't know Arjun .we should find out.",She said.

"Let's go Anjali. ",I said and got up.

"Where ? She asked me holding my hand. Let's go to his college . We can talk to his friends.",I said.

"Arjun Look at the time. It was 6:00 pm and there will be no one in the college. ",She said.

I looked at my watch and yes she was right. There will be no one in the college. 

"Let's go tomorrow morning.",She said and I agreed with her. I sat again and took my files to study.

"Arjun what are you doing?", She yelled at me." Hey what happened? Why are you shouting? I'm just studying the files I said looking at the files.",I said.

"You are really aworkaholic person. Please think about your health. You didn't even had your lunch.",She said reminding me.

"I'll eat'n I said and looked back into the file.

"Hey now just leave the office. Or else I will kick you out.", She yelled at me.

"Whats wrong with you anjalii?",I asked her.

"When you are not married you can do as your wish but you are married now Arjun Please think about your wife.she will be waiting for you.", She said reminding me about Ananya.

"Her face was flashing in my mind. Arjun you please go .", She said. I smiled at her took my things to leave.

I got in the car and started driving to my home. I turned on the music player and started listening to bollywood songs.

I took my phone and I saw 10 calls from Ananya and 2 calls from my mom.

Why did Ananya called me? Is she fine? Did she missed me? A smile occupied my lips. With this in mind I raised the accelarator and drove fast to my house.

I parked my car and went inside. I saw the three ladies who were chitchating.

"Arjun you came.",my mom shouted.

I was really shocked by seeing them. What are they doing here? I asked her looked at Ananya who was looking  at me with blank expression.

"What are you doing here mom?", I asked her.

"My dear son. This is my house too and we are going to stay for one week.",She said shocking me.

"One week?", I asked her. "What Arjun.  What's wrong with you?", She asked me. I'm sorry.. I tried to say but she cutted it off.

"We won't disturb your privacy.", My mom  said looking at me and Ananya with a teasing smile.

I looked at Ananya. She averted her gaze.

"Not like that mom.this is your place and you can stay as long as you wish.", I said.

"Ok first tell me where is your phone?",She asked me. I kept my phone in silent mode so I didn't lift your call. I said looking at Ananya.  she was busy with Ayaan but I'm sure that she was listening.

"I called you many times.my mom said breaking my thoughts. I'm sorry", I said with a puppy face.

"OK fine. Now stop your acting.", She said with a smile. "Now go and get fresh up. We can have dinner.",She said and I nodded my head in yes.

"Do you want anything?", She asked me. "Yaa a cup of coffee.",I said looking at my biwi. I know what my mother will do next.

"Ok go. Your wife will bring.", She said and I went upstairs and opened my door.

I saw Ananya's luggage in my room. She arranged well. Soon I saw Ananya with a cup of coffee.

I took the cup from her hand. She turned backside to leave. "Why you kept your things in my room?", I asked her to hear her voice.

"She gave an angry look. What are you thinking about me? I shifted my luggage just because your Mom and Didi. You know how much it took? I wasted more than one hour in setting everything. My hands and legs are paining because of you.",She shouted at me.

Oh God she is an angry bird. I don't know how I can bare her lifelong. Lifelong? My Heart questioned me. Yes if everything goes on well. I thought.

Did you checked your phone? I called you more than 10 times. I'm an idiot to call you.She was shouting on me and I heard someone footsteps.

Immediately I pulled her close to me and put my hand on her lips...
