Lisa's brows scrunched together.

This felt off. This felt like a deja vu.

Then as if realizing, she finally remembered. This is the same situation when Lady Kim first introduced Jungkook as her tutor back then.

Jungkook was the first one who came back to his senses. He immediately came forward as he bowed at Lady Kim respectfully.

"I'll make sure to help her in all means regarding the matter"

Lady Kim smiled as she nodded her head in satisfaction.

"Mm. Fine then. Now, go, go. You still got a lot to catch up on to. Lisa, be ready for tomorrow okay?"

And with that, Lady Kim ushered the two outside her office.

Once the two are now gone, she suddenly clapped her hands as she looked out the window, full of pride.

Right! Her mission is to get the two back together!

Outside the office, Lisa stood there awkwardly. She felt awkward under the intent gaze of the man in front of her.

He remained standing there quietly as he gaze at her.

She glanced up only to see him still staring at her. She looked down again.

After some time, she glanced back up again.

He's still looking.

Lisa can't hold his gaze anymore, hence she finally opened her mouth.

"What is it? Why are you staring like that?"

He looked at her without uttering a word.

Lisa felt helpless. She turned around to leave but he suddenly held her arm.

She jolted at the sudden touch but he remained holding her.

"Let's be friends again. If you're still mad at me for forgetting you then I'm sorry. It's just that... I think there's something missing whenever I look at you. I never had a best friend with an opposite gender except for my childhood friend. I always hated girls since I was young. For me to be friends with you must be something. I wanna know the reason why I became friends with you"

Lisa fell speechless.

Lisa looked down at his hands that's holding her arms.

"S-sure."

Jungkook smiled after hearing her.

When lunch came, Jungkook and Lisa sat at the same table together as both of them eat their lunches.

He noticed that the girl in front of him is eating so slow and little.

She would only pick the vegetables and beans as she left the rice and meats untouched.

Noticing her behavior in eating, he can't help but frown.

He took his chopsticks as he placed a piece of meat on her plate.

Lisa looked at him with her big round eyes.

"Why are you eating so little?" He asked.

She cleared her throat and says,"I'm a model. Eating too much will make me gain weight. I am on a diet and my weight is being monitored, hence, I must have a strong discipline when it comes to the food that I eat"

His frown deepened. She's already thin. What's there to diet for?

He placed another meat on her plate as he said in a rather serious tone. It sounded like a teacher commanding its student.

"Eat more. You're already very thin. Staying healthy is still the one that you must prioritize."

He grabbed a piece of sweet and sour pork. He placed it once again at her plate.

Lisa looked at him helplessly.

He clicked his tongue and says,"Did I tolerated this side of you back then? I don't think so. Now eat"

In the end, Lisa ended up eating to her fullest. She felt bloated as if she's about to explode.

She leaned at her chair helplessly as she whined in a low voice,"If I became fat, you're the one to blame. If I lose my job because of this, I'll definitely blame you"

Jungkook ignored her rants as he quietly peeled an apple.

He took the half part and gave the other half to Lisa.

Lisa frowned.

"No. That's it. I feel like I'm about to explode! I can't eat anymore. Just stop giving me anything that your eyes will land on!"

When Sunji and Jin Ah came in the cafeteria, the scene of Lisa munching an apple with a frown on her face greeted them.

It looked funny and cute at the same time.

She looked at the man in front of Lisa. Her brows raised a bit in shock when she saw that the man in front of her friend is no other than Jungkook.

He ate his apple as he stared at Lisa with a half smiling eyes.

Jin Ah turned to Sunji.

"Go now. Order our lunch now. I'll wait for you over there"

"Why are you glaring at me like that?" Jungkook asked. A small laugh could be heard from him.

Lisa frowned even more.

"Tell me. Are you trying to chop me off as a feast later?"

Jungkook laughed at her words. He stared at Lisa with an amusing eyes.

This girl is not only independent. She's also timid but then she could turn into a fierce cat showing its fangs and claws. Which is not at all scary by the way.

Lisa also stopped munching. She stared at his eyes.

It looks like a magnetic orb that keeps on attracting her. Gravitating her towards it.

Jungkook noticed her sudden watery eyes.

He was startled when a tear escaped her eyes.

He held his hands up slowly to wipe the tears away...

Before he could even do so, Jin Ah's piercing voice sounded beside them.

"Lisa! Jungkook! Mind if we join in?!" Jin Ah asked as she sat beside Lisa.

Jungkook just looked at her coldly. "Mm"

Jin Ah turned to Lisa.

"Lisayah! Want to go on a double date with us?"

Lisa stared at Jin Ah confusedly.

"No. Don't want to be a third wheel"

"Come on! Don't be shy! Bring Sungmin with you!"

Jungkook turned his attention at their conversation.

"Sungmin?" He asked.

"Mm. Haven't you heard the news on the school forum? My friend here and the legendary Sungmin are dating!"

She turned to look at Lisa.

"Don't you dare deny it to me as your best friend"

Jungkook looked at Lisa.

She's... Sungmin's girlfriend?

"Sorry. I didn't heard it. I don't usually read on the school forum because most news there are fake" he said in his usual cold tone.

Jin Ah smiled sweetly.

"Oh, at least now you know! You should never be late to news like these!"

Lisa held Jin Ah. She opened her mouth to refuse the accusations of her and Sungmin's relationship but Sunji suddenly came with a tray of food.

"Lisa. Here, I ordered your lunch as well. Happy eating"

She turned to look at the tray beside her.

She stood up as she felt herself close to vomiting.
