Everybody was glad that Imani had gotten back safely. What she did for that strange woman was remarkable. It didn't surprise anybody that Imani stepped in to help Yuki without any hesitation. Imani was always an hero. She stepped in and reached that woman at the risk of her own life. If superheroes existed, Imani would definitely be one.

However, what surprised everybody was how eager Shuichi was in trying to save Imani. The way he dived into that ocean to save Imani was not anything anyone was expecting him to do, especially for Haru's girlfriend, but he did and without even thinking about it. Too bad he went away before anybody could thank him for his efforts.

Imani didn't take long to heal up. She never did. It was really like she was a superhero, but what with everything that she had been through, her body should be able to heal fast.

Imani and the others didn't quite get to enjoy the beach as much as they wanted to, so they went there and spent the rest of the day, having fun, getting soaked in the sun, splashing each other with water, sunbathing, though Imani didn't need to, admiring aquatic life, just enjoyed each other's company.

That night, the class held a bonfire and everyone gathered around it. There was music and dancing and food, before quietness and couples snuggling up to one another. It was a fun vacation. The most fun she ever had on any vacation. Imani was glad that she was able to come to this school and meet Haru and all of her friends and her host family. They made her stay so welcoming, warm and loved. She just wished she didn't have to go, but she did. She missed her real family and friends there and her home. Being in Japan, worn her out. It was about time for her to go home. Her parents definitely miss her and have been worrying about her for so long.

Imani snuggled up to Haru's chest more and closed her eyes, sighing. She didn't want to think about her last day here, until that day came. For now, she is going to enjoy the time she has with her friends, family and Haru as best as she can.
