Dev Malhotra's pov

Once Aashu left my cabin i focused my attention on Nishma and Sameer. 

"Nishma, i don't know why you hate Aasha this much. But let me tell you don't you dare behave with her like you did today. If there were anyone in your place, they would have been punished severely for how they behaved with Aasha. If you want, you can leave now" i said calmly but one can find the hidden warning. 

" I don't know why you trust her. But you're my friend. I want to help you for tomorrow meeting. And also i am your business partner in this project" she said.

"Then okay, you go and try to postpone this meeting to afternoon" i said.

"Okay" saying this she left my cabin. 

"What should we do with that boy, Dev? I already ordered our men to keep an eye on him" Sameer said. 

"We should not do anything in a haste. If we do anything to him, then the person who asked him to steal the pen drive will get alert. And he will try to plan something else. And i want you to spread a rumour that i had fired Aasha for leaking the project details and also that our company will not be participating in this meetingl" i said.

"Okay, Dev. I will spread this rumour" Sameer said. I nodded at him. 

"Wait! Dev, what if this was done by our rival?" he asked me. 

"We will know that tomorrow. He was no where to be seen for a whole year. His business was taken care of by his assistant. Lets see its his game or not" i said. Soon we heard knock on my door. Then Aashu entered in my cabin. 

"Sir, everyone is in the meeting hall waiting for you" she said. 

"Okay, lets go" i said softly. 

Aasha's POV

We all here working very hard. Its already 3 am. When everyone came to know about that the pen drive was stolen, everyone was was shocked. But no one blamed me. They just said 'it happens in business. Don't worry'. I felt relieved when no one blamed me. But i know Mr. Malhotra is behind this all. Tomorrow meeting is shifted from 10 am to 2 pm. So we have a little bit time but its not enough. No one took a single break. Shreya is the one who is serving Coffee and snacks for everyone. Me. Malhotra, Mr. Mehra and Ms. Josh also didn't take any rest. This all happened just because of my carelessness. My guiltiness is killing me inside. Everyone in this meeting hall is busy with their work. 

"Aasha, bring me a hot black coffee" Mr. Malhotra said while reading a file. 

"Sure, sir" saying this i left the meeting hall to the kitchenette. I felt someone's presence behind me. I turned but only to see Ms. Josh with a fury.

"Do you need something, mam?" i asked her. She threw a disgusting look at me. 

"Did you see how everyone is working without taking any rest? Its all because of you and your carelessness" she said while clenching her jaw. 

"I know, mam. Its all because of my carelessness" i said, looking down. 

"If we fail this deal, then i will tell the board of directors that you are the mian reason for losing the deal. If that situation comes, then no one can save you. Not even Dev" saying this she left the place. I sighed. 

She is right. Because of my carelessness everyone is working very hard without taking any rest. I am ready to take any punishment for putting them all in this situation. Then i went to Mr. Malhotra to give him his coffee. 

"Sir, You coffee" i said while placing the coffee cup on the table. Then i took my seat beside him.

"Aasha, what do you think about our this new project plan?" Mr. Malhotra asked me. 

"Its better than the previous previous plan. But i think we should concentrate more on the profit details. If someone else has our previous project presentation, then that means we are competing against our own project. So we have to add more details to our current project presentation which we didn't add in our previous one. It will make our current project special from the previous one" i said.

"Do you have any idea?" Mr. Malhotra asked me. I nodded at him. Then i gave some more ideas which will help us to win this deal. Everyone nodded their head in agreement.

"This idea is really good, Aasha" Mr. Mehra said. Ms. Josh turned her face away from me with a irritating expression. Then i looked at Mr. Malhotra. 

"Good. We will add this details to our presentation" he said. Then we all engrossed in our work. When i checked the time its already 10 am. Shreya served everyone their coffee and breakfast. I finished my breakfast while doing my work on my laptop. Then i took a sip of my coffee. Riya called me to ask something regarding the project. So i placed my coffee on the table then turned to her side. After clearing her doubt, i turned to get my coffee. I frowned when i can't find my coffee on the table. Then only i noticed my coffee cup is in Mr. Malhotra's hand. He looked at me with a smile. Its a milk coffee with sugar. He never drink milk coffee that too with sugar. He placed my coffee cup near me. 

"Its my coffee" i said. 

"So?" he asked me innocently while placing the cup near me. 

"Nothing" i said and resumed my work. 

"This coffee of yours tastes amazing. But I only took few sips. So there is still some coffee left. Drink this" he said, pushing the coffee cup close to me. Is he asking me to drink this coffee which he sipped earlier? My cheeks started to flame. How can he be like this even in this situation?

"No its okay" i said, hidding my face behind my laptop. I would like to no… love drink coffee from the same cup which he drank coffee.

But no… Not infront of him.

Everyone is also here. And it will give him false hope. I glanced at him. He is still looking at me. When he noticed that i didn't touch the cup, his face changed darker. Then he left the meeting hall like a storm. I can't help but only smile. I looked here and there. Everyone is concentrating on their work. I looked at the coffee cup. I slowly took the cup in my hands and sipped the coffee. This coffee tastes good than before.

"Of course because he drank coffee from this cup." I blushed at the thought. Then i heard someone's throat clearing voice behind me. I turned my face only to meet Mr. Malhotra's smirking face. I immediately placed the cup on the tablr and pretended to work like nothing happened. He sat on his seat.

"There is still some coffee left in your cup. Don't you want to drink Or you want me to go out so you can drink this coffee?" he asked me huskily with a smirk. 

" I…i don't want this coffee" i said, hidding my blushing face behind my laptop. 

"Then okay. I will drink this" saying this he took my cup and started to take sips from it. I looked at him with my wide eyes. I continued my work with a smile. 

"Finally we finished this work" everyone said in their cheerful voice. I checked the time. Its already 12.20 pm. We have to be there at the meeting sharply at 2.00 pm. 

"Everyone worked very hard without any sleep. I am giving you all two days off. Take rest and enjoy your leave" Mr. Malhotra said with a slight smile. He also looks very dull without having any sleep. He has a dark circles under his eyes. 

"We all sure that we will win this deal, sir. So you must give us all a grand party, once we get this deal and we all will wait in our office for your return with the good news" everyone said.

"Sure. Now everyone can leave and i ordered lunch for everyone. So you all enjoy your lunch" he said with a curt nod and looked at me. Everyone clapped their hands and thanked him then left the meeting hall. 

"Aasha, go and wait in my cabin" he said. 

"Okay, sir" saying this i left the meeting hall with everyone. Shreya,  Rocky and Riya dragged me to my cabin once we came out of the meeting hall. 

"Hey! What are you doing?" i asked them. 

"Are you alright?" they all asked in unison.

"I am fine and thankyou for supporting me" i said with a smile. 

"Of course we will support our friend no matter what. We know about our friend very well. And don't worry about anything" they said.

"Come lets have lunch. Mr. Malhotra specially ordered lunch for everyone from five-star hotel" Rocky said.

"Mr. Malhotra called me in his cabin. So.. " i trailed of. 

"Okay then go. We will leave now" they said. After bidding bye to me they left my cabin. I went to Mr. Malhotra's cabin. I was about to knock the door but he opened the door.

"Come inside" he said. I entered inside to see Mr. Mehra and Ms. Josh also inside. Ms. Josh face is red with rage. 

"Aashu, in the meeting you are the one who is going to do the presentation" Mr. Malhotra said. When he said that Ms. Josh left the cabin with a fuming face. I looked at Mr. Malhotra with a frown. 

"No. I.. i can't" i said, looking down.

"You can. I trust you. I am with you" he said softly. 

"All the best, Aasha. Don't be nervous. Everything will be alright" Mr. Mehra said with a cheerful voice.

"Thankyou, sir" i said with a smile. Then he looked at Mr. Malhotra and left the cabin with a nod. Mr. Malhotra looked at me with a smile. 

"Don't worry. I will be there with you" he said while tucking a stray strand of hair behind my ear.

"Its already 12.45 pm. We have to be there before 2 pm. Come" saying this he dragged me to the secret bedroom. This is sure a big bedroom. Led tv, black couch, coffee table, book shelf, dressing table, walk-in-closet etc.. When he first brought me to this room, i didn't noticed this bedroom deeply as i was crying badly at that time. But now i must say this room looks like a mini apartment. 

"Here" he handed me a paper bag. I looked at him confused. 

"Early Morning i called Neha. I asked her to pack a set of your dress and other necessary items like toiletries. I sent Daniel to collect the bag. So go and take a quick shower. I will take a shower in my cabin washroom. Don't worry no one will enter this room" he said with a smile.

I just stood there not knowing what to say. Then i nodded at him. He showed me the washroom. Then he took his cloths and left the room.

I looked at the luxurious washroom. Then i remembered his words 'Its already 12.45 pm. We have to be there before 2 pm'. I shook my head and hurriedly opened my paper bag. Thank god Neha packed my shower gel, shampoo, tooth brush etc… There was also my lip gloss and kajal. She packed a royal blue salwar with my inner wears. My eyes went wide. Mr. Malhotra gave this bag to me. Did he see this bag inside? No… He is not a person who check other person's personal things. What if.. by accident he saw... No no we have no tile to think about this all. Then i started to get ready for the shower.
