It's been almost a week since my mates found me. They spent the first few days doing nothing but spending time with me. Here recently though, they've been doing pack business or questioning Lucas. We've made progress on my flashbacks, I don't get them near as much and I'm starting to feel like my normal self.

My family was livid when they found out what happened. My father and brothers wanted to rip Lucas in pieces right then and there, but my mates calmed them down. They told my dad my wishes and they all agreed that I deserved to punish Lucas.

Kelly's and Lucas's death sentence are in a few days; my mates are just trying to find the rest of Lucas's followers. I'm currently making a sandwich.

"Hey Brook, what are you getting my brothers for their birthday tomorrow," Daisy asks walking in. I turn, "Their birthday's tomorrow?" She frowns, "They didn't tell you did they?" I shook my head. "No they didn't. Daisy what am I going to give them?!? It's the last minute!"

She puts her hands on my shoulders to try and calm me down. "Sshh, it's ok. I'm sure we can find something. And besides," she starts wiggling her eyebrows, "I'm sure you can give them the best present." I blush, "Daisy!!" She just laughs at me, "What it's true! Besides, you guys are mates!! Y'all practically eye rape each other when y'all are all in the same room. Plus once you mate completely, it's the best comfort or stress reliever."

I'm pretty sure my face is a fire truck right now. "I don't know if I'm ready for that yet." She sighs, "I think you are, you're just nervous. Don't think I'm pushing you now; I just think you are ready to mate." I've given up on my sandwich now. "If you can stop talking about it right now, I'll think about it." She nods, "Ok!!"

"Can we go shopping I need to find something for them," I ask. "Of course let me go get my keys." She comes back a few seconds later. "Alright I got them. Let's go." We walk out to her car and get in.

After a few hours of shopping I finally found my mates a birthday present. "Let me see what you got them," Days demands trying to look in the boxes. I swat her hand away, "No! No one can see until they get it." She pouts, "Come on....let me see, please." I shake my head, "I'm sorry Days, but I'm still not going to show you."

She sticks her tongue out at me, "Fine. You have to let me buy you something to wear for their party, though." I huff, "Alright, but nothing inappropriate." She smiles mischievously, "No promises." She drags me to Victoria Secret and I already have an uneasy feeling.

She immediately walks over to the lingerie. She picks up a lacy thong and a matching bra. I laugh, "I'm not going to wear that." She nods her head, "Yes you are. Now go try them on." "I might not even mate with my mates tomorrow, so what's the point of getting those."

"Because I said you're going to try them on. Now go try then on" she says before pushing me to the fitting room. I sighed and tried them on. I opened the door enough for Days to come in. "Goddess!! You look hot Brook!!" I looked down at myself. "I don't think so. The bra shows a lot of cleavage and the thong does no use."

She smiles, "Well you do look hot. And if my brothers do get to see you, I think that they will agree with me." Chloe is howling at the thought of my mates seeing me in it, while I'm blushing. "Can we just drop that subject please?" Days rolls her eyes, "Fine, but you are going to wear this tomorrow."

I just nod because there's no way I'm going to win this argument. I change back into my clothes and she goes and pays.

When we get to the pack house, I run up to mine and the alphas room to put their presents and the lingerie away. I go downstairs and grab a bottle of water. "Hey, do you want to go on a run with me," Daisy asks walking in the kitchen.

"Sure, Chloe's been a little restless so that may help." "Lets go then." We go outside and walk behind some trees to take our clothes off and shift. We step out behind our trees. Daisy's wolf was normal size and was a pretty light brown color; mine was about the size of an alpha because of my dad but still a little smaller and was the same unique natural color as my hair, which was a weird color for a wolf. I mean who's ever seen a black-that-fades-to-platinum furred wolf before?

Days takes off and I easily catch up and keep pace with her. Chloe gets excited and pushes us a little ahead of Daisy. We continue to run for a while.

I stop suddenly and I sniff the air, Daisy does the same. I smelt rogues not far from us. Daisy tried to turn and go back to the pack but I shook my head no; the rogues had smelt us too because I heard their paws hitting the ground as they got closer to us.

Daisy's eyes glazed over, meaning she was mind-linking someone in her pack. When her eyes cleared, about 15 rogues jumped in front of us. They snapped their jaws at us and growled. I was sharing control with Chloe and she growled back. The rogues attacked. About 10 of them ran towards me and the other 5 ran towards Daisy.

I met one rogue in the air as they jumped and bit down on its neck, killing it instantly. When I landed, I hopped on another's back and ripped a huge piece of fur out of its neck. I jumped off and it went to the side and bled to death.

Two rogues came at me and I dodged the first one's attack and managed to rip the throat out of the second. I turned just in time because the first one was in the air headed to me. I grabbed his throat in my teeth and rolled on top of him and snapped his neck.

I attacked another by making deep gashes on his side to where he couldn't walk anymore. Three came at me and I jumped on one's back and snapped his neck. I slid under another and tore out all his guts and organs. The third one I bit the head and ripped it off. The last two circled me before charging at me. I moved out of the way at the last second and one of them killed the other. I broke his neck while he was still confused.

I look over at Daisy and see she's surrounded. She's bleeding and laying down because of what looks like a broken leg. She's managed to kill one rogue but the other four are closing in on her. I run towards her and tackle them to the ground. I caught one of their throats and ripped it out.

I get in front of Daisy as a shield and growl at the remaining rogues. From behind me my mates in wolf form come running and attacks the three rogues. I turn to Days and begin to lick her wounds so she'll heel faster. She whimpers but stays still. When I'm done she shifts back to human form and holds her knees to her chest, with one arm, so she's hidden. The other arm lays beside her, unmoving.

"Thank you Brook," she says shakily. I nod and then feel four noses tickling my fur. I turn around and see my mates. They circle me while sniffing and brushing against me, so are wolf's would recognize each other's scent. This is the first time we've been in wolf form together and Chloe's howling away in my head.

When they're done they shift back to human and I quickly turn back to Daisy while they chuckle. Jacob, "What's wrong Brooklyn, can't handle us being naked?" I growl and shift back to human, crouching to cover myself. They stop chuckling. I turn my head to see them watching me. I refuse to look any lower than their face.

I smirk, "Now who can't handle me being naked?" They growl lowly and Jack goes behind a tree and comes back wearing shorts and carrying three more pair and two shirts. He hands me and Days the shirts while the boys put on shorts. Jake, "What happened here exactly?" I sighed and got up, the shirt smelling like them and going to my thighs. "We were going for a run when we smelt rogues and they attacked us. I killed about 11 before you guys got here."

Justin, "That's a lot of rogues. Remind me to never piss you off." Jacob, "Our little mate is a badass." I laugh and they help Daisy up. Jack, "Let's bring Daisy to the doctor and then we'll come deal with this mess."
