They were sitting at a branch under the tree..in their campus

Y/n - What's your future plan taetae?

Taehyung - Taetae!?

he was actually flustered when you called him by nickname

Y/n - umm..sorry , if you don't like me calling you that..I thought we were good friends ...you said being shy

Taehyung-  No, it's not like that..give me any nickname you want..I mean we're friends and I like it  ...he said lightly blushing

Y/n - umm..I asked about your future plans!?

Taehyung - Oh..I-I'll go abroad...he stuttered, do a job there or maybe start my own business...

Y/n - okay

*Silence

Y/n - "why don't you have a girlfriend!?"...sh*t , did i just sounded like a despo...
"I mean , with these looks , you can sweep away even the queen bee of our department , then why are you single?"

Taehyung - "My parents are strict and I , myself don't have time for all this...moreover , I don't want the queen bee , I want...." he stopped

Y/n - "huh? what do you want?"..I asked curiously like a child and he was avoiding me

Taehyung - Nothing! Tell me about yourself..you are cute , funny and smart..any guy would want to date you..then why are you single?

Y/n - I have three reasons..

1. "I don't wanna date around random guys , I want someone loyal and I want to fall in love with that same person again and again"...we gave each other a brief look and I continued

2. Also my mum said , " If you're not dating for marriage , you're dating for heartbreak" , I believe in that!

3. Lastly "I have trust issues"..I told him my cousin's story , "I want to be with someone who will never leave me at any situation unlike her..so I would rather marry my parent's choice than choosing a wrong guy"..

We stared at each other and suddenly taehyung flicked lightly on my head..and stood up saying.. you sound like 'heartbroken oldie' saying all this...

"Yaaah"..I shouted and run to catch him

Lol, we were looking like tom and jerry~

Author's POV~

Days , weeks and now a year passed like that...They are still friends..atleast that's what they think...little did they know, they were falling deeper and deeper for each other everyday. But none of them was ready to accept their feelings and both had their own reasons.

Taehyung has changed a little..he still doesn't talk about his personal life but sometimes take part in silly things that y/n do

Y/N's POV~

"Finally , we are graduated yayyyy"...me and AeReum hugged each other in excitement..

AeReum - babe , what you're gonna wear at tomorrow's farewell?

Y/n - I don't know..I don't have anything appropriate as per dress code (it's formal for boys and casual for girls)

AeReum - then let's go shopping baby

Meanwhile when we were roaming in the mall

AeReum - Is taehyung also coming?

Y/n - He was not going to but I requested him..so yes

AeReum - ooh , he really listens to you..he treats you differently..although he is kinda shady , I trust him with you

I chuckled at her words

Y/n -  you are saying it as if he is my boyfriend

AeReum - who knows , to be honest..you guys look to be in an 'unnamed relationship'... Aren't you guys already in love?..she said and went on

Meanwhile I stood their , repeating her question to myself..

/Next day/

Me and Areum got ready for the farewell

Main event will start a bit later..meanwhile some students were chatting , some were dancing , some were there just to eat food and one was sitting immensely lost in his phone while a bunch of chics were drooling over him

I got a text from him , yes from taehyung!

He looked up , I waved at him and he smiled at me..me and AeReum got seated beside him..we were casually talking..

Event has started , juniors performed for us , teachers gave speech and now students were doing couple dance

A handsome boy came towards us and asked.."any of you beautiful ladies would like to dance with me?"

I looked at AeReum and oh! she was ready to jump on that guy..."this bitch really can't resist good looks"..I thought and nodded smiling at her
And she left with that guy..

Taehyung and me also danced like others..but I could sense some tension between us maybe because we were a little drunk..idk

Everything went good , AeReum left earlier because she had some work at her home and my motherlike bestie gave taehyung my responsibility!

Now Taehyung dropped me to my apartment by his car..we were still drunk...so I offered him to rest a bit

We talked about our college life , how we will miss it and miss each other..suddenly..idk what gave me courage...
I confessed! I confessed my feelings for him..

Y/n - "Tae , we've been good friends for a long time , I don't think I can live with this tag of "just friends" with you when I know I like you , No , actually my liking has turned into love already...I love you Taehyung"..I said with glittering eyes

He came closer to me and in a sudden swift , he kissed me!

He stole my first kiss and I was happy

Taehyung - "I love you too y/n but we can't be together"...he said looking down emotionless and my happiness faded

Y/n - what do you mean? Why can't we be together? You just said you love me?

I asked looking straight in his eyes , controlling my tears from falling

Taehyung - "Never in my life , I was supposed to love anyone but you made me love you..why? This love will make me weak...My life is messed up , I'm scared you will get hurt because of me"...he cried helplessly

Idk know what was hurting me more..him rejecting me or seeing him cry

Y/n - "Don't reject me like this tae , I've suppressed my feelings long enough..I just want to be with you my whole life"...I said crying..

Taehyung - "I want the same..and I will make it happen someday.."

Author's POV ~

Both of them couldn't control their tears...They came closer and closer and soon alcohol on the top of their feelings took over the control

They were lost in each other's arms..not wanting to let go..they kissed , they devoured each other , naked in her bedroom..feeling every inch of their bodies...
He entered her , she felt a light pain , he let her adjust , carefully he started thrusting , soon pain got mixed with pleasure...They were passionate as if there is no tomorrow.. they came together , he pulled out just on time...

He cleaned her body and gave her a last deep kiss before they both fell asleep in each other's embrace...

Next morning

Y/n's pov~

I woke up naked and looked beside me but there were no traces of him..
HE LEFT !!
