So without further ado, the chapter-

He shook his head with a smile before turning to Danny.
"You can spin it, dude." He tapped Danny on the back to which Danny squealed, pulling Aaron into a bone-crushing hug.

Justin sighed in a tired manner, his grey heated eyes set on Danny.
"Keep wasting precious time and I'll take it off you again." He threatened, bluntly. Danny let out a horrified squeal before snatching up the bottle and spinning it at the speed of light.

As if God was pulling the strings of the game, the bottle front landed, facing towards Aaron.
"Truth"

Danny smiled, clapping his hands like a circus seal.

"My turn to ask! My turn to ask!" He shouted, his eyes alit. And, yet again, the silence acted as a prompt and Danny spoke.

I should have known I would have regretted this

"Pick, Aaron. Avalon or Alexis?

Aaron's POV during truth and dare

Damn it, 2-0.

Aaron watched carefully as the players on the team passed the ball around, fingers drumming against the arm of the chair. The game was now 86 minutes in and it didn't seem as though his team could turn the game around now. It made it all the more tense to know that his team was playing against the team that Justin favoured and that they had placed bets on the winning team.

"Shit." Aaron muttered as he watched and Justin turned to him at this, face blank, but a small glint in his grey eyes.

"You okay?" He asked dryly and Aaron only huffed sitting back, running a hand through his hair.

"Not one word." He snipped in response, barely hearing Danny's typical whining as he watched the game. It was something he would commonly do: whine about being hungry; whine about being bored; whine about some type of pain he was experiencing. It was most likely one or those reasons and he decided to pay no heed as did Justin, placing their focus on the TV in front of them.

It was only when the scent of vanilla came closer that his attention actually perked up.

"Guys, please listen to him. He's been whining for 8 minutes now." Lexi complained, her small form stood so close to him to which Danny smiled, nodding his head exaggeratedly. Aaron suppressed the urge to throttle him. He would have done it too if Avalon hadn't moved closer besides Lexi, folding her arms with a stern face.

"Yeah, guys, it's just one little truth and dare game. Let's just play it." She said, in a high pitched tone, clapping her hands together excitedly. Aaron turned his gaze back to Lexi's hopeful expression before turning back to Justin who looked to him thoughtfully.

He knew neither of them held a certain excitement to play Truth or Dare, but it was Lexi who was asking them. And, from the way that Justin and Lexi had gotten close, he knew Justin wouldn't refuse her. Something about that thought irked something deep within him. But, he too would never refuse Lexi so- with that thought- he turned back to her.

"Okay." They both said it in unison. He sighed as he said it, still reluctant on having to join a game he never had a fondness for, even in the parties he attended. The only reason for acceptance was her and he watched her as he moved to sit on the wooden floor where Danny was ushering them to go.

She moved tepidly towards the seating area and his heart tightened as he hoped she would sit beside him; as he hoped that the rift between them wouldn't continue to increase.

All hopes wete them dashed as he felt rhe warmth of someone beside him, making him turn as he looked to Avalon.

"Hey you." She whispered with a smile and he forced a smile before turning back to where he saw Lexi sitting down right beside Justin, turning to smile at him in a way that made Aaron's heart clench. In any other instance, he wouldn't have minded them looking towards each other or the way that their knees were slightly touching as they sat side by side, but now it was different.

Why did he feel as though there had been a shift in the relationships?

He turned them as Danny sat down beside him, a glass bottle in his hand. He cleared his throat before speaking excitedly. Aaron knew he always loved to be the game host, but never had the chance at parties.

"So, pretty basic. We spin the bottle and whoever it lands on will be asked to pick Truth or Dare. Got it?" He said, in a commanding tone. Aaron rolled his eyes at this, knowing Danny loved to be in this position of control yet he felt his lips quirk up when Justin pulled the bottle off him, spinning it to which Danny whimpered in protest.

The bottle spun for a while before stopping, landing straight on Lexi. Aaron felt his heart tug, hoping she wouldn't be given an inappropriate dare as they often were at parties. Lexi just shook her head with a smile, sighing in defeat.

"Truth." She aid, firmly with a smile, making him sigh in relief just as Danny opened his mouth to speak, but he was interrupted by Avalon.

"Can I ask, guys?" Avalon asked cheerily and Aaron looked unsurely to Lexi, but said nothing. When her plea was met with silence, she chose to speak, continuing on with a smile.

"Who was your first kiss, Alexis?" She asked with a smile and his gaze snapped to Lexi whose cheeks reddened notably. With that one singular word from Avalon, the memory rose to his mind before he could control it and he felt his heart thunder in his chest.

She raised her hand to his face and pushed the hair out of his eyes. He watched her every movement as she brought her face closer to his and their breath mixed together. He felt dizzy in her scent, his mind glint feral as she looked to him with such sure eyes.

"We should stop, but I don't want to" She whispered and, with that, she closed the gap between them, making him tense.

And, his desire overrided logic then.

He kissed her back with all the intensity he could muster; with all that he had been holding back. The kiss was full of passion and desperation, in ways he had never experienced before. He enjoyed it more than he could ever care to admit.

Without thought, he rolled around, changing their position, so that he was now on top in a way that allowed him to be able to see her entrancing face. He feverishly kissed her again, his hands going inside her shirt and touching the tempting, soft skin of her bare back. He revelled in the way she gasped as she felt him.

It was her clearing her throat that brought him back to reality and he recomposed himself, looking to where Lexi's cheeks were red as she looked to all the eyes on her. He almost wanted to tell everyone to look away so she didn't feel so anxious, but then Avalon tutted, putting a hand to her face in surprise.

"Oh, you haven't been kissed? Aww isn't that just so cute?" She said and Lexi's eyes darted back to the floor, avoiding the question and his brow furrowed. Hadn't he been her first kiss? If so, then why would she avoid the question? Everyone assumed they were going out, so kissing him wouldn't be something too farfetched.

Unless, it wasn't him that was her first kiss.

Before he could control it, anger and jealousy struck through him like lightening. To think of any other man seeing her as he did made him feel a rage he had never before experienced. So much so that he couldn't control it as he leaned forward, the words coming out automatically.

"It wasn't someone else, was it, Lexi? It was me, right?" He asked, trying to hide the unsureness in his tone but it stuck out like a sore thumb.

He watched as Lexi gaped, possibly embarrassed by his callous words in front of everyone, but he couldn't find it in himself to care anymore. He needed to know what the answer was and he could care less if it was in public or private. She was all that he cared about. He didn't care to look at the others; he just looked to her, his eyes fixated on her as he waited for an answer.

It was a second of silence before she looked down, nodding, but it was all he needed and he let out a sigh of relief, leaning back with a smile. He didn't care if the insecurities showed; he was glad that the answer was one to his favour and he turned his gaze to Danny, feeling in a better mood.

"You can spin it, dude." He tapped Danny on the back to which Danny squealed, pulling Aaron into a bone-crushing hug, making him wince.

Justin sighed in a tired manner and Aaron knew that he wasn't as tolerant of Danny as he was.

"Keep wasting precious time and I'll take it off you again." He threatened, bluntly, confirming Aaron's words. Danny let out a typical squeal, making him wince yet again before Danny snatched up the bottle and spun it at the speed of light.

Aaron's eyebrows raised at the complete coincidence of the bottle facing him. Any other day, he would have picked dare, but he thought of Lexi's words and he couldn't help but look up with finality.

"Truth" He said, eyes grazing against her slender form. If the question right now would be to explain how he felt for her then he would, without a doubt, not be able to keep it in anymore. Lexi plagued his mind day and night.

Danny laughed, clapping his hands like a circus seal loudly beside him but it didn't deter his gaze.

"My turn to ask! My turn to ask!" He shouted, his eyes alit. And, yet again, the silence acted as a prompt. Surprisingly, not even Justin opposed and it was then that Danny spoke.

If Aaron had known before what Danny's question would be, he would have knocked his lights out long back.

"Pick, Aaron. Avalon or Alexis?

This is the end of Danny boy.
