Serenity~

She looked at him and laughs, "I don't even know you that well! All I know is that you're my boss! Now we have to date?!" He raised a finger making her silent. "Do this for me and I pay you double of what I pay you." She thinks about it. She can send her parents on a trip and she can buy her own house and even a car.

"How long do we have to do this? And what are the rules?" He smirks

"We are doing this for 5 months, we'll say I broke your heart and you left me and we'll only be at the office working like nothing ever happened." She nods taking everything in. This could help her in so many ways but she could only see her parents asking her questions and her mother is so embarrassing and lets not talk about her father. She sighs "Five months?" He nods.

"Fine I'll do it."

The next day everyone knew that Serenity was my girlfriend. It felt normal actually, nothing different. Every time I see a picture of her, her smile, her skin, his shape, it sent me wild. What was he going to do with her? He knew no one else could have her but he didn't love her.

"Dumbass! Stop looking at her picture like that! You look creepy." He groans turning around to see Trey eating his food, "Why are you here?" He shrugs "I'm always here?" Trey shrugged "I was bored at home and what better way can i spend that boredom than bother my dear brother." He gave a smile. "Go bother your lady friend." Trey gave him a look which made him smirk. "Low blow, asshole." He chuckled.

"I know."

"Oh and I have something to tell you."

"What?" He looks at him. Trey looks at him with a serious face.

"Mama doesn't believe that your with Serenity because there wasn't a single magazine about her and you anywhere, mama is smart." He groans, "What should I do then? I want mama off my case."

He shrugs, " If I were you I would do the only thing I could do." Trey leans back on the couch. "Which is?" Trey smirks leaning towards him. "Out with it asshole!!" He laughed. "It's simple man." "If it's so simple then tell me!"

"Marry her."

Naeun~

She sat on her rooftop looking at the people and cars passing. She sighs sipping her cup of vodka. "Woman why are you drinking and so close to the ledge? Suicide?" She jumps turning around to see Trey. She groans "Why are you here and how did you know I was here?"

He shrugs. "I've been following you since you woke up." her eyes widened. "What?!" He laughs, "I asked Serenity! jeez woman." She rolled her eyes. "I have a name so use it." He nods "Of course, beautiful." She groans, "Why are you here, you better leave or I'll call my landlord and make a complaint about creeps in the neighborhood." She threatened.

He laughs putting his hand in his pocket,"Does it look like that affects me? I could buy this whole place and the next." Her throat tightened. "Why are you here?" He smiles "I need a favor from you." "What kind?" He looks at her very serious. "I need your friend's ring size"

Why? That was the only question going through her head. "It's important that you get it for me, you already have my number so call me or text me." He looked at his watch, "I have to go now." He left before she could give an answer. Was she really going to do this? She went to the room she shared with her friend. The door opened revealing a very tired Serenity. "You need some rest, you look awful." She didn't even reply but went straight to her bed.

Perfect timing. She measured her finger quickly and sighs. She texted him her size and then he called,

"Thanks, beautiful." He said through the phone, she could feel his smirk.

"You could have texted me that, asshole." She says sitting down.

"Yeah but I wanted to say it for you to hear."

She smirks, "You would have gotten the same reply either way."

He perked up, "And what was that reply?"

She gives a low chuckle. "Go fuck yourself."

He laughs "But that's no fun!" With that she hung up the phone and looked up seeing herself smiling in the mirror.

"Wipe that smile off your face, men are nothing but trouble."

August~

He looks at Trey who was smiling as he hung the phone up. "So?" He looked impatient

"Her size is 3" He nods "Thanks man." He hopped in his car going to the most expensive and more glamour jewelry store there was in my area. I got out the car and walked in getting attention. "Hello sir, how may I help you?" She smiled sweetly. "Hi, I came to buy an engagement ring." She nods showing her the rings they hand. "What size?"

"Size 3." She nods showing the selections. This was gonna be harder than what he thought. "Take your time sir, we won't rush you." He nods clearing his throat, "Thank you." She simply nods, leaving me to greet other customers.

"Come on August, it's just a ring, just pick one and go." He mumbles to himself. He kept looking until he spotted it. This was the one. He sighs in relief, paying for it and left the store before he as recognized.

During the ride home he got a call from Trey and answered.

"What?" He spoke.

"Come to the office now and don't ask questions." With that he hung up.

August rushed to the office and goes up to his room. "What's the-" He looked up and his world stopped, his heart stopped, he stopped breathing, he couldn't move. There she stood, her eyes starring back at him, those eyes he hated with a passion. He grew angry. "Why is she here, Trey?"

He sighs, "Mama sent her, she said to forget the past and move on, with her as a new wife." She smiled at me and walks close to him. His eyes watched her. "I missed you, baby, please forgive me and lets start over I wanna make things right." She was about to hold his hand but he moved away, "Get out and don't ever come back again? Do you understand?" His voice low and deadly, his eyes turned cold and his hands shook with rage. She still took his hand in spite of how he looked. "Bab-" He pushed open the door, "I said get out!!!" His voice boomed across the entire hall. She looked at him with wide eyes and sighs. "I'm not giving up." With that she left.

Trey looked at him. "I'm sorry man, you know I can't put my hands on a woman, if I did she'd be out of here a long time ago." He nods, I understand, Trey, now it's my turn to get back at my mother, plan a party and invite everyone one of our family members." He nods. "What kind of party?" August smirked.

"An engagement party."
