It's almost been a week since me and Aiden talked and to say we spent time together would be a lie.

Things were awkward with my brothers. For the first couple of days. I only exchanged a few words with them.

They also told Summer and she acted as awkward as me after lacking out on all of them about how immature they are for getting involved in shit-her words not mine-like that.

But we got over it eventually, especially after, my brothers and Aiden had so much work last week, which gave us the space to think everything through.

Weeventually got our thoughts together and came to the conclusion that we can't do anything about the situation than go along with it, which is exactly what me and Summer are doing now and probably for a long time ahead.

The only thing that happened between Aiden and I was that we  exchanged glances under the dinners and we kissed when we were alone, whether that was in the kitchen or in the hallway, the kisses lasted at most two minutes before we had to pull away. But no matter how long we kissed or how we kissed the flushed cheeks and butterflies never left me.

My brothers didn't suspect anything but to say I was nervous is an understatement. I'm still feeling guilty for lying to them but they'll know eventually...well they might get to know eventually, depending on if Aiden and I make things serious and official between us.

Summer is still the only one knowing about the two of us...whatever we are. When I told her what me and Aiden talked about a week ago, she kind of got in a state of shock. She sat in front of me with one of my decoration pillows clutched to her chest, her mouth practically on the floor and her eyes wide.

When she finally got back to her babbly self she started planning on what we should name our future kids and demanded to be a godmother, I didn't bother stopping her fantasies.

Luckily we skipped the stage where she would throw smart remarks on me and Aiden, because she got a bug and her mom told her to stay at home, so she wouldn't get everyone else sick also.

Which left me alone with Ethan for a week. I got to know him so much better and he told me about his long distance boyfriend, Dean, and how he's coming over this weekend.

I shake my head getting rid of my thoughts and notice that I've reached the cafeteria.

Opening the blue double doors I walk in and scan the crowded room, in hopes of catching a glimpse of Summer and Ethan at a table.

Finally, I see the redhead girl waving like a maniac and I chuckle before making my way over to them.

"Hi!" Summer says excited, her eyes lighting up as she speaks. Ethan face palms and lays his head on the round table surface. "Hey?" I say confused and Ethan shakes his head against the table, letting out a groan.

"Oh my god! Avery! There's a par-" I don't let her finish as I shake my head and put my hand up, stopping her.

"I need to get food first, be right back." I say and walk over to the line.

I stand behind a tall guy from the football team and to be honest I feel tiny standing behind him.

I shake my head and grab my phone to see that I don't have a message form Aiden still. We haven't talked much since last week, just the few encounters at my place and to be honest I kind of miss his presence.

I feel a pair of arms wrapping around my neck and pulling me into a hard chest.

My heart skips a beat at first but when I take in the scent I roll my eyes.

"Zach? What do you want?" I ask I'm a bored tone. The dude never shows me any kind of affection, especially in school.

"Hi, Avery! You know I love you, right little sis?" He asks and I grab his hand making him stand beside me.

"First off, you are mine little brother and second, what. Do. You. Want?" I emphasise each word and he sighs.

"Do you have money I forgot mine." He says pleadingly and I sigh. "Yeah, sure." I say and a huge smile takes over his face. He kisses my forehead and stands beside me.

"As I was saying", Summer says watching me take a bite of my frie. "There's a party on Saturday and-" I cut her off. "No! Nope! Not going to happen, Xav will kill me." I ramble and Ethan gives me a confused look. "Overprotective brothers." I roll my eyes and he hums in response.

"Aves, let's just sneak out, please!" Summer begs and I roll my eyes. "Come on, Avery, she's been bugging me about this thing since I came for lunch and that's an opportunity for you to meet Dean!" Ethan says and his eyes lit up at the mention if his boyfriends name.

"You don't get it. Last time we sneaked out I git grounded and Xavier took my phone away, Summer too since she was at our house at the moment and of course-", "he gave us a huge lecture about all the bad things that could of happened blah blah blah." Summer adds, mocking me and I give her a pointed look.

"First off, we were fifteen and we're eighteen now which means we're legally adults and able to make our own decisions and second let's just sneak out it'll be fun!" She wine's and I sigh.

I mean its my senior year and like Aiden said...deal with the consequences when they come if they come.

"Fine! But we're getting to your place and get to the party from there and we're sleeping over at your place too."

She and Ethan both let out squeals, grabbing the attention of a few students sitting nearby. I give them all apologetic looks and sigh.

"Yes! Thank you Aves! Ethan you should defenetly come! My mother has some event Saturday night and she won't tell the guys if I tell her you and me are having a girls night at my place." Summer says and I nod.

"Yes! I would love to come! This will be so fun!" Ethan says and I chuckle lightly.

I look at the time, twelve thirty p.m. My brothers haven't shown up yet and neither has Aiden, whos obviously with them. I don't even know if he'll spend the night here tonight.

"I'm going to sleep." I stand up from the couch and Zach gives me a pleading look. "Come on, Avery! Don't leave me alone!" He whines and I give him a small smile and shake my head.

We just finished watching a horror movie and as much as he wants to hide it, I can see that he's scared and to be honest, I am too.

"Night, Zach."

"Wait, I'm coming with you." He turns the TV off and walks up to me-more like runs-slinging an arm over my shoulders as we make our way to the stairs.

Ashton and Parker are already asleep. I think. I told them to go up to their rooms a couple of hours ago, after Xavier called and told me to, and me being the great little sister I am, did as my big brother said and instead of a peaceful good night, Ashton and I fought...only a little. Zach had to interrupt and make him listen to me.

Since I'm the oldest, Xavier sets me in charge whenever all of them are out of the house, with the assistance of Zach of course.

My thoughts get cut off when I hear fidgeting with the door lock. The entryway is pitch black, the only source if light coming from the moon that shines through the floor to ceiling window and the big lamps about thirty feet away from the house.

I step closer to Zach and clutch his shirt in my fist as he tightens his arm around me. We both stand a few steps up the staircase, looking at the door, waiting for something to happen.

"That's the guys right?" I whisper to him and he gulps. "Uh, yeah. I mean we have gu-AAAAHHHH!" We both let out ear piercing screams as the door opens and four tall figures walk in letting out screams as well.

"What the hell!?" Xavier's voice sounds. He flicks on the light and both me and Zach breath out in relief. "You scared the living shit out of us!" I exclaim. "Language!" They all warn and I roll my eyes.

My eyes set on Aiden, who's looking at me. He's dressed in a black suit and his hair looks a little messy, probably from being at the office for so many hours.

"What are you doing up so late anyways?" Tristan asks and they all walk in. "We were watching a horror movie." Zach says and I nudge his side.

Here it comes.

"Avery! I told you not to watch these kind of movies! You won't be able to sleep!" Hunter throws his arms up in disbelief and I roll my eyes.

Normally, Aiden and Tristan would throw some smart remark about me being scared and to my surprise they don't.

"Aves?" Tristan asks.

"Yeah?"

"I can tuck you on bed if you're too scared." He bursts out laughing and Aiden joins him.

I talked too soon.

Me and my brothers look at the two idiots laugh their asses off as we wait for the annoying sound to stop.

I blink a few times and cross my arms over my chest before murmuring a small good night and turning on my heels to walk up to my room.

Pulling the covers over my body, I close my eyes and wait for sleep to consume me but the thoughts do.

I lay on my back looking up at the ceiling as I think about everything and nothing in particular, for about twenty minutes before my door opens.

"Princess?" Aiden's whisper makes my heart flutter. I turn to my side and see him walking up to my bed. "Scoot over." I do as he says and he pulls the covers to the side before getting in and pulling them over him again.

I turn my back to him, trying to play it angry for the not so fun joke he and Tristan laughed about.

He sighs and throws an arm over my waist, pulling me into his hard chest. This is the second time we're laying like this.

"Princess, are you mad at me?" I can hear the amusement in his voice, which brings a warm feeling to my stomach. "Night, Aiden." I mumble and close my eyes, only to have them shut open within seconds.

His lips are on my neck, leaving open mouthed kisses all over. I bit my lip to keep myself from moaning. That would be so embarrassing.

"You still mad?" He mumbles between kisses and I shake my head. "Never was." My voice comes out hoarse and I can feel him smirk against my neck.

"Good." He turns me around and pins my arms over my head as he starts leaning in. I reach forward and connect our lips, he kisses back immediately and the grip on my wrists tightens giving me a pleasurable pain.

He bites my bottom lip and I open my mouth, letting him slide his tongue inside.

We kiss for minutes, until the need of air gets to much and we pull away.

"I'm sorry for not spending much time with you." He whispers, resting his forehead against mine. "It's fine." I give him a reassuring smile and he pecks my lips.

Aiden slides off me and lays down beside me, wrapping an arm around my stomach, making the butterflies in there go insane.

"Sleep, princess, you have school tomorrow." He kisses my cheek.

"Good night, Aiden." I whisper back anday my head on his hard chest as I wrap my arm around his torso.

"Good night, princess."

The next morning I woke up on my bed alone, hugging a pillow. I guess Aiden had to go, incase my brothers came in and saw us.

I still can't believe I'm doing this with him.

I give myself one last look in the mirror, nodding in approval.

My hair cascades down in loose waves over my chest. I'm wearing an over sized t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans.

I walk downstairs and to my surprise all my brothers and Aiden are eating breakfast and chatting. A sight I haven't seen for over a week now.

"Aren't you guys supposed to be at work?" I furrow my eyebrows as I make my way over to the fridge. "No, we're done with the hard part of the paperwork, we'll be back to normal, don't worry." Xavier says and I grab a water bottle.

"That's good, I'm tired of babysitting." I mumble the last part. I feel Aiden's eyes on me and I turn to look at him, only toook away after a few seconds.

"I'm going to the mall, with Summer today, but anyway, I gotta go now, bye!" I blurt out before they have a chance to answer and make a run for the fient door.

"Class, you'll have to read five chapters over the weekend and you'll be tested on Monday." Mrs. Blade dismisses the class and we all walk out.

I feel my phone buzz in my pocket and see that I have a text message from Aiden.

Aiden: Can you come over to my place after the mall, princess?

A smile takes over my face at the nickname he calls me every time we're talking and answer him back.

Me: Yeah, sure.

"Hey!" Summer and Ethan walk over to me and I smile. "Hi!"

"I'm so excited for the party tomorrow, do you have everything sorted out?" Summer asks reffering to my brothers and Aiden and I nod.

"Good, now let's get to class, the bel will go off soon." She says and we all begin to walk to the only class we have together in Fridays.

......

"How about this one?" I ask turling around. I'm at the mall with Summer and Ethan, trying dresses on, since I'm the only one without something ti wear. "YES! LBD IT IS!" Summer says a little too loud, making a few ladies turn in her direction.

"I'll get it." I nod and get back in to change. I give myself one last look to make sure I like the dress on me. It's pretty simple yet kind of sexy. It hugs my figure a little too tightly, showing off all of my curves and it ends a few inches under my butt. The front of the dress is low cut showing a fair amount of cleavage and the whole thing holds up by two small spaghetti straps.

I won't be able to wear a bra underneath but luckily it has one in the fabric, so I'll feel a little more comfortable than I normally would if I didn't wear a bra.

It's just something I can't live without. In public.

I'm pretty sure my brothers wouldn't approve but it's nit like they'll find out or something.

After paying for the dress we all head toward the cars. Ethan and Summer would hang out since I'm going over to Aiden's and there wasn't really anything to do at the mall.
