jeongguk told taehyung a little more about his past which isn't long ago. also that sometimes when his mom and her boyfriend spent all his money, he had no food and had to starve for a couple days. that broke taehyung's heart again, he just wants jeongguk to be happy.

jeongguk.. his boyfriend.

he still can't believe it and it feels so surreal that they're officially dating.

"you're finally mine now. i was freaking out when you went to that cafe with bogum. and i promise you baby, no one's gonna ever hurt you again.", he says and taehyung pouts at his absolutely cute words.

"i'm sorry, i was so naive."

"it's okay, don't worry."

taehyung is sitting on top of jeongguk while jeongguk is laying on his bed. luckily he has no bruises on his body and only his face his bruised.

taehyung looks directly into his eyes with a smile, feeling jeongguk's hands on his back.

"gguk.. your face.", taehyung says, unbelievably sad about how jeongguk's face got ruined.

"if i ever see that dickhead...", taehyung begins but jeongguk just laughs.

"what will you do?"

"punch him of course. or i kick his balls. yes, that sounds good." jeongguk just chuckles at his cuteness.

"i hope you have beat the shit out of him."

"i did. until he passed out.", jeongguk's says and taehyung's eyes widen. for a second jeongguk is even scared that it scares taehyung off, but when he starts smiling he knows that's not the case.

"that's my strong bunny."

"don't call me a bunny."

"but you are a cute bunny!", taehyung complains.

jeongguk just looks at him in pure admiration.

"do you even have an idea how perfect you are?", jeongguk asks after looking into his eyes for a while. his voice is low, almost like a whisper, giving taehyung butterflies.

"not as perfect as you-"

jeongguk already pulled taehyung close to press his lips on his. quickly they start a make out session.

jeongguk places his hands on taehyung's butt and when he squeezes it, taehyung lets out a soft moan, blushing in embarrassment after that and breaking the kiss.

jeongguk chuckles.

"no need to be ashamed baby, it's just me.", he says and taehyung nods, before pressing his lips on jeongguk's again.

taehyung enjoys the feeling of jeongguk's hands on his body way too much, whimpering into the kiss when jeongguk squeezes the thick flesh on his butt again.

they want to continue but suddenly taehyung's phone starts ringing. they both groan in annoyance, as they want to make out, but when he sees that it's his brother he can't just ignore the call.

"hyung?"

"taehyung, mom and dad will be here in half an hour. just wanted to let you know that."

"oh okay, thank you."

"what's wrong?", jeongguk asks as soon as taehyung hangs off the phone call.

"my parents are coming."

jeongguk's eyes widen and he quickly sits up, causing taehyung to get off his lap.

"i need to go."

"what? no! and where do you want to go?"

"taehyung your parents.. what do you want to say?"

"i want to introduce you as my boyfriend."

"with my bruised face? they will have such a bad impression of me."

"gguk. let's tell them the truth."

"what do you mean?"

"that you get abused at home."

"what? no-"

"gguk, please listen to me. i'm sure they will understand. they will understand that none of this is your fault."

"tae, i don't know. i don't want them to think bad of me-"

"one day they will get to know anyway. so why not now? please ggukie. it will make things easier, i promise."

jeongguk thinks about it for a couple seconds before he just agrees with a heavy sigh. he's totally not ready to introduce himself to taehyung's parents and tell them the truth about him, but he knows that taehyung is right and it's the best if they do it now.

"mom, dad."

"who are you young man?", taehyung's father asks jeongguk and jeongguk gulps harshly.

"dad, this is my boyfriend jeon jeongguk."

"your boyfriend?", taehyung's mother asks surprised and yes even namjoon only now found out that they're officially dating.

"it's a pleasure to meet you mr. and mrs. kim."

"jeon?", taehyung's father asks, looking directly at jeongguk's face. jeongguk nods at him, feeling insecure because of his intense stare.

"was jeon daehyun your father?"

jeongguk's eyes grow wide and so does taehyung's.

"y-you knew my dad?"

"he was one of my closest friends.", he says and everyone in the room is shocked.

"come here son.", taehyung's father says and pulls jeongguk closer to give him a hug. taehyung's eyes will with tears at the sight. he can't believe what's happening.

he looks at his mother now, who's also smiling. they look at each other for a couple seconds before she stretches his arms out for him. taehyung starts sobbing as he starts hugging his mother, feeling like a little kid again.

"when did my son grow up so much that he has a boyfriend?", her eyes also filling with tears, realizing what a beautiful young man her son has become.

"namjoon come here.", taehyung's father says, calling namjoon who was standing a little away from them, watching the scenario with a smile on his face and also teary eyes.

now taehyung, namjoon and jeongguk are standing right in front of their parents.

"taehyung, namjoon, we never were good parents and weren't there for you when you needed us the most. we're so sorry. but from now on we'll try to be better."

"and also be a parent for you jeongguk.", taehyung's father adds. "your father was a good man and has done a lot for me. that's the least i can do."

"thank you.", taehyung thanks his parents. today must be the best day of his life.

"what happened to your face son?", taehyung's father asks and the fact that he calls him son makes taehyung and also jeongguk really happy.

"dad, the boyfriend of his mother is abusing him for years now."

"what?", he asks in surprise.

"yes. he's an alcoholic and also brought jeongguk's mother into drugs. jeongguk is always paying for them because he forces him to."

"that's unbelievable. i will make sure that he comes in prison."

"really?", jeongguk asks and he nods.

"of course. and jeongguk, until he's in prison you can stay here. and we will make sure that your mother gets hospitalized by a drug rehabilitation clinic."

taehyung can't believe that his parents are actually good-hearted people. this is too perfect to be real. everything is perfect.
