"ggukie?"

it's 4 am and taehyung fell asleep earlier in jeongguk's arms but he just woke up because he could feel jeongguk moving around a lot in his sleep. but when he even hears something like a whimper, he starts to worry.

"ggukie?", he asks again.

jeongguk is still sleeping, but he moves his face one side to the other.

"jeonggukie", taehyung says and softly shakes jeongguk's shoulder. jeongguk suddenly wakes up with a very loud gasp.

"hey, it's ok.", taehyung calms him down.

"god. i'm sorry tae."

"it's okay. but what's wrong?"

"nothing, don't worry. i just had a nightmare."

"you wanna tell me about it? i know how it is to have nightmares, but maybe talking about it will help you. i will help you."

"it's ok beautiful, go back to sleep."

"will you be able to sleep? do you want water, i can-"

"i'm okay.", jeongguk interrupts him and reaches his hand out to caress taehyung's cheek.

"let's go back to sleep, okay?",

"okay.", taehyung says and leans in to place a short kiss on jeongguk's lips. jeongguk pulls him closer again and wraps his arms around him.

"good night tae."

"good night ggukie."

taehyung wakes up the next day and he'd be so happy waking up next to jeongguk just as he thought he would, but he frowns when he sees that no one's with him.

he hopes that he didn't leave.

he stands up to go downstairs with a worried expression on his face, asking himself if jeongguk really did leave.but he smiles in relief when he sees him downstairs with the others.

"finally you're awake.", namjoon says, who's standing in the kitchen and is making food. taehyung wonders where the maids are that would usually make food for them.

taehyung doesn't understand what he means but when he looks at the clock on the wall, he sees that it's already 1 pm. "oh, i'm sorry.", he says.

"it's okay."

taehyung sits down next to jeongguk.

"hey.", he says shyly.

"hey.", jeongguk smiles and leans in to kiss his cheek.

taehyung blushes madly. he looks at jimin and suddenly wonders what jimin and yoongi did all night. did they also make out?

"what should we do today?", namjoon asks.

"when are mom and dad coming back?", taehyung asks.

"i don't know.", namjoon says and taehyung nods sadly. he just wishes their parents would spend more time with them. but that will never happen.

again, jeongguk puts his hand on taehyung's thigh and taehyung can imagine that this is gonna be a habit of him. taehyung doesn't mind though. he like it a lot.

he wonders what they will be.

they're not together but they made out almost the whole night. but at the same time they don't know the other good enough yet to become a couple.

taehyung blushes at the thought of being jeongguk's boyfriend. he has to smile.

"why you smiling?", jeongguk asks but taehyung just shakes his head.

"no reason."

"guys, i'm asking again. what should we do?"

"i don't know.", yoongi says and namjoon sighs.

taehyung sees how namjoon suddenly comes and places a cup right in front of taehyung. he just made him coffee. i seriously have the best brother in the world.

"thank you, hyung." namjoon just smiles at him as an answer.

"do you drink coffee, jeongguk?"

"no, thank you.", he replies.

"you don't like coffee?"

jeongguk shakes his head.

"well... i love it." jeongguk smiles at that. even the way he drinks his coffee is cute.

"tae can you give me something to wear?", jimin suddenly asks, his curiosity getting the best of him.

"you can just take something from my-"

"no, i think you should come with me.", he says and gives taehyung a 'get the fuck up' face.

"okay.", taehyung says and quickly stands up to follow jimin upstairs. when they reach taehyung's room, he quickly closes the door.

"tell me everything.", jimin says, way too excitedly.

"we kissed like the whole night?", taehyung says and jimins eyes widen.

"you mean kissed kissed? like making out kissed?"

"yeah, like that.", he giggles and jimin starts jumping.

"oh my god tae, i'm so happy for you!", he says and hugs him for a short time.

"thank you chim, but what about you and yoongi?"

"we just cuddles and talked for hours but before i fell asleep i could feel him kissing my forehead."

"that's so cute, wow."

"i know right? i'm so in love with him tae, he's so perfect."

taehyung smiles at that. he loves seeing his best friend this happy.

"c'mon, let's go, before they wonder what we're doing", he says before they go downstairs, trying to hold back their smiles.

"jimin? i thought you wanted to change?", namjoon asks and taehyung and jimin just look at each other with big eyes. but suddenly they start laughing like crackheads.

taehyung's laughing is like music to jeongguk's ears. everything he does is so adorable, jeongguk never knew he could feel that way about a person.

taehyung sits down next to jeongguk again and it doesn't take him long to feel a certain hand on his thigh again.

it really has become a habit.
