After my birthday, the next five weeks of my pregnancy flew by and it was time for my baby shower. I had told Arden I didn't want a big party, but Arden is the type of person who has to make it big in some way. So while the guest list may not have been big, the amount of food and gifts was.

The baby shower also happened to be on May fourth  and that made Grayson very disappointed because he wanted to dress up as a Star Wars character that day, thankfully Jess managed to talk him out of it. Seeing my brother happy with Jess made me happy everyday. After everything Kelsey had put us through, I was so grateful that Grayson was able to find somebody that made him as happy as I was with Wyatt.

Speaking of Wyatt, he had been working as a little league coach and actually got promoted after his first month, since they felt that he could handle coaching the kids who were a little bit older. I had gone to a few of his teams games and seeing him interact with all the boys made me so excited to see him with our son. It also made me wonder what the future would hold for us, maybe one day Wyatt would be coaching our little boy in little league or teaching him how to throw a football, the possibilities were endless and I couldn't wait—

"Hey are you ready? Everybody is starting to show up?" Jess asked, entering my bedroom.

I had gotten lost in thought while putting on the last coat of my mascara. I gave my eyelashes one last swipe of mascara, "Yeah, I'm ready."

I grabbed onto the edge of my chair and rested my other hand on my vanity before pushing myself off of the chair, to a standing position. My belly had gotten to an unbelievable size, which basically confirmed my suspicion that this baby was going to be tall just like his dad. I couldn't even imagine how big my stomach would be by the time I hit forty weeks, which was still six weeks away.

"You look beautiful Kennedy," Jess smiled as she grabbed my hand and lead me out of my bedroom.

"Thank you Jess," I thanked her as I gripped onto the railing, getting ready to descend down the stairs. I ran my hand over my belly to smooth my dress down. I was wearing a flowy maternity dress that was white with light blue flowers on it, I had found it while I was out shopping for baby clothes and just had to buy it for myself.

I grinned when I made it to the bottom of the stairs and found Wyatt waiting for me. He placed on of his hands on the small of my back and leaned down to press and gentle kiss against my lips. "You look absolutely stunning, princess," He whispered.

"That pregnancy glow helps a lot," I giggled.

Wyatt shook his head, "You glow all the time." My cheeks flushed pink and I ducked my head down, which gave Wyatt the opportunity to kiss the top of my head.

"Stop hogging the star of today!" I heard one of Wyatt's sisters say as they all approached me.

Wyatt chuckled before taking a step back and letting his sisters surround me. "It's been too long since the last time we saw you!" Maren sighed, giving me a hug.

"Seriously Kennedy, its been like three months since we last saw you!" Cara cried as she pulled me into a hug as soon as Maren let go of me.

"I've missed you guys too," I told them.

"You know what we weren't told until today?" Gianna asked, placing her hands on her hips.

"What?" I asked, pregnancy brain getting the best of me.

"That you two picked a name and didn't tell us!" She exclaimed.

I laughed at her over exaggeration, "Oh yeah, I wanted to wait to tell all of you together in person and I didn't know it would take this long for all of us to be together again," I explained.

"So, what is it? Wyatt wouldn't tell us," Maren asked.

"He didn't?" I questioned, sending a look in Wyatt's direction, he was busy talking to his dad, since his family were the only guests who had arrived thus far.

"Yeah, he said you wanted to tell us," Cara groaned.

"I'll tell you if you stop whining about it," I laughed, squeezing Cara's hand. They all seemingly stopped complaining.

"His name is Noah, Noah Wyatt Chandler," I told them. All three of them erupted in squeals at the same time.

"That is so cute!" Gianna shrieked.

"I can't believe Wyatt was able to get his own name in there somewhere," Cara laughed.

"He was the one who suggested that, but we mutually agreed on it. I think it's sweet," I informed them.

"Our nephew baby Noah, ugh I cannot wait to say that to somebody," Maren cooed.

"He's going to be so spoiled by all of you," I teased them.

"Hey Kennedy! Come over here, let's take a few pictures before everybody else gets here!" Arden called, waving me over to the blue balloon that had that said 'baby'.

"I gotta go see Arden, I'll talk to you three later," I told Wyatt's sisters before heading over to Arden. I grabbed Wyatt on the way over since I knew we would need some pictures with him too.

"Just giving you a warning, your sisters will probably make fun of you later because you quote managed to sneak your name into the baby's name," I warned him.

The corners of his lips turned up into a smile, "And that's why I let you tell them."

"Less chitchat, more picture taking!" Arden scolded us. We stopped talking long enough to let her take some pictures of us. While Arden did that, the rest of the people on our limited guest list made their way into the house.

"Alright, I'm done taking pictures and it looks like everyone is here, so were gonna get started," Arden smiled. Wyatt pulled my back to his chest and we gently rocked back and forth as Arden announced the first game we were going to play. The game was called Grayson or Kennedy and you had to guess if a baby picture was of me or Grayson, since we looked very similar as babies.

The game went on and I was able to guess most of them right off the bat, but Grayson couldn't, half the time he would just default to me if the baby in the photo was doing something weird because he didn't want to think it was him doing something weird as a baby. Arden even threw a baby picture of Wyatt in there to mess everyone up, which was pretty funny.

The next game was a guess the babies weight and size when he born game, so everybody wrote down their guesses and Jess compiled them into a list for us to keep for when he was actually born to see who was the closest. I guessed a big baby going off the size of my stomach, but I honestly had no idea how much of my stomach was baby compared to how much was not baby.

Before I knew it, it was time for gift opening. Typically, you only see the mother-to-be opening gifts, but I made Wyatt sit there and open them with me too, so I wasn't alone. It was also so he could get up and bring the gifts to me. We got a lot of baby clothes which was great, because it seemed like we wouldn't even need to purchase anymore after what we had already got. My mom had gifted us a car seat, which was very much appreciated and Wyatt's parents gave us a crib. We were honestly very relieved to have two of the biggest items off of our list of things to buy. I also got a couple other awesome things, like a baby wrap, so I could carry him on me, plenty of diapers, and many different baby toys.

"Thank you everyone for everything you have given us for this baby boy who will be joining us in about a month and a half. I know this circumstance is typically not one you want to see somebody mine and Wyatt's age in, but I just want to thank you all for your constant support of us. I am beyond blessed to have you as my friends and family," I thanked everyone as we wrapped up opening all of the presents.

"Kennedy, this baby means the world to us, anything you two need don't hesitate to ask," Wyatt's mom chimed in, pulling me into a hug.

"Now that gifts are done, feel free to eat a lot of food and then we'll play another game before we part ways!" Arden announced.

The rest of the party ran smoothly and around four hours after it started everybody had left except for my family, Wyatt, Arden, and Jess. Wyatt was busy picking up all the wrapping paper garbage, while I organized all the gifts we had received.

"Jess and I are going to head out to see the Star Wars movie playing in theatres tonight, if you guys are all good," Grayson announced, his arm wrapped around Jess' waist. So that was how Jess convinced Grayson to not dress up today.

"We're all set honey, go have fun," My mom smiled. As they shut the door behind them I stood up and yawned.

"I'm exhausted, I think I'm going to go to bed," I sighed. It was only seven thirty, but the thought of staying up any later hurt my brain.

"Thank you for putting together this amazing party," I thanked Arden as I pulled her into a somewhat hug.

"Anything for you and this little nugget," She smiled, poking my bump. Noah kicked back in response.

"He likes his Aunt Arden," I smiled, placing my hand over where he had just kicked.

Arden laughed as she grabbed her purse, "I should get going too. Let me know if you need anything okay?"

"I will," I promised. I gave Arden one last hug before she headed out the door.

"I'll join you in a few," Wyatt told me.

"You can go home and spend time with your sisters tonight," I told him.

"But—" he started.

"Wyatt, I'm just going to sleep. We'll be okay for one night," I said gesturing between me and my stomach.

"Okay, I'll be back tomorrow morning then," He said.

"Good, have fun with your sisters." I told him before giving him a quick kiss on the lips.

"I love you Ken," He smiled.

"I love you too Wy," I said back before heading up the stairs to my bedroom.

Not long after entering my room was I ready for bed. I crawled into bed and got comfortable on my pregnancy pillow before grabbing Wyatt's pillow and drifting off into a deep sleep.
