"I was surprised you called."

"I told you I would be in touch."

"What scam are you up to now?"

"What makes you think I am up to something? I can't come see an old friend."

"I've known you since grade school, Shae. I even moved down here to go to med school because of you."

"You and I have always been too smart to stay in that sleepy town. We are innovative, smart and we needed to be around like minded people. Not working at a pokadoke gas station barely making ends meat."

"You always had big dreams. I actually thought you would be a an actress living this glamourous life. I remember when you use to play dress up."

"I thought so too but I grew up and reality smacked me in the face. I was a good girl then. Life has a way of changing that."

"It's not too late. You're a beautiful, still smart and talented woman."

"Thanks Ausef. You always knew how to lift my spirits but I do need your help."

"What do I get out of this so-called deal Shae?"

"What do want?" I asked batting my eyes.

He looked down my body taking in my perfect form. He grabbed the belt to my coat and pulled it apart. I was wearing a two piece, black lace, see through top and thongs. My black six inch stilettos with red bottoms rounded off the outfit.

Looking down at him, he was rising to the occasion. I let the coat slide down to the floor. He licked his lips while I walked around him.

I touched his shoulder rubbing my hand from one side to the other. "You can have this tonight and just about any other time if you help me. I could even throw in a little cash for your cash-flow problem."

"I'm listening."

"You know I have been dating the football player Sean Gipson."

"I've heard it a time or two."

"Anyway," I said stroking my fingers down his neck which caused him to shudder, "I told him I was pregnant."

"Are you?"

"Of course not Ausef."

"Then why..." He stopped in mid thought. He turned around looking at me and turned back around.

"You want me to fake a pregnancy?"

"If anyone can do it you can."

"Of all your scheming you would ask me to do this?" He shook his head in disbelief.

"I have a plan. I have enlisted a young girl who is actually pregnant. She's agreed to help me in exchange for a place to live. I figured I could bring her here tomorrow, you check her out, take the necessary tests and then I make an appointment. I bring in Sean, you do a DNA test to prove he is the father and you do an exam for me using my alias's results."

"Okay I do that and how are you going to produce a child."

"Plan A I will get my girl to give up her child or Plan B you sucker one out of those trifling little heifers that come to you for their care or Plan C you get me one from the baby mill."

He whipped his head around so fast I thought he would have whiplash.

"I don't..."

"Stop lying. I know what you did for Lyna Valdez. Her fake pregnancy and then she produces a baby. Word has it, she got him from the baby mill, you fixed the tests including a DNA and you signed the birth certificate. So as I see it this is nothing new for you."

"That was a long time ago and I almost got busted for that."

"But you didn't. This time you will have help. I know people that know people Ausef. I would never let anything bad happen to you."

"Most pregnant women have bellies have you forgotten?"

"Taken care of. I have a friend that works for the movie industry, he's actually making me a couple of movie quality prosthetic bellies. They look so real Ausef. He is even adding fake movement."

"Shae this could end badly."

"It won't. I got this under control. You should know you can trust me by now. I always know how to work the angles."

"Do you ever sleep Shae? You are constantly coming up with ideas and manipulation."

I chuckled. "I'll sleep when I'm dead. There is way too much in life I enjoy."

"We could get caught."

"Have we or rather I been caught before?"

"Well...no but who is to say you won't this time and then I go down too."

"You worry too much. I am not an amateur when it comes to this life. I've seen many things and have heard some things so I think I'm fully prepared. As a matter of fact I should have a PhD in social psychology."

I kissed him on the neck running my tongue from his throat to his bottom lip. He stood there and I could feel his body starting to relax. It wouldn't take long to have him under my control.

"This has to be the craziest idea you have ever had. I could lose everything."

"You are about to lose it anyway. You are two hundred thousand in the hole. I can give you the money."

"You have that kind of money?" he asked taking a few steps back.

"I sure do and more. You know I will never go broke."

"You have always been a hustler."

"Till the day I die. So are you in?"

"I have to think about it."

"There is nothing to think about, you should be happy I'm giving you a get out of jail free card. I know that you have ninety days before you lose this place, your unpaid bills are rising and your dealer is on your ass because you owe him drugs and money. I told you that little cocaine addiction was a nasty habit."

"How do you know all of this?"

"Word on the streets. I might live in a high rise apartment but I still keep my eyes and ears open down here."

He let out a deep breath and shook his head. I always did my homework. It was the only way to stay on top of the game. I walked backed up and looked into his face. He looked defeated and so he would make the perfect pawn.

"Ausef, I know I wasn't the perfect friend or girlfriend but one thing has always been constant is I always knew we had each other's backs. We saw how our parents mistreated us and how they didn't give a ratsass about us. Remember we said we were never going to live like them. We had nothing then but I'll be damned if we turn out like them."

"Shae you are so much better than this. You could have been a doctor, a lawyer even an astronaut. You have to be the smartest person I know."

"Awe Ausef thank you." I faked a tear.

"And I know you are a smart man. When someone gives you a lifeline then you take it. You are one in a few I can trust. This plan could make us both rich. If you can do this, your referrals will go up, more money coming in and you could move on up to Beverly Hills. Can you imagine a black OB/GYN, a doctor to the stars? You could be the go to doctor. This could be a whole new lifestyle for you."

He stared at me and my eyes never waived. If I could get him to believe then the deal would be sealed. I leaned in and kissed him on his bottom lip. I sucked it between mine and rubbed circles around his chest.

"I can't afford to lose this place."

"Then it's settled," I said brushing my fingertips along the side of his face.

"Wait!" He said rubbing his hand down his face. His eyes were wild like a caged animal.

"Ausef all you have to do is follow my lead and have a baby on standby. The monthly visits should be easy the hardest part would be the delivery. Technically you would have months to plan. I know you Ausef, you have never failed me and I don't see you failing me now."

Taking his left hand I began to rub it down the center of my chest. Using his other hand I took it and rubbed it against my harden nipple. He took control where I was able to lift his head slowly. Taking off his glasses, I caressed his cheeks staring into those chocolate drop eyes.

"You're smart Ausef, always were. We all get into a little trouble every now and again. Just think if we can pull this off, you could have more clients then you could deal with, your financial troubles could be a distant memory and who knows you could have me back."

Ausef loved his ego stroked. The more I stroked it, the more willing he would do this. He had always been a nerd, graduated top of our high school class but sometimes he needed a little push.

I slid one of his hands down until it reached the top of my thong. I slowly leaned in and whispered, "just think you could still have me. I know you miss us. Don't you miss how you use to make my body hum? Ausef, baby I miss this." I reached down grabbing that long, thick muscle.

"Yes I miss us. I would be lying if I said no."

"You could always get me wet in a moment's notice. Guess what, I am now. Come on, touch me," I breathed against his cheek.

I felt his hand going down to the front of my thong. I wrapped my arm around his neck, raising my other leg where I leaned back just a bit giving him access. He pulled my thong back to one side where his finger parted my folds.

He lifted me up on the examine table where he leaned me back. He took off my shoes and put my heels in the stirrups. I heard a clink and my hands were cuffed behind my head and I didn't realized my feet were chained too.

"Don't worry, I won't do anything you don't want me to do. I remember that you said this was a fantasy of yours so since we are here why not? I won't hurt you but you will listen to what I have to say."

I tried pulling my wrists but the cuffs got tighter. The same with my ankles.

"Let's see. My conditions are very easy and simple. You will not only give me the two hundred thousand dollars to pay my debts off but I want another two hundred plus the cost of the baby if I have to supply it. Your monthly co-pay is your body willing and ready. After this is over we can part ways unless you have fallen back in love with me if not no hard feelings. You do you and I do me."

"Fine," I said. He wasn't asking a lot.

"You will bring your girl here tomorrow but you can't see me here. I have a friends office downtown, he is pretty well known and you could meet me there after hours. You will have to tell and bring your boyfriend within the week since it's a much classier place. It's better that way so this can be discreet as possible."

"I knew this was right up your alley Ausef. I can't wait..."

I was caught off guard when his mouth covered me below. Those lips, his tongue and fingers were finishing the conversation. My body rocked back and forth grabbing on to the steel cuffs. He ripped the thin material away tossing it on the floor. He muffed dived so deep my eyes rolled in my head.

"Ah Au...se...f that's it! My knees folded in holding his head in place and I spilled. He lapped it up not missing a drop. I released his head and my juices were covering his mouth like a starving man.

"I'll text you the time and place to bring the girl tomorrow. I'll take care of everything else."

"I knew I could count on you Ausef."

"Remember you are on call. When I need you, you better come running."

"Fine Ausef."

I grabbed my purse. I was still leaking from our interlude.

"Shae?" He stood up kissing my neck.

"Yes?"

"Wear something sexy tomorrow."

"Of course." I opened the door and closed it behind me. Scrubs and stilettos were definitely not a fashion trend. I walked out through the main doors and got in my car. I looked around as I felt someone was watching me. Looking out of my windows there were cars but nothing out of the ordinary.

I looked at myself in the rearview mirror. I fixed my hair placing my coat on the passenger side seat. My cheeks were still pink, my rear felt a little exposed but soon it would go back to normal. I felt a little weak in the legs, but soon I would be soaking in a hot bubble bath. I had to admit I was throughly sexually satisfied. I smiled and pulled off knowing that tomorrow would be the start to my new life.
