When you woke up, you looked at the empty side of your bed and pouted. Yoongi had been there only a few hours ago and now he was gone until the end of next month and this one had just started.

You cursed at yourself for having been unable to stay awake with him and then see him off. There was the vague memory of him kissing you and telling you to not worry and just stay in bed, but you couldn't remember when he left.

After showering and changing, you headed out immediately. You'd stop by the coffee shop and grab breakfast there to be able to get to work early. This absence had been unplanned and you hadn't anticipated your work would have to be delayed.

As you headed to your office, you bumped into Minsun. "Oh, hey! Are you feeling better?" she said sounding like she actually cared. You hadn't really asked for the days off in advance, so you had to make up an excuse and call in sick.

"Hey. Yes, thank you" you said dryly and tried to walk past her, but she stood there looking at you. You raised an eyebrow and made a face at her, then awkwardly walked around her and made your way to your office.

Your cheap clothes, Minsun thought and hurried back to her desk. She pulled the photographs out of her folder and verified what the woman in them was wearing. Cheap clothes next to a well-dressed man. The oversized sweater you were wearing now was the same one, same color.

She was desperate, she had nothing and the new issue was coming out next week. If it had to be your hand-model boyfriend, then so be it. The fashion industry has celebrities, right? She tried to convince herself.

Minsun barged into your office without knocking, which earned her a burning glare. She instantly saw the ring on your finger which wasn't there before. "Darling, I couldn't help but notice, you're engaged!" you looked up with wide eyes when she talked.

"What? No, I'm not" you said defensively. What was up with her being all buddy-buddy with you all of a sudden. Didn't she have enough snooping around other people's lives to also bother with yours? You huffed frustrated.

"I thought you had been dating this model for a while now? What is a ring at this point then?" she said making a face.

"A nice gift. Can I help you?" you asked exasperated. There was no time to deal with her. Most certainly not in a polite way if she kept being annoying. She took a seat on the other side of your desk uninvited and looked at you intently.

"I just thought we should catch up" Minsun said giving you a knowing smile and wriggling her eyebrows in the most obnoxious way. "Is he in town?" she asked and you briefly glanced at her in confusion.

"On a business trip, as usual" you said warily, her specific questions were starting to make you uncomfortable. "Minsun, I don't mean to be rude, but I have a lot of work to catch up with" you tried to get rid of her without getting on her bad side.

"Oh, darling, of course. We'll catch up over lunch!" she got up and walked out just like that with a creepy fake smile on her face. You shuddered and went back to working on your column without giving it much thought. Though you were left with a bad feeling. Why would she ask if he'd been around? You didn't have time to think about it though.

Back at her working station, Minsun started doing some research and trying to find hand-models which earned a good amount of money. She looked at the photographs carefully and she could tell that his clothes were not just any brand. These were some of the most expensive out there and no lousy model could afford them.

Plus Minsun knew he was abroad basically all year from the little she knew. He was highly requested for sure. She snorted and wondered how someone as plain as you could attract a model. Maybe his hands were pretty, but his face wasn't. She laughed at her rotten thoughts.

It was hard to see the hand on your shoulder on the picture, she could only make out the slender fingers and somewhat veiny hands. Minsun took a break and picked up her phone to check social media. When she unlocked the screen her eyes widened.

She looked at her home screen's background, then at the photo and back at her phone. This couldn't be possible. Weren't they in Japan right now? There was no way this photograph was recent. Minsun thought she was losing it and should probably go on her lunch break.

Picking up her folder with the pictures, she stood up and headed to the lounge area where they all usually gathered and ate lunch. She sat on one of the couches and pulled out the photograph with the profile of the man.

The picture wasn't very clear, but the shape of the ear and the fact that the earrings were hoops in various sizes was visible. She could not mistake the hands either, those crazy hands that were a kink by themselves*, and the feline like eyes above the mask. Minsun was having a hard time believing her eyes.

For real? You? Now that she thought about it, she had seen you looking at a photo of Suga the day of the party. Her memory was foggy, she was already drunk by then, but she remembered that. He was backstage somewhere and wearing a really hot outfit.

She could definitely remember that because that's why she commented on how he looked. Wait a minute. She had another revelation and quickly looked up the date of the first concert. It was the exact same date and there were multiple pictures of Suga from that day wearing that.

Minsun did some quick calculations estimating the time and there was no way you could have found that online. The concert hadn't even happened. Her eyes widened and she gasped audibly as Daehyun entered the room with his lunch.

He gave her a weird look as she bolted out of the room to find you, bumping into his shoulder and shoving him out of the way. "Hey, what's wrong with you, meecheennyun!?" he spat out angrily as half his food was now on the carpet by his feet.

As she speedwalked to your office, she pulled out her phone and called the photographer. "It's Kim Minsun, listen" she began rudely without even addressing the man. "The photographs you got me, I'm very happy with them. I need to have the digital .raw files as soon as possible" she nodded as she listened to the man rambling.

"I'll pay extra for them if necessary, it doesn't matter. I also need to know the location where they were taken" she insisted and once the man gave her the okay, she said goodbye and hung up leaving them mid-sentence.

By the time she got to your desk, you were not there. You had probably gone out for lunch, as you rarely joined your co-workers in the lounge room to eat. Minsun stomped away frustrated, she needed more information and she was going to get it.

This was huge and she had the scoop, she couldn't let anyone write about this before she did. It would be her ticket to success. She would be able to get into a proper company and leave this pathetic magazine who barely anyone knew.

As soon as she had what she needed, she could contact the biggest names and get the ball rolling. She could have her pick of where she wanted to work, there was no way anyone would turn her down. They would give her any amount of money she wanted.

No one else had been able to find anything about the relationships of the members of BTS. She had the exclusive of Suga's girlfriend. A juicy secret you seemed to have kept well hidden from the press for at least seven months if you were already together at the time of the office party.

* this is me shuddering and screaming at what I just wrote, but this is Minsun being crazy.
