(Kinda a part 4 to the Chuck fics I did. This is a prequel. So this starts near beginning of time but I'm gonna call Chuck, well Chuck, because this is already super blasphemy so saying God scares me. So deal with it.)

"Gabriel you can't just go around turning your siblings into statues. They have jobs to do."
"They never did their jobs anyway."
"Turn them back. Now."
"And if I say no?"
"Gabriel. Turn. Them. Back. Now." It's when the mother voice came out that sweet Gabe finally listened and went back to his siblings and returned them to their angel states.
"Happy now Mother?"
"Yes. Very much so. Now go do something productive. You know what I have the perfect job for you. The fledging Castiel. Go help him. He's a precious little thing just learning to use his wings."
"So I get to throw him off cliffs?"
"No. No cliff throwing. Did I throw you off a cliff when you were learning? No, I didn't. Because I love you. Like you should love your little brother. Please help him."
"Yes, Mother. I will help him."
"Good boy. There's a reason you're my favorite." You ruffle his hair and walk past him.
"You said that to Michael two days ago!" He called.
"I know. You are all my favorites. Go help your brother before I send Michael after for the statue incident." You call back before going off to find your Chuck.
"Did he turn everything upside down again?" Chuck asked once you made it to his office.
"Turned the younger ones into statues. I have him working with Castiel. The fledgling. Give him some responsibility."
"(Y/N), you trusted Gabriel with a fledgling?"
"I told Michael to keep an eye on him. And I told him no throwing Castiel off a cliff. It should be fine." You walked around his desk and sat on his lap. "My boys know to listen to me."
"Not always. Remember when Lucifer almost set fire to the temple?"
"It was an accident."
"I'm worried about him, (Y/N). He's acting strange." He sighed.
You kissed his forehead and fluffed his hair. You were about to say something when screams were heard from outside.
"Mother! You're assistance is required."
"I should probably go check on that. I'll talk to Luci later, okay? You just keep working." You jumped off his lap and made your way towards the door. "Put those fancy trees in the middle. If they're as important as you keep saying they are they should be in the middle not the back corner." You then walked out and closed the door going off to find the location of the yelling. You finally find your eldest 4 sons in a circle around the fledging Castiel who was crying.
"Come here little. Mother is here. What did you boys do?" You ask the archangels as you picked up and soothed Castiel's tears.
"Gabriel was throwing him." Michael said glaring at Gabe.
"No. I was tossing. I caught him every time. Until Raphael showed up behind me and scared me. Then I may have dropped him." Gabe said and glared at Raphael.
"Lucifer told me to come help." Raphael in turn glared at Lucifer.
"I said leave me alone. Go see what Gabe is doing. I didn't say to sneak up on him." Lucifer said and the fighting began again.
"Boys. Calm. Boys. BOYS." Finally you got them in order. "You need to work together. You are brothers. You are my boys. Work as a team. Love each other. Just like you love me okay? I'm going to take Castiel with me and calm him. You four need to calm down. Go to your rooms until you are calm."
"We are not fledglings, Mother." Michael said standing tall. Which meant he was now a good 6 inches taller then you.
"No. But I am still your mother. And you still have to listen. You know your father is working on something very important right now and he needs peace and quiet. So, rooms now. All of you." They all groaned but soon disappeared to their rooms. Once they were gone you looked down at Castiel. He was a precious little thing. Blue eyes and dark hair. His wings a beautiful dark color. "And you little one can spend the rest of the day with me and your father." You said and poked his little nose making him smile. This was the best part of your existence. Caring for the children. Even the ones who didn't listen. "You know they weren't always like that." You began as you walked back to Chucks office. "When they were younger. Older then you but younger then they are now, they got along so well. They worked together. Care for each other. I don't know what happened. Maybe once they mature more they will work it out. Oh look here already." You opened the door once again, closed it, then sat in the chair in front of Chucks desk.
"What happened? Gabriel had him for 5 minutes."
"Long story. I worked it out. But Castiel is a little shaken so I'm going to keep him for now. How's the great plan coming along?"
"Wonderful. I almost have it figured out. I told you about the nature, forest, water, well I have something new. These are animals. There will be millions of different kinds." He said showing you drawings of different animals as he called them. "Some will live in the water. Others forest. Some the air. They will be wonderful."
"I like them. What will they do?"
"Many things. So many things."
"Then they need someone to keep them in order. Will you give them an angel?" You ask shifting Castiel who was start to wiggle in your arms.
"I don't know. I have an idea. It's taking longer. In a few days it should be done. I'm going to start placing certain animals down today. The birds and fish."
"So keep the children quiet. Got it." You stood up leaned over his desk to kiss him, being mindful of the little one in your arms, then left.
You were able to get the message of quiet to almost all of the angels. And it was quiet for quite some time. Enough time for you to help Castiel with his flying.
"Very good my sweet. You are doing so well." You caught him midair then heard loud voices. Near Chuck's office. You got there quickly and saw the four of them.
"Be quiet. One more sound and I start plucking feathers. Come with me. Now." You lead the group as far away from Chuck's office as possible. "Sit down. All of you. Stay here I will be right back." You glared at them then gave Castiel to the next most responsible angel you could find. You returned a few moments later. "Boys. You know your father and I love you all so very much. And we have tried to raise you to be the best that you can be. Have we done something wrong? You boys use to be so close. Now all you do is fight. Please tell me if we have done something to upset you we will fix it."
"You and Father are blameless, Mother. Some of us just can't control ourselves." Michael said staring at his younger brothers.
"Or maybe some of us are to full of ourselves to do anything but talk about ourselves." Lucifer snapped back.
"That is not true." Michael said standing up. Lucifer copied his action. You then realized it had always been the eldest that started the fighting. The younger two following their brothers example.
You moved around the impending fight and looked at Raphael and Gabriel.
"Promise me you two will not fight and be quiet while your father works and I will let you leave the lecture those two are about to get." Both silently nodded and slipped away.
You looked at your oldest sons, who were glaring holes into each other, and sighed.
"Michael. Lucifer. Do not fight. Stay calm. Shut up. Sit down. Listen." It was then you noticed the angel blades. "No. Both of you stop. Now. I will not have you hurting each other. You are brothers." You put your hand on their chests pushing them apart. The angel blades disappeared and the both looked down af you. "Listen to me. I can't have you fighting. Your father and I need you now more then ever. What he is working on is a big deal. When it is over he will need your help. I know he isn't around as much but once this is over he will be. I promise. It will be okay." They both looked at you and nodded. "I love you both so much." You said and hugged them both. "My precious boys. Michael go make sure the others are still quiet. Lucifer stay with me." Michael nodded and disappeared leaving just you and Lucifer.
"I am sorry for the trouble Mother."
"I know Luci. But your father and I are worried about you. Tell me what is wrong. It is more then just Michael. He has always been this way but you have not. Has something happened?"
"It is nothing my own problem Mother. I promise."
You pulled him down to sit and took his hand.
"You are my son. Your problems are my problems. Tell me. Are upset with your siblings? Your father? Me, have I done something?"
"You have done nothing Mother. You are perfect in every way. But..." he trailed off and looked away.
"Luci. Lucifer. Talk to me. Please. Tell me. I won't be upset. You can tell me anything."
"Father. He is so concerned with this project. He spent no time with us. With you. What is the point?"
"He is very excited about this. He says it will be one of his great works. But as I said, once it's done he will be back."
"I will try to believe you Mother. But I want to see it for myself."
"Okay. I can handle that. I love you my son."
"I love you too Mother." He said and hugged you. He then went to his room quietly. You returned to Chuck's office and he had a smile that was wider then anything you had every seen.
"Why do you have such a large smile my love?"
"I figured it out. Like you said, the animals need a leader. I have created one. I call it Mankind. This one is called Adam." He showed you what he had made.
"Perfect. But where is the mate?"
"Mate? He has the animals. They shall help him."
"If you say so. I talked to the boys. I think I worked everything out. I think they are just adjusting to you working more. They need attention. It should be fine once you are done."
"And I shall be done soon. Close your eyes. I want to show you the progress."
You smiled happily and closed your eyes then when you opened them you were in a garden.
"It's beautiful."
"Shh. Watch. The man is picking his helper."
You stood back and watched. But the man found now.
"I told you he need a proper mate."
"You were right. Of course you were. Let's return and I will work on it."
When you returned you knew something as wrong. Then Gabe rushed to your side.
"Father. Mother. Come quickly. Michael and Lucifer." That was all the prompting you need. You got to the scene of the fight.
"Michael. Lucifer. Stop." Chuck ordered.
"I was right. He is planning something. He plans to take over. Become a God himself." Michael accused.
"What? Lucifer, is this true?" You turned to look at your son.
"I am sorry Mother. But this must happen. Do not worry. You will still hold power." He made a move towards you put Chuck pushed you back behind him protectively.
"Don't touch her. Lucifer. How could you? These thoughts. You can't do this." Chuck said.
"No. Father. This will happen. I will be in charge and I will do better then you."
"Then you leave me no choice..."
"Chuck. No. He is our son." You cried holding onto his arm.
"There is no other choice, (Y/N). I am sorry. Michael, as we discussed." He said and then turned wrapping his arms around you blocking your view with his chest. But you were able to move around him and watch as Michael cast his brother down.
"No!" You screamed and fought against Chuck's hold. Heaven was in panic.
"Everyone calm down. We will discuss this soon." He said in his commanding voice. Everyone nodded and went away.
"Chuck. How could you? Our son..." you cried in his arms and he took you to the room you shared.
"(Y/N). My sweet. He had been planning this. Michael and I discussed it. We knew this would happen. I couldn't tell you because I knew this would be your reaction. I am so sorry. I loved him too." He held you tighter as you sobbed. He continued to whisper in your ear how sorry he was. You cried until you couldn't make anymore tears. Then you sat up and dried your face.
"I should check on the children. They must be so upset."
"Yes. They need you. I'll be in my office. I love you." He kissed your forehead and helped you stand. This was not going to be easy.
It took a very long time for the things to get back to normal. But nothing was ever the same. It would never be. Chuck finished his project. He had created a mate for the man, a woman named Eve. And now mankind had grown. Covering the world. You continued to help the fledglings grow but once they were grown they didn't you as much. You started focusing on the humans. They were so young. They needed guidance. It helped you get over the changes. Everyone was different now that Lucifer was gone. You wanted to be mad. Mad at Lucifer. At Chuck. But you couldn't. One was your son. The other your mate. Focusing on the humans you noticed the evil. The evil that your son had caused. You tried to help but being practically powerless it was hard. It was when you were watching the humans that you noticed two of them. They were called Sam and Dean Winchester. They seemed to cause a lot of trouble. Maybe that was what you could do.
"Chuck. I want to go to earth and help the humans. They need help. And that is what I was made for. To help." You said one day walking into his office.
"(Y/N). I can't let you do that. I need you here. The angels need you."
"No they don't. They are grown now. They don't need me as they use to when they were fledglings. Please Chuck. Let me help the humans. These Winchesters need help. Let me. Please." You begged.
"I would have to take your memories. You would forget everything. Our children. Me." He took your hand and looked into your eyes. He saw the pain hidden behind your (E/C) eye. Pain that had been growing for a long time. He knew he couldn't say no to you. He wanted to ease your pain and maybe this was the best way.
"Chuck, please. Let me be helpful and useful again."
"I love you. Never forget that. You are my first creation and the first being I ever loved. I will be watching and will return for you. I will see you so soon. You will know I'm close when your soul feels my love. My beautiful (Y/N)." He kissed you softly then everything went black.
**
"Easy there sweetheart. Don't move. It's okay." You heard a gruff voice say. You opened your eyes and saw a two men staring at you. "Didn't anyone ever tell you not to sit in the middle of the road? Cars will hit you." The blonde one was the one speaking.
You looked at them for a moment before speaking.
"Right. Yes I was told. But I don't always listen. Where am I?"
"Our motel room. We saw you laying in the road and you looked like you needed help. I'm Sam Winchester. This is my older brother Dean." The dark haired one said. "What's your name? And what happened to you?"
"(Y/N). My names (Y/N). I don't really remember. I was... I was hunting." Where did that come from? You had no idea what you were doing.
"Hunting what? It's not hunting season." Dean said.
"You wouldn't believe what I was hunting. It may or may not have been a vampire."
"So you are our kind of hunter. I thought I saw a tattoo on her shoulder." Sam said smiling. You looked at your shoulder and noticed a black symbol there.
"We're hunting that too. You can help." Dean said grabbing a burger. From the take out bag.
You didn't remember much before meeting the boys but you had a feeling this was where you were meant to be. Even though there was a part you that felt like something was missing. Someone was missing. But you would figure that out later.
