Chapter 10.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked Akio as I stared at a wall. We were on the couch in the living, deciding what to do now. "Well we can get to know each other?" Akio suggested. I looked at him. "That's... not a bad idea. Yea. We can do that." I told him. Akio smiled and reached over to grab something from this bag. I looked at what he had in his hands and frowned. "A notebook?" I asked. Akio had a small (F/c) notebook and a pen in hand. "To take notes of course." Akio replied and smiled. "Notes? About what? For what?" I asked him. "Notes about you. I need to remember these things you know." Akio was saying then opened the notebook. The pages were also (F/c). "Why would you need notes about me?" I asked him. His face turned bright red. 'Huh?' I thought. "Well um... I just need to know and remember everything about you." Akio said and looked the other way. "Why everything?" I asked him and looked back at the wall. "Well... everything about you is important. Even the small stuff." I heard him say and quickly looked back at him. To find him besides me, blushing and smiling.

"Cute." I thought to myself. Akio's face turned bright red. "C-Cute?!" Akio said. My eyes widen. "Did I say that out loud?!" I shouted. Akio quickly nodded, still blushing. "Yep." I felt my own face turn red. "I-...U-Uh.. I meant adorable! Yep! Adorable!" I quickly said and smiled awkwardly. Akio's face turned dark red. "Adorable?" Akio repeated. My face dropped. "Did I say adorable?!" I said, rubbing the back of my neck. Akio smiled. "Yes. You did." 'I'm so stupid.... Good job me.'I thought to myself.

We been talking for about an hour now. I was able to learn a few things about Akio like what he likes and stuff. But he mainly wanted to talk about me. Akio looked at me. "What about your parents?" Akio said to me. I couldn't help but only frown. "What about them?" I asked. "Well you don't really talk about them much and I haven't seen them before except in the pictures on the walls." Akio was saying. I looked away from him. "My parents don't live with me..." I quietly said but he still heard. "Oh? Where are they?" Akio asked. "In a better place now." I said then looked at him. Akio looked at me sadly. "(M/N)... I'm sorry." Akio said and moved closer to me. "It's fine.. really. I'm slowly getting over it." I was saying. 

I felt arms wrap around me. "Um.. Akio? What are you doing?" I asked him. "Hugging you." Akio said, blushing a bit. "Why?" I asked him, not sure about what to do. "Because you're sad and I don't want you to be sad. Besides I heard that hugs make things better." He said. I felt my face turn red a bit. "Where did you hear that?" I asked him. "In a movie. You know. The one I watched with you." He replied. "Too bad you fell asleep...." He said then hugged me tighter. I waited for a few seconds, still not sure of what to do. I slowly wrapped my arms around Akio, hugging him back. 

"I'll-......" Akio said quietly so I wasn't able to hear the rest of what he said. I frowned and pulled away from the hug. "Huh? What did you say? I didn't hear you." I said. Akio only smiled. 

"Oh. Don't worry. It was nothing."

"Ok then... If you say so." I said.

Sometime later~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I held the front door open for Akio. "Are you sure you don't want me to walk you home or anything? It's pretty late you know." I said as Akio walked out and stood at the door step. "I'm sure!" Akio replied. "But it's really late and all and it's dangerous." I was saying. Akio turned around to face me and smiled. "Don't worry about me, I'll be fine. No one would ever want to mess with me. But if someone ever got in the way then I'm afraid that they would never see the light of day again." Akio said, giggling. 

'Wait what-' 

"Besides, you sound like a worried boyfriend or something." Akio added on. 

"A what?!" I yelled, blushing. 

"Whatever. Anyway, clubs are starting next week. You still interested?" I asked him. "Clubs? Yep! I'm still interested. I'm happy you agreed on joining one! You can choose which club we join in." Akio said to me. 

"Wait. Me choose?" I asked, hoping I didn't hear him right. 

"Yep. You're choosing which club we're joining." Akio said and moved closer to me. He then placed one of his hands on my shoulders and used the other one to turn my head to the side. 

"Wait. What are you doing? And why am I choosing-" 

I got cut off as I suddently felt a pair of lips pressed against my cheek. 

 'D-Did he just kiss me on the cheek?!' I thought to myself, probably blushing like a mad man. 

Akio moved away from me and smiled sweetly. "It's late now, I need to get going. Today was fun. I hope we do it again. Anyway I'll see you tomorrow. So goodnight (M/N)!" Akio said before turning around and running off.  

'What just happened?.....'

Yay! A new chapter! And it's about to be New Years too! So I'll say it now Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed reading this chapter, sorry if there's any mistakes.
