Daisy

I woke up to the sound of my alarm ringing.

I mumbled cursed words as I got out of my bed and walked over to the bathroom.

I brushed my teeth and walked back out picking my outfit out for the day.

After getting dressed I make my way downstairs heading straight to the kitchen.

I grab Tyson's car keys and walk out of the house.

He told me yesterday that he wouldn't be able to take me today, he's got work early today.

The drive to school was short as the traffic seemed quieter today.

My mind began drifting off to Angel.

He must have dropped me home last night after falling asleep.

I made it through the school gates and looked for the only parking spot available, surprisingly next to a black jeep.

The same one as Angel's.

I got out of the car and realised that I was late.

I walked through the school doors, only to be met with empty halls.

I sighed and walked down the halls.

All of a sudden I heard a deep male voice as I walked further down.

My eyes meet a pair of blue ones.

"Hey, Daisy." Lycian says from the lockers he was leaning against, Drake being in front of him.

I smile and greet him back.

"Hey Lycian." I say.

He smirks as he gracefully walks beside me.

"I heard you've got Angel wrapped around your little finger hm ?" He says as he puts an arm over my shoulder.

I frown confused.

"What do you mea-

I got cut off by Drake appearing on my other side.

"I'd take that arm off her if I were you. Unless you want to be armless." He points out.

Lycian scoffs, completely ignoring Drakes protest.

"Please, what's Angel going to do about it." Lycian says rolling his eyes.

Drake smirks widely as his eyes divert to someone behind him.

Lycian's eyes widen and his arm gets removed from my shoulder as if it had zapped him.

I look over my shoulder and see Angel glaring at Lycian as he leaned against a locker.

His eyes glare into Lycian's before he mouths the words 'run'.

Wasting no time, Lycian bolts out of the halls and runs straight towards the doors.

Angel's eyes follow his every move until he was out of sight.

Drake chuckles as he walks away, walking straight to where Lycian had ran.

I turn my attention to Angel.

His head tilts to the side slightly as his eyes take in my figure.

I shift slightly, his gaze sending heat through my body.

"Are you going to class ?" I ask him, trying to get the attention off me.

"Do we have class together ?" He asks.

"Nope." I answer nodding my head.

"Then no." He says and leans off of the locker.

I smile slightly at this.

"Come with me ?" He asks taking his hand out for me.

I frown and look at him confused.

"Where ?" I ask, taking his hand.

"You'll see." Is all he says as he drags me with him.

We walk through the halls until we make it outside, on the football field.

He walks to the bleachers and walks to the top, me following behind.

He stops at the very top, and waits for me to sit.

I sat down and he did the same after I had.

He took out a cigarette and put it to his lips, lighting it up.

I watched him, seeming to realise everything he did was perfect.

The smoke faded in the air as it blew out of a small part of his lips.

I bit my lip and looked away.

We sit in silence, and just as I moved my left hand, I realised then that our hands were still laced together.

Heat rushed to my cheeks and I smiled ever so slightly.

I looked over at Angel, only to see his eyes on me already.

I bit my lip and looked into his eyes.

"What ?" I ask him.

He shrugs and puts his cigarette out.

"Your beautiful." He says casually.

I felt my heartbeat increase and I looked away from him blushing furiously.

I heard him chuckle and move in his seat, coming closer to me.

I looked at him from the corner of my eyes, his eyes were locked on the field in front of us, his jaw clenched, though he seemed to be more relaxed then I have ever seen him before.

I watched his brown almost black hair fall down his forehead effortlessly. His broad shoulders high and demanding.

"I mean, you're pretty too." I say out of nowhere.

"You told me." He says with slight amusement in his voice.

I frowned.

"Really ?" I ask trying to recall when I had.

"Party." He says.

That's when it had clicked.

The blurry memory came back and I felt my face redden for the fifth time today.

"Oh." Is all I say.

The school bell rang and the crowd of teens make their way over the field, heading to their next class.

I sigh and look up at the sky.

It was surprisingly clear today, clouds were scattered along the sky, leaving some room for the blue to show through.

I decided that I would go to my next class.

I stand up from my seat and dust off my jeans.

I look over towards Angel, his eyes were on me already.

"I'm heading to my next class." I tell him, shoving my hands into my pockets.

He nods and stands up as well.

I walk in front of him, making my way down the stairs.

I turn my head slightly to see if he was behind me, to which he was. His grey eyes lock onto mine before I turn my head back around.

We walk down and start walking towards class.

The walk there was silent, as the teens scattering the halls entered their classes and some just by their lockers.

We made it outside the doors of my class.

Angel placed a hand on my hip lightly squeezing it to get my attention.

I turned to him and tilted my head.

"I've got a fight on tonight. Wanna come ?" He asks me.

I smile and nod my head.

"Sure." I answer.

Then I think back to what he meant by fight.

"What do you mean by fight ?" I ask confused.

He just stares at me and shrugs.

"You'll find out." He says.

I shrug it off and smile at him again before turning to open the door.

His hand grabs mine, and the next thing he does shocks me to the core.

I look up at him and he leans down and places a kiss on my cheek.

I stood there astonished as his lips lingered for a bit before pulling away.

"I'll pick you up at 7." He says, before walking away.

My mind goes all fuzzy, and a tap on my shoulder brings me from my sudden daze.

"You coming in ?" Corby asks.

I nod and walk in with him.

Corby was on the football team, he was also in my group.

We talked every now and then but we weren't close.

Though we had this one class together and we always sat with each other.

We sat down in our usual seats and waited for the teacher to arrive.
