"Taehyung! I told you to not mess this up" I whispered harshly.

The young adult pouted feeling dejected "It's not my fault the staple hates me" he glared at the staple.

I grinned rolling my eyes. We were sitting in a small office —his work office. His senior gave him loads of paperwork to staple for her and then to give it to Jungkook.

But apparently, in this situation he can't stand the powerful aura Jungkook carries. If he goes anywhere near Jungkook his arms tickle of death and his ribcage squeezes him to death.

Unfortunately, that's the same problem with everyone —well they had the same issue with the previous CEO which was Jungkook's father.

He still remains in the company —however as the chairman.

"Taehyung-"

"Please, I swear I'll do all your work and e-mails, just go to him instead of me. Last time I went to him, he glared daggers at me it felt like he wanted to kill me in that spot —If I go now I might even get fired for peeing in my pants"

Aish! He's so dramatic.

"Alright" I sighed defeated.

I do need to discuss a few things with the boss anyway.

Taehyung grinned giving me a quick side hug.

"Thanks, noona Una" he smiled teasingly. His little beanie made him look younger and childish.

"It's Mirae, not Una" I shook my head grinning like an idiot.

Well, his future wife will be very lucky to have him —maybe someone that can control his childishness.

Well —Jungkook will always be an even bigger baby. So no comment.

I sighed passing a long crystal clear corridor. I took the paperwork with me. I spotted a girl smiling —I've never seen such a fake smile in my life —well except for Jungkook. He's another matter.

Many workers looked at me briefly not saying anything. Somethings up?

"Mirae-ah did something happen recently?" A girl came up to me.

Her attire formal and neat, she wore little makeup but she was known to be selfish and rude. Not that Jungkook knows about it —or else.

"No nothing, why?"

She looked down at my stomach with an annoyed look. Her eyes were tired and sleepy.

"Are you still Mr. Jeon's secretary?"

"No" I responded. What an awkward moment.

She never speaks to me —only because she thinks she's better than me.

"Tell him if he needs any secretary I'll do the job —recently he's getting more calls and meetings. Obviously, because our company is the best since Jungkook came and spun it with his fingers"

Our company and Jungkook?

Girl learn your manners —I still have to address the selfish, egoistic boss as 'Sir' or 'Mr'.

"I'll see, but at the moment he doesn't want to change anyone's position. If we need a new secretary we will put the flyer up" I said crystal and clear.

Then I left sparing no glances at her.

She's probably angry —really angry. Does she have a temper like Jungook now as well? Although Jungkook's is far, far worse.

Even thinking about it makes me shiver.

I can even feel it in the thin air. Not now though.

—I'm not Jungkook's personal assistant anymore. However, I still have to manage his schedule and diary.

I'm one of the designers of the designing side of the company in Busan.

A few workers reside here, including me as we are appointed with banking details and shares that need to be managed every month. Thank god maths was one of my best subjects.

That's why they say to study hard and educate yourself. Things like this and useful jobs may come to your feet at any moment of your life.

"Mirae-ah, do you have the reports of the recent update from the ICT department?"

Oh my, why am I getting stopped today?

"No, sorry Yeri" I responded.

She nodded before going back. That's it?

I awkwardly looked around before going to my office. What's wrong with people today. Seems like something's up.

I sat down breathing in the fresh clean air.

I opened my laptop searching a few things Taehyung asked me to until—

"Uh-?"

I closely looked blinking multiple times, I rushed outside my office feeling my heartbeat. I breathed in and out going back like a spy.

"My life is over, my career is over, my dreams are over—" I took a deep breath, sneering his name... "Jeon Jungkook, you are dead mate"

I stormed off making my way to his office. My heels clicked louder and angrier.

I stood in front of his office.

"You devious man" I whispered harshly before opening the doors to his office.

Clear light shone in my eyes meeting with only a glass wall and clean polished white marble.

The gigantic room was clean of any paper works, staples, pens scattered everywhere as it's supposed to be. The room was too white and crystal clear.

Well, even a thief would be too confused to decide what to steal.

His posture of a powerful man clear and visible, his lazy body was slammed —very comfortably with a beautiful, sly smirk in his face. His green eyes carried a storm of nothing. He looked directly at me with a cigarette in-between his hands.

I almost forgot why I was here, his cigarette took my attention.

He put the thin cigarette in his mouth blowing out white smoke which diffused into the thin air.

I gasped staring at him, "You smoke?"

Is he suicidal?

"Where are your manners when speaking to your boss Ms. Lee, I didn't know you came here just to check on me"

Then I remembered the actual reason, a rage of smoke and steam actually peeped out of my ears.

I walked till his glass white desk, I've banged my hands on it —very angrily, which kinds hurt but at the moment I just need to pretend I didn't feel the pain. He didn't seem fazed by my actions.

"Did you check the article?" I asked almost immediately.

"What about it?" he responded bored.

"W-What, see it for yourself" I harshly gave him my phone.

He looked at it not saying anything. He shrugged keeping the smirk with the cigarette in between his lips.

I sneered at the cigarette "First of all can you get rid of this ugly thing in your mouth"

"No"

W-what the hell!

"Second-hand smoking, you may be suicidal but I treasure my life so I don't wanna die"

"No one forced you to my office"

"The article sir!" I whispered harshly.

Oh, I forgot he's Jeon Jungkook. He doesn't care because he loves drama.

So I did what I did. I walked to him surprising him as I pulled the cigarette and threw in a nearby bin.

"You are actually so annoying Mirae, what do you want?"

"Article"

"Then why did you take my cigarette away" He whined angrily. He's still a child 'Little Kookie in the heart'.

Because I care about you.

Anyways.

I bit my lips sighing, "You seriously caused ugly havoc with the media Jungkook" I spoke sensibly.

"With what?"

He's seriously pushing it. I blushed, trying to get the words out of my mouth.

"Jungkook" I started off slowly, "they think, t-that I am actually married to you on a secret yacht or something... and" oh sugar honey ice tea!

"-and?"

Oh, I don't want to say this.

"It's so annoying...  and p-pregnant with your child!" god I hate those paparazzi for assuming that I'm pregnant with his child.

Am I that fat?

I don't even eat that much. Only sometimes but I look like a stick how do I look pregnant?

I blushed so much when he exploded with laughter.

However, in this case, it did seem nice to hear his rare laughter. I pouted clearly feeling horrible, even worse what will my parents and his —but especially my parents.

I felt his hands on my waist as he stood over towering me. I blushed again.

Oh, why am I blushing so much!

"Why does it bother you so much?"

I pouted clearly glaring at the man who started all of these first, "Because everyone stares at me now, and they all speak behind my back —and they especially think I s-seduced you"

"You did though"

"No, I haven't young-man"

"You sound like a grandma" he whispered.

"Jungkook!" I blushed furiously.

He stared at me not blinking once. His soft thumb traced a round pattern on my chubby cheeks, brought me closer to him leaning and giving me a kiss on my cheek.

I took a deep breath smelling the nice musky scent he always wears.

"L-let go, please"

"No" he responded smothering my cheeks with tiny kisses. I giggled trying to contain the tickling feeling of his breath.

Then I instantly shut up clearing my throat. I'm becoming too attached and touchy.

"Mr. Jeon I swear to god—"

"Shut up Ms. Lee"

"How about the article?" I asked after some time. He still held me close staring at me. Oh, how awkward.

"So what about it? Let them have fun it's not bad it's entertaining anyways"

I pulled his arms away from me and crossed my arms with a glare.

"My parents and your parents —and I can't even go to the mall now" I huffed.

"Parents? We are old enough to make our own choices sweetheart and if you really dislike the article —"

"Why don't we make it real?" he smirked.

Suddenly I felt a rush of heat quivering my legs and stomach —I felt really dandy and hazy. His words were like whispers of death and calls of heaven.

I swear I'll not be able to take it one day and just let the sinful desire flow like a wind.

•••

At home, I sat looking at the picture of me and Jungkook that was taken at the gala.

I kinda saved it in my gallery.

He still looked intimidating and well very attractive. I don't think I want to use other words at the moment my poor heart can't take the anonymous joy at the moment.

"Why do I like it aish!" I pulled my hair as I felt cold air slamming against my hairy legs. Yeah, I haven't shaved for a while.

It's not like anyone's gonna see it anyways.

I pulled a blanket and wrapped it around me, I stared at my television but pictured the photo of me and Jungkook.

"Aish!" I groaned "I need to let my hormones out" I cried.

I peeled down seeing my phone vibrating. Oh, I put it to silent. I scrolled through seeing so many missed calls from Jennie and 40+ messages from her.

I quickly stopped seeing my parents phone number.

Oh, sugars.

"Oh no please not about that fake article news" I groaned slamming my head in my hands.

I rung the phone biting my lips. I just don't want anyone to pick up from the other line–

"Hello this is the Lee family household, how may I help you?" I heard dad's thin old voice.

I gulped "a-appa?"

It took a few moments to reply "oh Mirae-ah, hello honey how are you doing?" He asked.

"Good, did you call me before?"

"Oh your mother wanted to invite you for dinner, it's at 19:30, it's been a long time since we've seen each there"

Thank god that's all.

"Sure dad!" I responded happily. We conversed a few minutes longer before hanging up.

I stood up stretching my arms, the phone vibrated again but this time it wasn't dad, Jennie, my brother nor any anonymous.

"Hello?"

What a risky call.

"You're so annoying, can you not pick it up faster!" I rolled my eyes at his impatient tone.

"Sorry about that sir, how may I help you?"

"Reserve dinner tomorrow at 9"

"In the morning or evening?"

"Evening." He said before hanging up. What the hell?

No goodnight?

None the less I went to bed thinking about dinner tomorrow with my family. It will be weird, it's been a long and long time without my mother.

"What a day" I whispered before closing my eyes.
