Truth

Everyone thinks I love Adrien.

They're wrong. It's all a lie I made up. Why?

To cover up the truth. The truth that in reality...

I love no one.

I didn't want people to think of me as a heartless, loveless person, so I made up that I loved Adrien.

Oh, how cliche it is. The shy, clumsy girl (who is really a superhero) is in love with the extremely handsome, friendly model that almost every girl in the school (And Paris) was in love with.

It was the best I could come up with.

Now, I sit here in my room, alone and sobbing my eyes out for hours. Why?

Because I have no love to give to anyone.

Hours passed, I was still crying a little. I had nearly cried all of my tears out.

But then I heard soft knocking on the window.

Tap tap tap...

I turned around to see who or what it was, but I saw nothing.

I shrugged it off, but not long after I heard the knocking again.

Tap tap tap...

I skeptically got up and opened the window. I looked down, left right, and even up, but I saw no one there.

I gave up and guessed it was just some one outside being a weirdo.

"Hey Princess..."

I spun around quickly to see the one and only Chat Noir.

But he didn't have his usual smirk or cocky grin with the mischievous twinkle in his eyes. Instead he had a frown of concern, and his eyes filled with worry.

"Chat, what're you doing here?"

"I heard you crying when I was passing by,ย  so I came to see what's wrong," he explained.

I stared at him. He was so kind and gentle when you really got to know him. But he was the last person I wanted to be here right now.

But I knew I needed him.

I couldn't stand looking into his gentle eyes any longer. I dropped to my knees and burst into tears and sobs once again.

He rushed to my side, wrapped his arms around me, and started to hush me.

"Shh, Princess. I'm right here. Everything's gonna be okay-"

"N-no it's not!"

"Just tell me what's wrong Mari, you can tell me anything," he said with a calm tone.

I looked at him with my tear stained eyes. "You'll hate me if I say it..."

He gently held my chin so I would look at him straight in the eye.

"No matter wht, I could never hate you, Princess."

My tears slowed down a bit and my sobs calmed.

"I have no love in me. I have no love to give. I'm heartless..."

He stayed silent for a while. He stared at me straight in the eye, no emotion anywhere.

"But Princess..."

I tensed a little, anxious to know what he was about to say next.

"I have love to give to you~"

And he wasn't kidding one bit...

Some cute lil' Marichat for y'all.๐Ÿ˜‰
