Another sound of thunder is heard through the dorm as the rain keeps beating the roof. The weather is so bad that the college authorities have decided to cancel the classes for today due to the storm. When the students wake up, they would probably be happy when they check their emails.

Taehyung stirs in his sleep and as soon as he hears another sound of thunder, he sits up with a jerk. His eyes dart across the dark room which illuminates every once in a while due to the lightning outside.

Taehyung's heart starts hammering in his chest. He is scared of thunder and lightning. He gulps and looks at his sleeping roommate on the bed. Jungkook looks so calm while sleeping as if nothing bothers him at all.

The blue haired boy looks at the time. It's 6 in the morning but it's still very dark. Taehyung is too scared to go back to sleep.

He looks at Jungkook's bed which suddenly looks so tempting. He remembers how peacefully he slept the night Jungkook and he shared the bed. There was a storm that night too but Jungkook's warmth calmed him. Now that he thinks about it, he is surprised that he did not wake up even once in the middle of that night.

Taehyung wonders if it's okay to sit on Jungkook's bed. His roommate wouldn't mind, would he? He shouldn't. After all, they are friends, right?

So with that thought in mind, Taehyung gets up and walks to the ravenette's bed. He sits down gently, making sure not to move a lot and disturb the other's sleep.

He is so close to the sleeping ravenette that he cannot help but notice his features. Jungkook is so handsome. Every single detail of his body can be a piece of art. Maybe Taehyung would draw him someday, which reminds him he still has an incomplete sketch of Jungkook in his drawer.

There is another sound of thunder which makes Taehyung visibly jump. He unintentionally scoots closer to Jungkook. The ravenette feels the bed slightly dip so he opens his eyes slowly.

He looks beside himself and gets surprised when he sees the scared eyes of his blue haired roommate looking at him. Jungkook rubs his eyes and looks at Taehyung. He knows that the other is nervous for some reason and he doesn't want to make him anymore uncomfortable.

"Tae, why are you awake? We still have an hour before we need to get up." Jungkook says as he sits up.

"I... I can't fall asleep." Taehyung says, feeling embarrassed as he looks down on the bed.

"What are you embarrassed about, cutie? It's completely fine." The nickname Jungkook just used makes Taehyung look at him with mild surprise. But is he really surprised? Jungkook just does that a lot these days... well, when he is not busy ignoring him that is.

"I-I....don't like thunderstorms." Taehyung stutters. He doesn't like appearing less confident in front of his roommate but when there's a thunderstorm, Taehyung has no control over himself.

"Yeah, I figured." Jungkook says. Both the boys stay silent for a while before Jungkook suggests, "You can sleep with me if you want." Taehyung's eyes widen at the suggestion.

"What? It's not like it's the first time for us." Jungkook teases him. A small blush creeps on Taehyung's cheeks and he nods. He quickly lays down on the bed and closes his eyes to avoid further embarrassment. Jungkook chuckles and lays back down.

"I can hold you if you want." Jungkook offers, once again taking Taehyung by surprise. The blue haired boy looks at him and Jungkook wonders if it's okay to bang his head on the wall. But Taehyung saves him from his misery and nods softly. After all, he does like Jungkook's hold and warmth as he feels safe with him.

Jungkook holds Taehyung's waist and pulls him closer to his chest. So close that their bodies are moulded together. Taehyung feels like a shock wave just ran through his body. Both their hearts hammer in their chests. Both of them love this position.

Jungkook slowly turns Taehyung so that the blue haired boy is looking at him. He places his free hand on Taehyung's cheek and cups it. "Should I tell you something, Tae?" He asks as he caresses his roommate's cheek. Taehyung hums softly, enjoying the ravenette's touch.

"You're very beautiful." Jungkook whispers as he continues to make random patterns on his roommate's skin. He knows he shouldn't be saying all this but whenever he is near Taehyung, he tends to lose every bit of sanity that is left in him.

"You're so beautiful that I sometimes wonder if you're even real or not." Jungkook says. Taehyung is shocked to hear this.

No one has ever said something like this to him. He feels like his heart might jump out of his chest any moment. He suddenly feels hot.

Jungkook's hand that is resting on Taehyung's waist starts moving up and down, making random patterns. Taehyung cannot help but sigh in content.

"Th-Thank you." Taehyung manages to say shyly.

"I don't know if you really want to hear it or I'm just making a fool out of myself but I just want to let you know that you can be yourself in front of me. And by being yourself, I also mean you can dress up like you want without worrying about anyone judging you." Jungkook says making Taehyung smile widely. He is so happy to be having an understanding roommate like Jungkook.

The two of them stare deeply in each other's eyes as if the rest of the world does not even exist. Taehyung gulps when he feels Jungkook's hand resting on his hip, right over the skirt he is wearing. Jungkook's touch is not uncomfortable for him. In fact he quite likes it unlike other times in case of other people.

They don't know who starts inching closer but soon the two of them have their eyes closed and lips only half a centimeter apart. They can feel each other's breaths fanning them.

They are so close. Taehyung brings his hand and clasps the cloth over Jungkook's chest in anticipation. Just when their lips start to close the distance, a loud knock breaks them apart.

Jungkook and Taehyung scurry away to the far ends of the bed, the latter blushing madly while Jungkook just sighs. He has wanted this for a long time but when he was finally getting it, someone had to be the cockblocker.

He sighs again and moves towards the door when he hears Taehyung's shy voice, "C-Can you n-not let them in, please?" He asks. Jungkook turns around and sees those scared eyes of the blue haired boy again. He is clutching the blanket near his chest, probably trying to hide what he is wearing.

In a normal situation, Taehyung would've rushed to the bathroom to change but the thunderstorm makes him scared right now. If it were up to him, he wouldn't have even let Jungkook go get the door but he doesn't exactly have a say in it because opening the door seems necessary.

Jungkook opens the door and sees his best friend standing there with sleepy eyes but he kind of looks alert at the same time.

"What's it at this hour, Jimin?" Jungkook asks with an annoyed expression.

"Why do you fucking have a phone dude if you cannot answer it?" Jimin glares at him and the ravenette knows that it must be something serious for his best friend to talk like that.

"It must have ran out of battery. What happened? It's still early for you to show up at my door." Jungkook says. Jimin looks past Jungkook, trying to see if Taehyung is there. He points towards the room and asks, "Is he inside?"

"Where else would he be at this hour?" Jungkook rolls his eyes.

"Right." Jimin says and bends closer so that he is whispering in Jungkook's ear, "Get ready, we're going to the main office. Jin hyung said there is something important we need to take care of."

Jungkook gets alert too after hearing what Jimin said. The shorter boy pulls back and pats Jungkook's shoulder twice. "Be ready in ten." He says before walking off towards his own room.

Jungkook runs his hand through his hair in frustration. Just moments ago, he was having such a good time with Taehyung and now he has to leave.

He turns around and looks at Taehyung who is looking at him curiously. "Who was it?" He asks.

"Jimin. He told me that a friend of ours is in the hospital. The weather isn't exactly good and he was driving. He got into an accident and the hospital called Jimin. We have to leave." Jungkook says. Taehyung gets worried for Jungkook's 'friend' too. The weather is too bad.

"Oh okay. I hope he gets better soon." He says and stands up. Jungkook mumbles an 'I hope so too' before he walks to his closet to change.

Taehyung clearly notices that Jungkook is tensed. Who wouldn't be if their friend is in the hospital?

After putting on fresh clothes and brushing his teeth, the ravenette is ready to go. "Take care, Taehyung. I don't know when I'll be back so don't wander around in the bad weather. And don't be scared of the thunderstorm. It can't do anything to you right now. You're safe here." Jungkook says as he runs his hands through Taehyung's soft, blue hair.

Taehyung gulps. He almost forgot about the storm because of Jungkook's friend who is in the hospital.

"Well, it's not exactly easy to not think about it." Taehyung says with a smile that Jungkook knows is fake.

"Then think of something else." The ravenette suggests.

"Like what?"

"Like..." Jungkook looks around and then his face focuses on Taehyung's face. His lips to be more precise.

"Like this." He says before connecting their lips together and sure Taehyung knows he cannot think about anything other than this for a while now.
