The four boys, Sam, Dean, Castiel and Carson, was quite the strange mix, but they needed to work together to save the one girl they all cared about, Millie Winchester. They were getting closer, and the screams of the girl filled the halls of Hell as they made their way to try and save her. Two hunters, one demon and one angel walked with their weapons ready, not knowing what to expect as soon as they entered the room where Millie was being held. Carson's words had hit them all where it hurt, what we find when we reach her might not be your sister anymore.

"This is it" Carson stopped outside a locked door and soon, Millie's screams filled their ears. The boys got in position as Castiel blew open the door with his angel powers, shocking the demon inside the room.

Pan stood next to a passed out and bleeding Millie Winchester. "Ah, boys, I've been wondering when you'd show up".

Five more demons walk out behind Pan, all ready to fight. Castiel's eyes fell on Millie, and he felt his angel heart break at the sight. She was hurt and he couldn't help but blame himself. He should never have let her go alone after their fight, he should have been there and maybe this would never had happened to her. Castiel had his angel blade ready and he was angry, ready to get revenge on the demon who had hurt the girl he had come to care so much about since he rescued her from Hell almost four years ago. He needed to save her, and he needed her to be ok.

The boys charged forward, ready to do whatever it takes to get Millie out alive. Castiel stepped up in front of Pan, his gaze locked upon her; but he could hear the commotion of the other boys fighting, that was not his concern now.  " I have never killed an angel before, I can't wait to see what it's like." Pan said with a mocking tone, a sly expression upon her face.  "Stop talking." Castiel answered, clenching his grip around the angel blade. Without hesitation he swung his right arm in an arch and the blade gave a high-pitched swish as it passed through the air. A swift smile came from Pan, she had seen the angel fight numerous times in Millie's memories. While stepping forward she raised her left arm, slamming her forearm into Castiel's wrist, only a few inches from the blades sharp edge. With a swift punch to the angel's ribs and a slick maneuver of her left hand the blade flew into the wall, sharp metallic sounds came as it fell to the floor. Castiel extended his arm, ready to use his angel powers at the approaching demon, but she was too quick. Grabbing his arm, she slammed her knee into his stomach before he managed to do anything. Another strike came at the angel from his left side, only this time he was ready. With a slight duck he avoided the walloping punch, then he pressed the attack. A quick jab to the face sent her stumbling backwards, and before she could regain her footing, he sent her to the ground with a thundering front kick.

Staring over his shoulder Castiel saw that Dean had already slayed one demon and was hard at work to slay another, Sam struggled to fight of the two demons beating on him. Before he could see how Carson was doing Pan was back up on her feet, wiping blood from her nose. The two began fighting once more, quick and hard swipes was exchanged, as Pan landed a strike Castiel followed with one of his own. With a bloodied face she grabbed the angel by the neck and fended off his attempts to push her off. "You will die, angel. By my hands you will be brought to your knees!" She sounded as she questioned her own words, and the desperation in her eyes proved it. "No." Castiel answered breathless, yet his words hit its mark. Pan's eyes widened as the angel raised his arms and slammed them into hers. The grip was loosened, with all his might Castiel leant back and slammed a cracking headbutt right on the demon's nose. Falling to the ground with a heavy thud Pan groaned in pain, but the growling was cut short by the firm grip of Castiel's hands upon her throat. He lifted her back to her feet and placed his palm against her forehead. "Your torture ends now." Shrieking screams came as Pan's eyes lit up in a haunting glow, and a blossoming light sprouted from her mouth as if a white fire burned inside her. Her clenched hands around Castiel's wrist started to give in, and when the light faded, only empty sockets remained where her brown eyes once was. The room grew quiet, the smell of blood resting in the air. Pan fell to the floor lifeless; the battle was won.

Sam, Dean and Carson had just finished their own demon-fights when Castiel ran to Millie. Castiel ran over to where Millie was being tied up, breaking the chains and freeing the girl. She had a pulse, but it was weak. Castiel put two fingers on her forehead to heal her, however, it didn't work as good as he hoped. Her pulse was getting stronger and some of her cuts were gone, but she didn't completely heal from his touch. Castiel walked over to the brothers and zapped them back to Bobby's before he followed, with Millie in his arms.

"How can you not heal her?" Dean asked Cas after they got back and put Millie on her bed. "I don't know, I healed her some, but I believe her body needs to do the rest itself. I will try and help her the best I can". Castiel too was at a loss to why his healing didn't work it's wonders, his only explanation was that Millie's body had shut down and now she needed to fight her way back on her own.

"Can you see anything different in her?" Sam asked as he took a sip from his beer, exhausted from the months they spent in Hell and from the fight.

"Do you mean if I can see a demon face in your sister?" Cas retorted.

"Yes".

"Not now, but we'll see for sure when she wakes up".

"Do you really think this demon managed to turn Millie?" Bobby spoke up from behind his desk. He was very happy his family was back and all of them were alive, but his promise to Millie rang in his head after the boys had explained everything that had happened downstairs.

"Azazel wanted to turn me into his puppet, and I was down there for 10 years" she looked at Bobby, who tried to focus on the road ahead, "I don't know if parts of my soul are missing, I don't know if he accomplished anything" she paused again. "Bobby, I need you to kill me if I'm not me".

"What? You know I can't do that, Millie".

"You are the only one who can. Come 'on, you know me better than my own brothers, and they sure won't do it".

"I won't do it either".

"Bobby, if Azazel accomplished in ruining my soul, I don't want to be here and be a possible threat to my brothers or you".

Bobby had tears in his eyes by only the thought of harming Millie, let alone kill her, but he knew, if someone were to do it, it got to be him.

"Dammit Millie".

"I really am sorry to be asking you this, I really am".

"I'll do it, but! Only if there is no other choice, ok?"
