Four people were currently in Bobby's living room. Bobby sat in his wheelchair behind his desk, Sam and Dean were seated in a couch by the window, both drinking beer, and Castiel stood by the opening to the kitchen, leaning on a wall.

"Damn, girls really are slow to get ready" Dean mumbles as they waited for Millie to get downstairs. Dean had earlier told her to get her ass downstairs, they were close to finding out something about Lucifer's whereabouts.

The last few weeks had been eventful, which would probably be an understatement. First, Sam had a visit from Lucifer in the form of his dead girlfriend, Jess. Trying to convince him to say yes to him and become Lucifer vessel, apparently Sam was the true vessel of Lucifer. And later they had learned that Dean was the true vessel of the archangel Michael. Dean, Castiel and Millie had gotten in contact with another archangel named Raphael, trying to get his help with stopping the apocalypse, however, he was not interested in the slightest.

Dean had then been sent five years into the future, only to find the future to be a wasteland still battling the apocalypse where Sam had said yes to Lucifer and Millie had been killed by his hands. However, the most unreal experience they had had the last few weeks was being trapped in different TV-shows, only to be revealed they were being tricked by a guy going by the name, the Trickster. The Trickster was later revealed to be none other than the archangel Gabriel.

At this point was Millie sick of archangels and their bullshit. She was sick of weeks of trying to find out anything about Lucifer's whereabout and not getting anywhere. But know she believed there was hope. Dean had told her he would fill her in when she got dressed and go downstairs. Millie heard a door open and close from downstairs before two voices she couldn't identify started to speak. Millie hurried getting dressed after having taken a much-needed shower to wake up before bolting for the stairs.

What met Millie in the living room was indeed not something, or rather someone, she expected to see. "I'll be damned" came from the middle-aged woman standing in the middle of the room. "Ellen?" Millie spoke up, a smile gracing her face. Being too shocked by seeing Ellen, Millie didn't acknowledge the stares she was getting from a certain angel. But even though Millie didn't see Castiel giving her glances, her oldest brother noticed, and he did not like what he was seeing. Ellen eloped Millie in a big bone-crushing hug with tears threatening to spill over in her eyes. Jo looked at her mother and this stranger hug with much confusion in her eyes as the stranger let go of her mother and turned to face Jo. "Wow look at you, you've grown into a good-looking woman, Joanna". Joanna? No one called Jo for Joanne, not even her own mother, unless she was very angry at her. "Jo, you remember Millie Winchester, right?" as her mother spoke those words, Jo's eyes widened, and joy filled her whole body. Jo ran up to Millie and threw herself at her, mush like she did when she was younger and Millie used to visit.

"Millie? It really is you" Jo smiled at Millie, the girl she had looked up to when she was younger and the girl who had filled her heart with so much sorrow, she didn't know how to change it. Jo and Ellen had always treated Millie like their own family whenever John and her came to visit, and they had both been heartbroken when John had come by the roadhouse to tell them about her passing.

After filling Jo and Ellen in on how Millie was alive, Dean was the one to speak up to explain their plan. They finally had a location on Lucifer and they had gotten the team together, because this might be their only shot at the devil himself.

"You should have told me, I could have called Carson, he would have helped us" Millie exclaimed at her brother, knowing going up against Lucifer would mean all hands-on deck. Castiel stiffened at the name of Millie's demon friend, he still didn't like him and he had no interest in bringing him with them on this mission. "Yeah I knew you would say that, so I called him. He's meeting us there" Dean spoke, making Castiel even more angry.

It was a weird feeling for Castiel. He hadn't known the girl for long but having watched over some of her time in hell and then having gotten to know her a little form their talks, Castile did not like the idea of Carson around Millie. Castiel felt comfortable in Millie's company and the fact that she could see his true form and hear his true voice without being harmed made it feel like he had a special connection to her.

After spending the evening and night planning and drinking, they all wake up bright and early the next day, ready for the end.

Millie rode with Castiel, Jo and Ellen, while her brothers take another car, all of them arriving in Carthage, where Lucifer is supposedly hiding. Jo had been asking Millie question about Carson the whole ride, asking if it was her boyfriend and if he was any good looking. Millie had laughed her off telling her that no, they weren't dating, much to Jo's dislike, she wanted to hear all the juicy details, only for there to be none. Castiel was very happy when they arrived and glad the conversation about Millie's "love" life was over. They met up with the two brothers as Millie tried calling Carson, but there was no cell-service what-so-ever. Sam and Dean decided to check into that while the others tried to find anyone at all in the town that seemed to be abandoned.

"It's completely empty here" Jo spoke.

Castiel looked around him, and for him the place was crowded, "No, it not. I can see them. There are reapers, thousands of them, just standing motionless around".

"What does that mean, Cas?" Millie spoke up next to him.

"They only gather like this in times of great catastrophe, like the Great Chicago Fire in 1871, the San Francisco earthquake in 1903 or events like Pompeii". As he looks around, he sees one Reaper walking slowly down the road "Stay here" he urges the others as he follows the Reaper.

The girls meet up with the two brothers again, telling them Castiel went to investigate why all the Reapers were gathered around like that.

"Hey, there you guys are" a voice brings them out of their conversation as Carson comes running towards them. Carson hugs Millie as he approaches and greets the others. As they walk down the street of the empty town, an old enemy appears. Meg, one of the demons responsible for Bobby's injuries, is standing in the middle of the road in front of them.

"Oh no..." Carson mutters.

"What?" Dean asks, wondering what got the demon on their side scared.

"Hellhounds"

"She had hellhounds with her?" Sam asks, still terrified of hellhounds since they killed his brother two years ago.

"Yeah, two big ones".

"You shouldn't have come here" Meg speaks up, "Father really wants to meet you".

Dean aims his gun close to Meg's legs, hoping it would wound one of the dogs, hopefully killing it. He shoots and hits his target, but Meg only laughs at his attempt as she sets the dogs loose on the gang. Dean gets knocked down by one of the dogs and Jo starts shooting at it. Dean yells at her to run with the others but Jo doesn't back down. She keeps shooting and ends up managing to kill the dog. But with her focus on Dean, she doesn't notice the dog besides her, who rips into her sides with it's invincible claws. Millie sees the event and starts shooting at the dog as Dean rushes to Jo's side and picks her up, running after the others to get Jo to safety. Carson is by Millie's side as they shoot at the dogs, Carson pointing to where they are. Dean getting Jo to safety is all Millie can think about and as soon as she realized they went inside a building, she and Carson starts to follow them, Carson a few feet behind his friend.

"MILLIE! TO YOUR LEFT!" Carson cries out as he sees a big black hellhound launch itself at Millie. Carson runs over to her and manage to stab the hound making it fall on top of Millie, dead. Carson pushes the hound away as he picks up Millie, noticing straight away that she has been injured. Carson runs to the abandoned hardware store he knew the others were in.

"Open up! Millie is hurt!" Carson yells through the doors and Sam and Dean is quick to open up the doors. As they examine their bleeding sister, still in Carson's arms, they let out a relieved sigh as she is still breathing and awake. She had big cuts from her right shoulder and across her chest.

"I'm alright, I'm alright" Millie exclaimed as Carson put her down. He ripped his shirt open so she could put pressure on her wound. "Thank you, I would be dead if it wasn't for you" Millie smiled up at Carson, who stood almost a head taller than her. "That's why I'm here, sunshine. I will always keep you safe".
