Zachariah was a pain in the ass, to be honest. The Winchester's had been killed a few days prior and had to run away from Zachariah in Heaven. He didn't give up his hunt for Dean, he needed Dean to say yes to Michael, so Michael and Lucifer could carry out the fight that was supposed to happen. Zachariah had even awakened their little brother, Adam from the dead, trying to convince him to say yes to Michael. Apparently, Adam was their half-brother and John had actually treated him like a normal son, and not brought him into the life of hunting. However, now he had been killed by a ghoul and was now in the middle of the apocalypse.

Millie was outside talking to Carson, hoping he had something that could help them, they were currently trying to find the location of Death himself, so they could get his ring, being the only one they didn't have. They had managed to retrieve the ring of Pestilence yesterday, and Millie was traumatized by the disgusting horseman. Nothing but flies and sickness covered that man.

Inside Bobby's living room was the, now, three brothers seated and Castiel stood leaning against the doorframe separating the living room and kitchen. They had been explaining everything that was going on to Adam, and it was a lot to take in for someone who grew up living a normal life.

"Ok, I can wrap my head around you being my siblings, and dad being dead, but angels, demons and the apocalypse? This is too much" Adam sighted as Dean offered him a beer, which he gladly took.

"And you, you are an angel, right?" Adam pointed at Castiel.

"Yes".

"And you are working against the other angels?"

"Yes".

"And you are dating our sister?"

Silence filled the room.

"What?" Sam and Dean spoke in union, both eying Cas.

"No. I do not court Millie" Cas said calmly, even though he had to confess, his eyes seemed to be finding their way over to her more than normal and they had become closer in the last few months.

"Why would you think that?" Dean asked Adam, and now Adam was confused, if he knew anything about what being in love looked like, the looks Castiel gave Millie was the definition of being in love.

"Sorry, just, I don't know, you just seem really close".

Dean could understand Adam's point, their sister and their friend had become quite close, and it did seem like they had become really comfortable in each other's company. Dean knew his sister was a good-looking woman, everywhere they went, she got a lot of unwanted attention, and it had always been like that. Their father had come home furious several times because of some douchebag who had tried to feel up Millie on a hunt.

"Hey, I'm going to head out, you need anything while I'm out?" Millie had entered the room again.

"Where are you going?" Bobby was now the one to speak up.

"Just to look into something with Carson, he might have a lead on how to find Death, I won't be long".

"Who's Carson?" Adam asked.

"Just a friend of mine, text me if you need something, bye" and Millie was out the door again.

Cas had a sour look on his face, still not trusting Carson, even he had been the one to save Millie from the Hellhound who had hurt her.

"Come'on Cas, turn that frown upside-down" Dean teased, knowing very well the angels dislike for the demon. Dean, Sam and Bobby however, had loosened up a bit around the demon. Especially after he had saved Millie for the hound. He had shown he cared for the oldest Winchester, and he kept on informing them about whatever he knew was happening when it came to Lucifer and his followers.

Carson was waiting for Millie on a crossroad, knowing she would be up to trying out his plan. The two friends greeted each other before Millie got to work, painting a devil's trap on the ground before placing down a small wooden box with her picture and some relics to finish the ritual. They were summoning a crossroad demon, with no idea who would pop up in front of them. Millie had met a few crossroad demons during her time in Hell and most of them were totally dicks.

"Hello" the voice brought Millie and Carson out of their conversation. It was a girl who was trapped inside the trap. "Carson and the Winchester girl, what can I do for you?" the demon spoke. The duo tried to get information out of the demon, but she wouldn't tell on her Father. In the midst of Millie exorcising the demon, a name could be heard Crowley.

Carson followed Millie back to Bobby's, having nothing better to do, and in honesty, he liked messing with Castiel. He knew the angel didn't like him in the slightest and it was some of the best fun Carson could get these days. "You summoned a crossroad demon alone?" Sam was in disbelief at his sister.

"What am I? Roadkill?" Carson asked, earning a small chuckle from Dean, Adam and Bobby. Carson was happy Millie's brothers and Bobby had started to warm up to him, usually treating him like a friend.

Millie knew her brothers had met a demon named Crowley not long ago, so she told her brothers and the rest that the only thing they got out of the crossroad demon was his name. Sam and Dean did not seem to like the idea of cooperating with another demon, but he had helped them get the ring off Pestilence.

A couple of days went by and Adam had once again been taken by Zachariah and Castiel had informed them that he had said yes to Michael, not knowing if it was willingly or not. This made Millie sad, she hadn't known the boy for long, but he was their sibling and if it was something Millie valued, it was family. Trying to get things sped up, Bobby had made a deal with Crowley to get the location from Death and Dean had gotten the ring from Death without any fight, he had simply given it up. Death wanted Lucifer back in his cage just as much as the rest of them.

Right now, was not a good time to be a Winchester. As the siblings had tried to come up with a plan to stop Lucifer and Michael, Sam had proposed the stupidest idea Dean and Millie had ever heard. The thing that bothered them more than Sam proposing the plan was that it sounded like the only plan where they actually did have a shot at stopping the apocalypse. Dean and Millie had fought with Sam, trying to knock some sense into their youngest sibling, but the more he pleaded his case, the more the siblings understood this might be their only shot. Dean and Millie hated the idea of might losing their brother, but they also knew they would sacrifice themselves too, if it had been up to them.
