Annika was getting ready for her duty while Mallika was bothering her to take her along so that she can see Shivaay in Army Uniform because apparently she was still not over her crush. Anika was sure that if she didn't leave soon she is seriously going to give a good one to Mallika for this.

"Annie please, look I am having heartache knowing Sexy Surgeon loves you and since he is a heart specialist he can treat me right!"

Mallika pleaded as Anika wore her badge while Kritika and Veer were just rolling their eyes at the overdramatic girl. Sahil had already left for his school after teasing Mallika over her heartbreak. Anika wore her boots when Mallika said stubbornly "I am coming with you that's it, Come-on Annie I haven't seen him yesterday for the entire day!"

"No you are not coming anyway Shivaay have a guest to pick up, then he has a very important surgery so you better stay at home." replied back Anika but Mallika stubbornly wore her footwear to go along with Anika.

"Annie please!" Mallika made a puppy face something she had learned from Rudra over the time and Anika signed in defeat, its useless to try and convince this girl. A happy Mallika squealed in joy running toward Anika's bike.

Shaking her head annoyed Anika left for work along with Mallika who was non stop talking about how good looking her SS aka Sexy Surgeon is and how beautiful his eyes are. Anika for a minute felt really tempted to push her down.

They reached there and were greeted by Om who was surprised to see Mallika there "Wow have you joined AMC as well Mallika?" teased Om to which Mallika replied with a smug smile "If I will join the hospital all the people out here will become patients of SS!"

"Who is SS?" asked Om confused to which Anika rolled her eyes checking over the patients while Mallika replied with a dreamy smile "SS my Sexy Surgeon." Om bend toward Anika and asked in a slow voice "Who is she talking about?" Anika glared Mallika before replying "Who else Dr. Docuhebro!"

Om chuckled before commenting "What wrong have Shivaay done to both of you? Why both of you spoil his name? For you he is DD and for Mallika SS. Comeon the man have a nice name!"

Mallika smiled slyly before commenting "Well I call him SS because he is so sexy, his jawline..." she was going to continue when Anika placed her hand on her mouth shutting her up.

"Enough both of you stop this nonsense now and where is Shivaay?"asked Anika highly annoyed with Mallika's behavior. Om silently chuckled at her annoyance before replying "He is at the cantonment gate along with Rudra, his childhood friend is coming over and they are there to receive them. He said he will come back after greeting him, Rudra will take him home."

"Who is this new guy? Is he hot?" Mallika asked and Om looked at her amused "You were just crushing over Shivaay a moment before girl!" Mallika chuckled slightly before replying "What to do? Anika's Dr Douchebro had given me a fifteen minutes speech saying he loves only Anika and can't think about any other girl, I mean how can he be so direct to the point!"

Anika smiled widely listening to this while dumping the used glucose packets. Omkara smiled before replying to Mallika "Well Shivaay is like that he was always clear with what he want and he doesn't hide. In fact the first time I asked about what he feel about Anika he admitted that he admire her. He is too honest with his feelings."

"And do you think this will make me feel better?"asked Mallika with a raised eyebrow while Om smiled sheepishly.

"Tell Om is that person hot?" asked Mallika again while Anika rolled her eyes doing her work and Om chuckled as he picked up the report files "Well I don't even know the name of this guy, so how will I know whether he is hot or not go and see yourself."

"Good idea, Annie let's go, this way even I will be able to see SS in Army Uniform!" Anika was going to refuse but Mallika dragged her out leaving a laughing Om behind who shook his head at the craziness.

"Hayy he look so handsome in his Army Uniform, especially without that cap. I really don't know how can you not love back such a hot and dashing person." drooled Mallika when they reached near Shivaay and Rudra who were sitting beside the entrance checkpost waiting for someone.

"Hey Anika, you here?" asked Shivaay greeting Anika with a hug as she reciprocated it with a smile. Shivaay gave a small smile to Mallika wishing her "Good morning Mallika, you guys here?"

Rudra greeted Anika as Mallika complained "You gave Anika a hug and to me just a smile." Shivaay looked awkward while Anika stomped on Mallika's foot to stop her from embarrassing Shivaay.

"Mallika dii, don't bother okay my brother is crazy, crazy in love. You know last evening we were in market and there was a beautiful Blonde girl. He was working on some text on phone and I said him to take a look at the girl and you know what was his first sentence when he saw the girl?" asked Rudra as he kept giggling in between.

"What?" asked Mallika while Anika looked at Rudra who was controlling his smile seeing an embarrassed Shivaay and now even she was excited to know what he said seeing the girl.

"She is not Anika!"

Rudra said and a huge Awe left Mallika's mouth while Anika looked down with cheeks red. Shivaay pretended to be on a call to avoid all this. Mallika who couldn't control herself said in a high pitched voice "He is so cute!"

Much to Shivaay and Anika relief someone interrupted them and as soon as Mallika turned to see the person her eyes went wide along with the person as well as they together squealed.

"You!!"

"You know him?" asked Shivaay surprised but seeing no reaction from both the person he turned toward Anika who was confused as well "Anika you know him?" Anika shook her head on no "He is your friend?" she cross questioned to which he nodded in a yes before introducing.

"Ya Arnav Singh Raizada, my childhood friend. We had same schooling!"

The two were still glaring each other when Rudra shook Arnav who then yelled at her "What the hell are you doing here Ms chatterbox?" Mallika gave him back "and what do you think you are doing here Mr Akdu?

"Bhaiya I really have a strong feeling that both of them are quite close friend you see." whispered Rudra sarcastically to which Shivaay smacked his head.

"Hold on guys what's the issue Arnav?" asked Shivaay to which Arnav finally turned to him leaving Mallika "You remember Shivaay I told you about an annoying talkative girl in my office she is the one." he said pointing a finger toward Mallika.

"Annie you remember I told you about an akdu coworker of mine who just know how to scold everyone. He is the one!" Mallika gave back in the same tone and Anika nodded scared of this sudden turn in Mallika.

"Hold on dude so you and Mallika work in the same company?" asked Shivaay surprised yet shocked. Looks like world is too small!

"Unfortunately yes!" both yelled together making the rest three close their ears at the hight pitch.

"Anyway Arnav meet Lt. Col Anika Roy, my love!" he introduced and Anika again felt her cheeks turn red to which Arnav forwarded his hand for greeting "So you are Shivaay's Kohinoor, Shivaay readily talks a lot about you on call, nice to meet you. You are indeed really gorgeous!"

Anika blushed more while Shivaay fake coughed removing their interlocked hands making Rudra chuckle who very well knew his brother's possessiveness. Arnav then went and greeted Rudra who still had a plaster on his left hand. "How are you Rudy?"

"Totally fine Bhai just having some additions in body, two bullet points and one broken shoulder joint!" he joked to which Arnav smacked his head commenting "You are making a joke of this also nothing can happen of you."

"Comeon Bhai we already cried a lot on this tragedy why not have some comedy out of it?" he joked again and everyone giggled. Anika smiled toward his attempt of making everyone smile always. Trust Rudra to make even a dieing person smile!

"And Arnav you already know so she is Mallika, Anika's distant sister and best friend." Shivaay introduced with a playful smile as both Arnav and Mallika glared each other and Arnav commented "Never knew a sweet girl like Anika can have such an annoying best friend."

"Even I didn't knew that SS will be friend of such an akdu person!" Mallika gave back, Arnav, Shivaay and Rudra asked confused "SS? "

"Umm Sexy Surgeon....she is talking about you Dr. D...I mean Shivaay!" Anika said meekly to which Shivaay rolled his eyes "God what is the problem of you girls with my name. One call me DD other SS. Girls I have a good name Shivaay don't you like it?"

Rudra chuckled at Shivaay's plea, Shivaay shook his head and commented "Anyway Rudra you and Arnav go home, drop Mallika as well if her work is over, I and Anika have surgery lined up will talk to you in evening." Rudra nodded and left along with Arnav and Mallika who were glaring each other.

"Let's go Anika, your Dr. Docuhebro have surgery and you have to assist!" Shivaay said sarcastically and Anika bit her tongue "I am sorry Shivaay that's just a slip of tongue."Anika replied following him while Shivaay rolled his eyes commenting "Ya ya your slip of tongue, that is always!"

She held his hand to stop him and he turned toward her with a frown. She held her ears pouting cutely "I am sorry please don't stop loving me!" A huge spectral smile came on Shivaay's face as he pulled her hands down whispering in her ears.

"You just made me fall for you again Kohinoor!"
