Chapter 61: Fake and True

Flashback: This is a flashback between Minnie and Soojin

This is exactly why Soojin shouldn't trust them again just like Ryujin, Yeji and Somi has said to her but she didn't listen.

She didn't listen to them and now she is stuck in this cycle again and again.

Some of soojin's friends are a bit worried about her

Soojin couldn't tell anyone what is going on except her family members

Soojin doesn't know what to do

How long can she keep this up like this??

She told them that this friendship is getting toxic but they don't believe her.

Soyeon shuts her out and called her a liar as her friends joined along to despise her even more. Yuqi is the only one that admits it but she kept it quiet as she pretends to hate her.

Yuqi felt bad for Soojin

Yuqi wished that she should have talked to her at that time instead of following Soyeon around like a puppy.

Someone needs to put Soyeon in her place but nobody couldn't ever compete with her.

Besides Soyeon knows about anyone to be honest

It's like her hair is full of secrets

Soojin knows that it's time but she is afraid that the girls already know that she is gonna try to ditch them.

The thing is Soojin isn't planning on ditching anybody because she is thinking of leaving the group.

She is tired of all of this.

Now the moment that Soojin thought the girl has changed and wanted to be cool with her again and everything.

This is until Halloween night when the girls pulled a prank on her and leave her behind instead of inviting them to a Halloween party.

The girls had gotten Soojin into trouble.

It's like a year and 2 months later after the attempt happened and Soojin couldn't resist but show anger full of rage inside of a rage.

Soojin saw them as the girls looked at her and then starts to laugh as they teased her. Soyeon and Minnie also snickered right behind her back and that made her angry.

Soojin is so angry that she clenched her fists and she wishes that she will match them and starts to go off at them but she couldn't because she knows that something might happen the next day if she does something to make them angry.

Especially Soyeon

No one dares to come across her

Soojin has tried so many times that she will always support them and will do anything to spread kindness.

Instead, it is being wasted.

Soojin had tried to talk to them for days and months but the girls still ignored her and just humiliated her every chance that they can get.

It all started in the summer when Soojin couldn't find her diary then she saw her best friends read it and they started to show some anger.

Soojin had no idea why they hated her so much especially Soyeon.

Soyeon hates her the most but she has no idea why and that is when the whole thing started.

Soojin pretends like everything is fine

The thing is she isn't

Everything hasn't been great for her and she is so sick of it and tired of them using her as a punching bag.

Thank goodness that she is off for the day because the girls are done performing concerts and all.

Especially since the girls released an album and the comeback

One day, Soojin came across the mall to do a little shopping. Once she is done shopping, Soojin went to the restroom for a little bit. After that, she got out of the restroom as she went to the sink and started to wash their hands.

After she is done washing her hands, she grabs herself some paper towels to dry her hands.

Just before Soojin is about to leave the restroom, she saw Minnie appear in the restroom she just stands there frozen. Soojin doesn't want to see them, especially after the way that the girls treated her like crap.

She didn't even talk to them not called them or texted them.

Soojin wants to be alone and tries to live a normal life but she couldn't do it without the girls trying to ruin stuff and take things away from her.

Not to mention, the girls haven't apologized to her not even having regrets about their mistakes.

The girls continued to plot something against Soojin every time they saw her.

Soojin's mind: Why is Minnie here??

Soo jin's mind: I just want to be left alone but here we are again

Minnie: Hello are you deaf?? *said it in a mean tone*

Soojin: What?? *asked her annoyed*

Minnie scoffs.

Minnie: Idiot you are in my way so get the hell out of my way *she yelled*

Soojin quickly walked over as Minnie went to the sink as looked at herself in the mirror. Minnie begins to apply a little bit of makeup and perfume.

Minnie glared at her as she gives Soojin a disgusted look.

Minnie: Don't stare at me you freak

Soojin rolled her eyes.

Soojin: I wasn't even staring at your plastic face earlier before you dared to show off. *snapped at her*

Minnie is pissed at her.

Before Soojin walks out of the bathroom and gives Minnie a fake smile on her face, Minnie puts red nail polish onto Soojin's pants as she takes a photo.

Then Minnie throws a drink at her as she gives Soojin a fake smile on her face and she also posted the photo.

Minnie laughs then she teases her.

Soojin gasped.

Soojin is pissed at her.

Soojin: WHAT THE FUCK IS YOUR PROBLEM??

Minnie: YOU ARE MY PROBLEM AND I CAN'T STAND YOU

Minnie: Next time don't mess with me or try to get in my way Seo Soojin

Soojin: Whatever Soyeon's pet

Minnie: What did you just call me??

Soojin: You are someone's pet because that's what you are

Minnie and Soojin faced each other as they continue to fight and bicker at each other. The two girls went out of the bathroom as they continue to fight.

Soojin has enough of her so she slapped her across her face.

So Soojin quickly ran out of the mall as Minnie went after her.

Minnie: SOOJIN I WILL FUCKING DESTROY YOU

Soojin: LEAVE ME ALONE

All of the sudden, Minnie tackles her to the ground and starts to fight her.

Soojin tries to get her to stop but Minnie didn't listen to her so she kicks her out of the way. Then she started to run again until she didn't see Minnie after that as she ran all the way home.

After Minnie and Soojin fought, Minnie invited her to the cafe just to talk to her.

Minnie felt bad for her after what she just did to Soojin at the mall. Soojin doesn't want to see her but she knew that she doesn't have a choice so she met with Minnie at the cafe.

Soojin is still mad at her.

Minnie apologizes to her for the way that she acted at the mall. She didn't mean to go a bit intense because Soojin wanted her to listen.

Soojin misses her so much and she will always be supportive of her no matter what.

Soojin misses hanging out with Minnie

Soojin misses her as her friend.

Minnie and Soojin talked for a while after they got the meals that they ordered and drinks.

Minnie is so glad that she talked with her and all but Soojin doesn't forgive and she is still mad at her for the stuff that she has done to her. Soojin doesn't want Minnie to get herself to rock bottom and that might happened.

Minnie apologized and she promised that she will make things up to her.

Minnie: I know and I'm sorry Soojin

Minnie: Would you please forgive me??

Soojin sighs.

Soojin: I don't know Minnie

Soojin: I still don't trust you fully

Soojin: How would I know that you wouldn't do stuff to me again??

Minnie's mind: Soojin's right

Minnie's mind: I want me and Soojin to be friends again after the way that I treated her

Minnie's mind: I also don't want Soyeon to find out

Soojin: Minnie

Minnie: Yeah??

Soojin: Are you okay?? *she asks*

Minnie: I'm fine so you don't need to worry

Minnie's mind: How come you know our secrets but we don't know your secrets??

Minnie's mind: What are you hiding Soojin??

Minnie: Can I ask you something??

Soojin: Sure what is it??

Minnie sighs.

Minnie pulls out her phone and shows the attachment to her. Once Soojin saw it, she had gotten so mad then Minnie asked her if she did the stuff that she did in the past and Soojin told her that none of this is true. Minnie doesn't believe it so she asked her again.

Soojin yelled at her.

Then everyone in the cafe looked at her after she yelled at Minnie.

Soojin walks out of the cafe with tears in her eyes. Minnie went after her as she saw her crying then she hugs her.

Soojin pushes her aside and looked at her in anger.

Soojin's mind: Screw you Minnie

Soojin's mind: Screw you Soyeon

Soojin: I knew that this is a bad idea from the start

Minnie: Why??

Minnie: It's because all I wanted to know is the truth about you.

Minnie chuckles in a scoff.

Minnie: Wow Soojin you aren't so bad yourself

Soojin scoffs with anger.

Soojin: What are you talking about??

Minnie wrapped her arm around her.

Minnie: I mean... nobody knows about your secrets and I can tell that you are very good at hiding

Minnie: This isn't the first time that you tried to rip people off. It's okay Soojin sometimes you might have to give it all to me so that way I can make it all go away my beloved Soojin. *she grins at her*

Soojin's mind: It's just like what Soyeon said to me

Soyeon: I can make it all go away my beloved Soojin *grins at her*

Soo jin's thoughts are back into reality

Soojin: You are insane Minnie

Soojin: You and Soyeon are insane

Minnie: Shut up

Minnie: THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART

Minnie shouted.

Soojin starts to get scared as she is bursting into tears.

Minnie: Aww don't cry Soojin it's okay to be upset *she hugs her*

Soojin's mind: I am getting out of this nightmare

Minnie: I love you too much

Minnie: Also I believe you because you wouldn't do such a thing. It's okay to accept that sometimes rumors can be false and rumors can be true.

Minnie leans in to whisper in her ear.

Minnie: After all, you are just only to be seen as your worst nightmare.

Minnie: You can't get rid of me and my best friends because we will hunt you down if you try to back down us again.

Minnie: We will find out your secrets very soon my beloved. Just wait until the moment is coming back to life.

Minnie: Fake and True right??

Minnie stopped hugging her.

Soojin: You are insane

Soojin: Minnie this isn't you

Soojin: Minnie please I will be your friend again *she begged her*

Minnie laughed and whispered into her ear.

Minnie: You will never be a part of this again Soojin because you used to be so special instead you crawled back into your pathetic self. Don't worry I can make it all go away by making your life a living hell.

Minnie walked away leaving Soojin with more tears in her eyes.

Soojin called Ryujin and Yeji on her phone to get a ride home. After Ryujin and Yeji take her home, the two girls talked and they're angry. Soojin told them everything and her friends couldn't bare but to get revenge.

Ryujin and Yeji are planning revenge to get back at Gidle.

Present

It's still the next day

After Yuqi takes care of Soyeon as the two girls cuddled together while binge-watching on Netflix, Soyeon falls asleep on her as Yuqi kisses her on the cheek. Yuqi gets up from the couch then she grabs a blanket and she covers Soyeon with a blanket.

Yuqi kisses her on the cheek.

She watches Soyeon still sleeping on the couch as she takes a photo of it.

Yuqi: I love you Soyeon *she whispered*_

Before Soyeon falls asleep, Yuqi gives her some sleeping medicine and it worked perfectly. Yuqi noticed that Soyeon still didn't get enough sleep and also notices that she has been off the track for the last few days.

Also, Soyeon got a bit cranky in the morning and the afternoon. She also vomited one time but she's been better after that.

Ever since A appeared in their lives and kept terrifying these girls, it made their life a living hell. Soyeon couldn't even sleep at night because she had nightmares of A kept attacking and torturing her. Soyeon also had a breakdown so Yuqi and Minnie comforted her until she calms down.

Soyeon scheduled an appointment with the doctor and went to therapy.

Miyeon does the same.

It's been awful and A wouldn't leave them alone.

When will the police capture A in jail??

What is going on in this case??

Why aren't the girls still haven't any evidence about who A is??

The five girls are afraid that more things are about to be revealed.

That is exactly what A is planning to do with the next step.

Yuqi cleans up in the living room.

She also washes the dishes.

Yuqi is waiting for Miyeon and Shuhua to get home.

Minnie is staying over at her house with her parents for the day and night just for one day.

Minnie sent her a text.

Then Yuqi sent her a text back.

Yuqi: Okay have fun love you tell your parents that I said hi

Minnie: Oh stop it Yuqi

Minnie: Love you too Kiki

Yuqi sets her phone down.

Once Yuqi is done with chores and working on some stuff, she turns off the laptop as she went outside, and starts to relax. She is relaxing out there for a while until she starts to get bored and tired. So Yuqi went back inside as she grabs herself a snack.

Yuqi eats the snack as she goes onto her phone to play games and stuff.

While she is playing games and stuff on her phone, Yuqi looked over at Soyeon who is still sleeping on the couch. Yuqi couldn't resist but kept watching her girlfriend sleeping.

Yuqi finds it cute because Soyeon looks cute while she is sleeping.

Yuqi's mind: I will destroy you A for what you have done to us and my girlfriend

Yuqi's mind: You can mess with me for all I care but you will never and I mean NEVER MESS WITH SOYEON

Yuqi's mind: Soyeon I will do anything to protect you my love away from this monster

Yuqi's mind: I love you so much

Yuqi hears a knock at the door so she gets up and walked to the door then she saw Miyeon and Shuhua. She lets them inside as Miyeon closes the door behind her. The two girls saw that Soyeon is sleeping on the couch.

Miyeon: What happened while we are gone??

Shuhua: Yeah what happened?? *she asked her*

Shuhua's mind: I am still mad at you though Yuqi

Yuqi sigh.

Yuqi: Apparently when I came back home, I heard Soyeon crying in the closet so I went into the closet and she told me that A tried to attack her again but thank goodness that she knocked that psycho out. Soyeon also told me that there is someone else who tries to hurt her and stalks her at night as well. She didn't tell me who it is but she did say that it was someone from her past whom she knew.

Yuqi: So I helped Soyeon get cleaned up as I am taking care of her

Yuqi: Me and Soyeon binge-watch on Netflix as we cuddle each other so she went to sleep

Yuqi: I give her sleeping medicine just for her to get enough sleep for a while

Once Yuqi is done telling them, Miyeon and Shuhua showed anger with rage inside them because A tried to attack their best friend again.

The girls already reported and complained about A person or whoever it is to the police.

Soyeon is the only one who files a restraining order because someone keeps stalking her non-stop.

Shuhua: It's always A

Shuhua: Why does Soyeon have to suffer the most??

Shuhua was almost about to cry.

Shuhua: Look at her

Shuhua: She can't sleep, she had breakdowns for only 3 days in a row and she couldn't seem to be focusing on anything because of the pain that she has to go through for the rest of her life. Soyeon hasn't tried to leave out one time because she is scared of A and someone from her past who keeps hunting her down non-stop.

Shuhua: She hasn't been coming out of her room for only about a week.

Shuhua: More of our secrets are being revealed

Shuhua: Miyeon has to relive the past from her mistake over and over again

Shuhua: HOW CAN WE EVER MOVE ON FROM THIS?? *she shouted*

Yuqi told her to be quiet because Soyeon is still sleeping.

Shuhua cried and cried.

Yuqi hugged her so tightly.

Miyeon on the other hand shed a tear across her face. Then she receives a text from Soojin.

Soojin: Can we talk Miyeon??

Miyeon ignores the text as she turns off her phone.

Shuhua cried.

Yuqi: I know I know

Yuqi: It's going to be okay *still hugging her*

Shuhua: No it's not *cried*

Yuqi looked over at Miyeon and noticed that something else made her upset so she came to her and asked.

Yuqi: Miyeon is there something else that made you upset?? *she asks*

Miyeon's mind: I tried letting go of everything that has happened but it's impossible

Miyeon's mind: Why do we have to suffer??

Miyeon's mind: Why does Soyeon have to suffer the most??

Miyeon's mind: Soyeon doesn't deserve this

Miyeon's mind: If only I wasn't the only one who was there from the night

Miyeon's mind: If only we can finally have our happy ending to always remember us as best friends forever instead of being stuck into a forgotten friendship.

Yuqi hugs her tightly as Miyeon tries so hard not to cry but she did cry.

Miyeon cried.

Miyeon: Yuqi... Yuqi... I'm scared

Yuqi: I know

Yuqi: I'm scared too

Yuqi's mind: One day or another we will never have to be drifted apart again

Yuqi's mind: None of this shouldn't happen
