Chapter 54: Toxic Part 1

*This chapter shouldn't be a bit long so I tried to put it all together in this chapter as fast as I can*

Present

It's still night out

Meanwhile

Minnie, Yuqi and Shuhua are being chased by A as the three of them made their way into the woods as they continue to run for their life. The three girls almost have arrived at the place just exactly as Miyeon told them because she knows where Soojin's old diary could be but A tries to beat them to it without them even realizing that they're almost out of time left. Miyeon and Soyeon haven't come out yet and the three girls are still worried because Minnie and Yuqi just texted them and tries to call them but there is no response from neither of them. Shuhua on the other hand is getting really frightened and she felt like her heart is about to explode into a million tiny pieces. The girls need a find way to hide before A could saw them then Minnie has an idea because the three girls spotted a camping cabin and it's when the girls used to go camping back then as their fun trip alot including with their ex best friend Soojin. 

Suddenly, the three girls received a text from A 

Unknown: You can run but you can't hide 

Unknown: You still haven't find her diary yet.... how pathetic is that?? 

Unknown: Miyeon and Soyeon can't help you now -A 

Minnie screams as she is starting to panic even more when the girls received a text from A. 

Miyeon and Soyeon still hasn't coming back and that's what made them even more scared and worried also Yuqi tries to call Miyeon and Soyeon a bunch of times but they still haven't answered at all. It's literally almost about to be midnight and the girls still haven't found Soojin's old diary at all also Miyeon and Soyeon still haven't showed nor they haven't answered their calls or texts from them. Shuhua is about to lose her mind so she tries to call Miyeon and Soyeon as well and it's still went into the voicemail as she screams as she makes a message then she hangs up. Yuqi told them to calm down before A can hear them and it's almost about to terrorize them again so the three girls made their way to the cabin as Minnie closes the door and locks it. 

Shuhua and Yuqi grabs some wood and a hammer to shut the door even more. 

After that, the three girls quickly hide in the secret room that was in the cabin and neither of the girls didn't know that there was a secret room which is also the basement down there until Minnie has spotted it one time when the five girls are on their camping trip then she told her best friends right away about it but they didn't believe her until now. Shuhua and Yuqi apologized to her because they didn't believe her before as Minnie quickly accepts it.

Now the three girls are in the basement and they're hiding from A. 

Minnie: Okay we're safe in here 

Minnie quickly heard those footsteps and she led out a little scream. 

Minnie: For now *said it in a frightening tone* 

Shuhua: Where the hell is Miyeon and Soyeon?? 

Shuhua: We're being chased by A in the middle of the night trying to survive and then those two left us just so we can be attacked by A again?? We are this close to finding Soojin's old diary but that psycho is trying to prevent us from ever finding it and Miyeon is the only knows who knows where her diary is but yet here we are now falling into this sick nightmare and I AM FREAKING OUT RIGHT NOW. *still freaking out and it drives her crazy* 

More footsteps continue to grow as it freaks out Shuhua even more

Shuhua: WHERE ARE YOU MIYEON AND SOYEON?? *she shouted* 

Yuqi covers her mouth as she told her to be quiet or else A might be here and tries to attack them again because of the way that Shuhua has been acting right now after all of this. 

Not to mention, Miyeon and Soyeon still hasn't showed up and they don't know if they're ever show up just in time before A does. 

Yuqi: Will you keep it down?? *said it in a whisper shout* 

Minnie: Yeah do you want us to be attacked by A right now?? *also said it in a whisper shout at Shuhua* 

Shuhua starting to burst into tears. 

Shuhua: I'm so sorry it's just that Miyeon and Soyeon left us for no reason and now I am even more scared because we haven't found Soojin's old diary yet and we are almost running out of time. 

Yuqi hugs her tightly. 

Yuqi: I know we're scared too Shuhua but try to keep it down because A is still stalking us and is still trying to track us down. *she told Shuhua* 

Shuhua cried and cried right into Yuqi's arms as Yuqi is still hugging her tightly 

Minnie: How dare they left us when we are in this situation like this?? *said it in a anger tone* 

Yuqi: You mean Miyeon and Soyeon?? *asked her* 

Minnie scoffs. 

Minnie: Yes I meant them Yuqi 

Minnie: This isn't the first time that they just walked out on us like that when they know that we need to find Soojin's old diary and A is still lurking around trying to attack us again if we don't do what A told us to do and now we're hiding in the fucking basement because now A is after us right now. 

Yuqi: Minnie calm down 

Yuqi: Ranting about it isn't going to do it 

Yuqi: If we want to survive then we need to come up with a plan. 

Minnie: Like what?? Waiting for us to be killed?? 

Yuqi gives her a glare and gives her the "Can you stop before you end up in the middle?" look on her face. 

Minnie: I'm sorry Yuqi 

Minnie: I'm scared too and I wish that Miyeon and Soyeon will come back here by now to save us. 

Shuhua wipe her tears. 

Shuhua: Maybe they were being attacked by A right when after Miyeon told us about the place that we should go to in order for us to find Soojin's old diary then Soyeon whispers something in her ear and that made her and Miyeon go back into our house. I overheard Soyeon said that she needs to tell Miyeon something important and I guess that it's from the other night when Soyeon is being attacked by A and Miyeon still haven't come to you about the kiss from the night when Soyeon is being attacked. 

Minnie: Or maybe Miyeon has fell for Soyeon and she still couldn't get over that little crush of her 

Minnie: She hates me even after our fight about the kiss from that night and the photo when A has the photo of us kissing I ruined that chance because of that and I just want Miyeon to be happy and we will always be best friends but I feel like it's more than that and that is what I have tried to tell her but I never got the chance to tell Miyeon. 

Yuqi's eyes starting to widened. 

At the same time Yuqi is mad because she hates the idea of Miyeon and Soyeon have gotten so close to each other in their friendship and that is what made her mad even more. Yuqi has told Soyeon about it but Soyeon said that it gets complicated between her and Miyeon but Yuqi doesn't want to believe and she called Miyeon out for being a liar because she thought that Miyeon is trying to steal Soyeon away from her which is not true. 

Yuqi could tell from the looks of it but right in front of her eyes she could easily tell that Miyeon isn't the problem of when their friendship has gotten toxic started it but it was her girlfriend Soyeon and now she has finally realized it but she and her pals aren't innocent either. 

It really starts with the five girls by throwing Soojin under the bus and Soojin couldn't resist but still being friends with them because she still loves hanging out with them and such. 

That's why Soojin have made her decision to leave but that's not the only reason as to why Soojin has left from the group.

The cycle continues to go on and on with this friend group. 

The girls doesn't want to admit that their friendship is toxic but only Yuqi admits it and that is what tearing her down so much than it was before because Yuqi wished that she and her friends wouldn't have treating Soojin so badly to the point when it cause for that friendship to be toxic.

Yuqi tries to leave from that cycle but she couldn't because she just pretends that this friendship will continue to show growth out of that before it gets toxic but it doesn't turned out the way as it used to be and that is what Yuqi have been trying to tell them from the beginning. 

Yuqi wishes for someone who truly understands her. 

Minnie: Yuqi 

Minnie: Yuqi *called out her name* 

Yuqi's thoughts have been interrupted by Minnie calling out her name. 

The three girls are still hiding in the basement as this nightmare continues when A is still after them and they still haven't found Soojin's old diary. 

Shuhua: We need to find a way to escape 

Minnie: But how can we do that?? 

Minnie: You know that A is still here 

Minnie: A IS STILL AFTER US FOR GOODNESS SAKE *she shouted* 

Yuqi tries to get her to calm down and she told her to be quiet as she heard some footsteps coming from the cabin as well then she hugs Minnie. 

Shuhua: I know but we can't just wait and sit around all through out the night besides Miyeon and Soyeon still hasn't showed up yet and it's starting to get very creepy and scary. 

Yuqi: Don't worry we will get out of here now and I know the plan so all we have to is--- 

Before Yuqi could tell Minnie and Shuhua about the plan in order for the three girls to escape from A, they heard the phone ring as Minnie reaches to grab her phone out from her pocket as it kept ringing. Minnie told Shuhua and Yuqi that it's a call from Miyeon and she also told them that she needs to answer it so her two best friends told her to answer it as Minnie answers it. 

Once Minnie has answered the call from Miyeon, she said "Hello" but there is no response from the other side until she hears Miyeon screaming and Soyeon also screaming as well. 

Shuhua: WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?? 

Minnie: I don't know I just heard Miyeon and Soyeon screaming in the background 

Yuqi: Give me your phone *Minnie gives Yuqi her phone* 

Yuqi: Hello?? Miyeon and Soyeon?? 

Yuqi: Are you two okay?? What is going on?? *said it in a worried tone* 

Soyeon: Hello?? Yuqi?? 

The three girls led out a relieve but they are still scared though. 

Yuqi: Where are you and Miyeon?? Is she okay?? 

Soyeon: You guys need to come quickly right now and I think something went wrong 

Soyeon: Me and Miyeon have found Soojin's old diary but out of nowhere A tried to attack us again but thank goodness we got away but Miyeon was being knocked out and I don't know why or how someone could knocked her out like that *said it in a upset tone* 

Yuqi: Soyeon we're coming okay?? 

Yuqi: We're just coming up with a plan to escape so that A wouldn't come after us again 

Soyeon: Wait where were you guys?? 

Shuhua: We don't have much time left we need to get out of here 

Yuqi: Me, Minnie and Shuhua are hiding in the basement and it's a long story but we're coming 

Soyeon: Please hurry 

Soyeon: I'm going to take Miyeon back home for me to take care of her but please hurry I'm getting scared that A is tried to get me again 

Yuqi: Soyeon we have a plan okay?? Stay hidden and stay far away as much as possible *she hanged up the call* 

Yuqi gives Minnie back her phone. 

Minnie: So what's the plan?? 

Yuqi told her two best friends about the plan. 

Once after Yuqi is done talking to them about the plan, the three girls set out some booty traps to capture A if they saw A who comes into the cabin. In fact, A is in the cabin as the girls led out a scream then they set out the booty traps as A get caught in the ropes then the girls made their way out of the cabin as they ran as fast as they can before A comes back again. As the girls keep running and never looked back, Yuqi received a text back from Soyeon on her phone. 

Soyeon: I'm back home with Miyeon but at least I knock that psycho out of here before it came onto me next 

Yuqi sent her a text back 

Yuqi: Are you okay babe?? Did you get hurt?? 

Soyeon: No I'm okay 

Soyeon: Also Yuqi I'm really sorry for not believing you before when we were best friends about when you told me that our friendship is getting toxic 

Yuqi's mind: Of course she didn't believe me before 

Yuqi's mind: When me and Soyeon were best friends, Soyeon has the nerve to not bring it out once I already told her but she just backs it down on me 

Yuqi's mind: I love her so much 

Yuqi's mind: I just wish Soyeon the best of luck to her but is it really worth it?? 

Yuqi's mind: Right before we are dating, it captures to my attention that Soyeon doesn't make a good impression that me and her were really something more than our friendship 

Yuqi's mind: She's not just my girlfriend but she's also my best friend and I missed it when we were best friends again 

Yuqi: We are on our way back home 

Yuqi: How is Miyeon?? 

Soyeon: She's okay for now it's just that she had a headache but it's a long story please hurry 

Yuqi: We're coming babe 

Minnie: We need a ride home before A comes after us again 

Shuhua: I'll just call my friend Tzuyu to get us home *pulls out her phone as she dials a number* 

Shuhua is calling Tzuyu on her phone. 

Minnie: I thought you and Tzuyu aren't friends anymore 

Shuhua: I didn't say that we're not friends anymore she's still my friend Minnie 

Tzuyu: Hello?? Shuhua?? 

Shuhua: Look I know this isn't the time but we need a ride home can you take us home?? 

Tzuyu: As much as I want to but I can't but I can get Jihyo to get you and your friends home if you don't mind 

Shuhua: Sure whatever we need to get home now thanks *she hangs up the phone* 

Yuqi received a text from A. 

Unknown: I'm still here you bitches

Unknown: I suggest you run before I'll run you over 

Yuqi gasps as she saw the texts from A. 

Yuqi: We need to go now 

The three girls ran as fast as they can as the three of them can no longer see A or see or A at all who is chasing them all throughout the night then they got a ride home from Jihyo. For about a few hours later, the three girls have arrived back home then they saw Miyeon who is lying on the couch who is still sleeping then Soyeon appears as she came up to Yuqi as she hugged her. 

Yuqi hugs her back.

Soyeon: Thank goodness that you guys are back *she also gives Minnie and Shuhua a hug* 

Minnie: Yeah no kidding after you and Miyeon left us to not survive TONIGHT *yelled at her* 

Shuhua: MINNIE 

Minnie: I'm going to bed *she went upstairs* 

Yuqi: Minnie wait *she went after Minnie but Minnie suddenly left* 

Soyeon looks like she is upset but she is starting to get mad for what Minnie just said to her because she felt like Minnie is blaming her for all of this to happen when it's not even her fault.

Shuhua: I'm so sorry 

Shuhua also went upstairs leaving Soyeon and Yuqi are still in the living room alone along with Miyeon who is still resting onto the couch and is falling asleep. 

Yuqi: She didn't mean that Soyeon 

Soyeon: But she did it makes perfect sense for her to think that 

Yuqi sighs. 

Yuqi: Soyeon---- 

Soyeon: Look can we talk in private?? *whispers into her ear* 

Yuqi: What is there to talk about?? 

Soyeon grabs her by the hand as she takes back outside of their hangout roof. 

Once Soyeon and Yuqi are at their hangout roof, the two of them starting to have a conservation for about an half an hour but then they started to argue as Soyeon shouted at her so Yuqi shouted at her back and she also push her. Yuqi said a few last words to Soyeon as she walk away leaving Soyeon in disbelief as she shouted back at Yuqi as tears starting to shed across her face. Yuqi went back inside as she went into her room as she closes the door and locks. 

Yuqi cried and cried. 

She takes a look at the picture frame as she looks at the photo of her and her best friends including Soyeon then she got onto the bed continues to cry. 

Yuqi's mind: I wish that Soyeon will truly understand me but she still doesn't gets it 

Yuqi's mind: She knew exactly what has gotten us into if she continues with her stupid acts  

Yuqi's mind: I wish that I can take back those words for what I said about Soyeon but it doesn't matter anymore 

Yuqi's mind: She's always the problem 

Yuqi's mind: She's the reason that this friendship is toxic 

Yuqi's mind: I still love her so much but is it really worth it for our relationship to continue on as her side continues to show her true colors?? 

Yuqi's mind: Why does everything have to be so complicated?? 

...... 

A little flashback: This flashback takes place from last year when the girls have made it to Somi's party 

Yuqi: Soyeon please stop you have already cause enough *tries to tell Soyeon to stop but Soyeon wouldn't listen to her* 

Ryujin: You better listen to your friend Soyeon *said it in a smirk* 

Soyeon scoffs as she chuckle. 

Soyeon: Oh shut up Crazy Jinny you don't know nothing 

Ryujin and her friends just snicker and giggle. 

Ryujin: The part when you're the reason that Soojin already feels bad about herself is because you and your pals decided to do her dirty?? 

Miyeon, Minnie and Shuhua came and this is when the real show begins as Ryujin reveals about what Soyeon and her friends have been really up to but that's when Yuqi shuts her up as she drags her out from the party while Miyeon, Minnie and Shuhua went after them. Soyeon shouted at Ryujin as Yuqi still prevents her from getting into a fight when Ryujin. Soyeon and Yuqi are outside as the two of them are arguing as three of their friends decide to stand there and watch. 

Miyeon has enough of them arguing as she told them to stop as she also walk away so Minnie and Shuhua went after her.

Yuqi and Soyeon are still arguing.

That's when Yuqi slaps her across her face as Soyeon is really really mad at her and she looks at her in disbelief because Yuqi slapped her.

Soyeon: YAH DID YOU JUST FUCKING SLAP ME?? *she yelled at Yuqi* 

Yuqi: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU RIGHT 

Yuqi: DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS FRIENDSHIP IS TOXIC AND WE ARE THE REASON THAT SOOJIN FEELS REALLY BAD ABOUT HERSELF?? 

Yuqi: SHE'S DONE EVERYTHING FOR US AND YOU TOOK IT IN THAT ADVANTAGE BECAUSE YOU STILL WOULDN'T GET
