Chapter 49: Rumors 2.0

*Also this chapter wouldn't be too long so I tried to put it all together as fast as I can*

A little Flashback: This flashback takes place when the five girls are about to perform at the concert during their tour 

The five girls are getting ready to perform at the concert while they are still on their tour. 

As their fans kept cheering for them in the background while they're waiting for them to appear on stage, Shuhua felt like there was someone is onto the back of her head as she kept hearing those unnecessary thoughts that is all in her head and she couldn't comprehend what has she been thinking about right now. In fact, all Shuhua could ever think about is Soojin the ex friend who plots her revenge to get back on those five girls and now she is no where to be seen at all after the girls have find out it was her this the entire time. Shuhua still misses her and she wouldn't get her out of her mind and it's driving her crazy. She looked at her best friends are still preparing for the concert and at Soyeon and Minnie talking and laughing. 

Shuhua stops looking as she receives a text from someone on her phone. 

As her phone led out a bing sound, Shuhua pulls out her phone and taps on the notification as she looks at the text that she receives. When she looks at the text, Shuhua tries herself not to panic but this time it let it happen as she begins to vanish her out of the backstage. The girls had about a few minutes left to start the performance and they just saw Shuhua left out of backstage so Soyeon told Miyeon, Minnie and Yuqi to stay put while she was looking for Shuhua. Miyeon, Minnie and Yuqi had no idea what is going on but they're hoping that Soyeon and Shuhua will be back any minute now because they're starting to get on stage in less than a few seconds left. 

Meanwhile Soyeon was looking for Shuhua but she hasn't find her anywhere so she send Shuhua a few texts but Shuhua hasn't responded. Just before she was about to get someone for help, Soyeon heard Shuhua crying as she look the sign that says "closet". Soyeon opens the door as she went into the closet as she saw Shuhua crying and she almost had her little panic attack. 

Once Soyeon went into the closet, she tries to get Shuhua to calm down but Shuhua is still crying as she almost about to freak out when she saw Soyeon and also yelled at her. 

Soyeon stays right by her side until Shuhua can get herself to calm down. 

Soyeon: Shuhua look at me okay?? *she told her* 

Soyeon: You have to calm down darling 

Shuhua still isn't having it as she kept on sobbing right into Soyeon's shirt. 

Shuhua isn't looking at her as she is covering her eyes then Soyeon lift her by the chin softly to make her look at her right directly in front of her eyes. 

Soyeon: Shuhua follow my lead okay?? This is exactly what I just taught you if you are feeling like you are starting to become to stress or anything that comes up in your mind, then you need to know how to empty it out and not letting get inside of you. 

Soyeon: Okay?? 

Shuhua nodded. 

Soyeon: Just closes your eyes, mediate and know how to empty your mind 

Soyeon: I'll be right with you until the end but after that we need to go to do our performance 

Shuhua closes her eyes as she begins to mediate for about more than a few seconds and a half as she starting to let herself lose as she starting to empty things out of her mind in order for her to stay calm and not getting stressed out on anything else. Soyeon held her hands as Shuhua continues to mediate then once after Shuhua is done mediating she opens her eyes and looked at Soyeon directly in her eyes. Then she hugged her as she thanked Soyeon for helping her and always stayed with her right by her side whenever she needs her the most. 

Soyeon hugs her back as she patted her on the back. 

Shuhua: Thank you *tears still shed across her face* 

Soyeon: I'm always here Shushu *still hugging her* 

Soyeon: Btw we need to go right now Miyeon, Minnie and Yuqi are waiting for us so we can do our performance in our concert 

Before Soyeon begins to walk out of the door from the closet, Shuhua quickly closes the door as she quickly pulls out her phone and shows her the text that she receives from Soojin. 

Soojin: Good luck living your best life while you can 

Soojin: Also I can't wait to see you again like about in a another year or not my precious Shuhua 

Now Shuhua is starting to freak out as Soyeon told her to cool it down before Shuhua is really starting to lose it now since Soojin just texted her in about 30 seconds. 

Shuhua: What should I do Soyeon?? *asked her* 

Shuhua: I promise myself that I will just forget about her but I can't stop thinking about her every second of it when she has been inside of my mind lately. Especially that we find out that she was A and everything that she has done to us, I can't just go back just so I can meet her and acted like nothing happened. You said so yourself that we need to get over her and that is exactly what am I trying to do Soyeon and I am so sorry that I haven't told you before since we are almost about to make our last moment of our lives together as best friends. 

Soyeon felt a little bit of speechless. 

In fact, she almost about to cry but she didn't so she went towards Shuhua and hugged her tightly then she just stop hugging her as Shuhua looked back at her with a slightly bit of gleam that shine appear right into her eyes that connected to Soyeon's. Soyeon told her to snap out off it as she simply told her to just forget about Soojin because she is no longer here anymore. 

Soyeon: Like I said before Shuhua you need to get over Soojin *she whispers inside of Shuhua's ear* 

Soyeon: You need to forget about her *whisper into Shuhua's ear* 

Shuhua: But how?? 

Soyeon scoffed as she just gives her the "I simply just told you over and over again" look on her face as she held her hands onto Shuhua's shoulders. 

Soyeon: Give me your phone 

Shuhua looks at her confused. 

Shuhua: But why do you need my----

Soyeon: Just give me your phone *shouted a little* 

Shuhua just gives Soyeon her phone as Soyeon begin to type something right into the contact to Soojin then she just blocked Soojin off of the contact as she gives Shuhua back her phone. Then Soyeon send her something on her phone as Shuhua quickly receives it as she looked directly at her. 

Soyeon: There you're welcome now that you saw it already just let it go 

Shuhua: But--- 

Soyeon: Just let it go Shuhua okay?? Soojin isn't going to contact you again anymore now we need to go before we're about to be caught by our manager now come on 

Shuhua: Thank you Soyeon 

Soyeon gives her a small smile.

Then Shuhua and Soyeon are out of the closet as they're heading back to the backstage. 

The five girls are heading to the stage as the crowd of their fans still cheering for them as they are getting ready to do the performance at the concert. 

End of Flashback

Present 

It's still the same day 

Minnie and Yuqi are still playing a game while Miyeon stares off into the ceiling as she is starting to get bored after her two best friends kept on playing a game. Come to think of it, Miyeon can't stop thinking about the connection that she had with Soyeon right out of her mind and it's like she is being surrounded by the siren calls of the mermaid who called her at night. Miyeon needs to talk to Minnie alone about the kiss when she and her shared a few nights ago when the girls have celebrated Hitch Day. Miyeon wonders to herself if she has found someone who willing to do anything special for her just for her to be happy and she'll always be with that person no matter what the shape or form is she is lucky to be with someone who can only show some bravery and courage that she had inside of her. It doesn't matter the destiny of it because no matter what Miyeon has tried to follow her passion, it doesn't always turns up good and that's what things happens around her all at once. 

As far as she really considered about the kind of passion that she had, Miyeon goes through at her phone as those rumors is starting to be spread again. This isn't the first time when someone had put out those rumors about the girls and Miyeon couldn't seem to stop thinking about it because it affects her most of the time and sometimes it scares her. Including the rumors that is about Soojin and Miyeon couldn't resist but to almost about to shed some tears across her face. 

As Miyeon is still seeing those rumors that is being spread on her phone, Minnie cheered as she just won the game that she litreally beat Yuqi in a game as Yuqi started to get upset. Then Minnie does her dance and she is starting to tease Yuqi as well. 

Minnie: HAHAHA I WIN AND YOU LOST SUCKER *she laughed as she continues to cheer and dance* 

Yuqi pouted and groan. 

Yuqi: Ugh IT'S NOT FAIR 

Yuqi: It's obvious that you cheated it CHEATER 

Minnie laughed. 

Minnie: Expect that I didn't cheat this time Yuqi 

Minnie: Aww my poor little Woogie lost the game come here my little Woogie *said it in a baby voice as she hugs Yuqi* 

Yuqi faked her crying. 

Yuqi: Stop it and it's not funny 

Minnie giggled. 

Then Yuqi gives her a hug back. 

Yuqi: I just hope that Miyeon will beat you in this next level of a game next Minnie because I know how much you hate playing harder levels *said it as she starts to tease Minnie as well* 

Minnie: Pfft as if is impossible for Miyeon to compete against me in the game also let's see how Miyeon will react or say about it 

Yuqi: Yeah yeah whatever

Minnie: Hey Miyeon Yuqi wants you to compete me in the next level of the game next since she thinks that I wouldn't handle playing harder levels *looks over at Yuqi as Yuqi sticks her tongue her out* 

Both Minnie and Yuqi sticks their tongue out. 

Minnie saw Miyeon goes through her phone as she is starting to get upset so Miyeon turns off her phone as Minnie went towards her as she sits right next to her and gives her a small hug. 

Minnie: Are you okay Miyeon?? 

Miyeon sighs. 

Minnie: What's wrong?? *asked her* 

Miyeon: Can we talk Minnie alone in private?? 

Minnie: But we just about to---- 

Yuqi: Anyways I should be heading somewhere are you two coming with me or you have any other plans?? *asked Miyeon and Minnie* 

Miyeon and Minnie just looked at each other as they shook their head. 

Yuqi: Okay see ya losers later *about to head out of the door* 

Minnie: Hey where are you going?? *asked her* 

Yuqi: I don't know probably laying onto the fields filled with dandelions just to smell some strawberry breeze so I wouldn't even have to think about those rumors again 

Miyeon's mind: Did Yuqi saw or hear those rumors too??

Minnie's mind: What rumors?? What is Yuqi even talking about anyways?? 

Yuqi's mind: Yup those rumors are being spread again about us and I don't even know what is going to happen to us next 

Yuqi's mind: Does this mean A starting to spread those rumors and lies about us as well?? 

Miyeon: Minnie can we please talk?? Please 

Minnie sighs. 

Minnie: Okay let's go talk in private then 

Miyeon: Btw Yuqi make sure to keep an eye on Soyeon for me 

Yuqi looks at her confused. 

Yuqi: Why?? 

Yuqi: Did something happened to her Miyeon?? *she asked her* 

Miyeon: No no nothing happened 

Miyeon: But all I know is.... *sighs*

Miyeon: I'm starting to get worried about her and I just know that Soyeon is hiding something from me so please let me know if Soyeon starting to get some suspicious or she is trying to do something without me noticing. 

Yuqi: Okay I will 

Miyeon gives her a small smile. 

Miyeon: Thanks Yuqi 

Yuqi gives her a small smile as well. 

Minnie is starting to get impatient as she clears her throat to alert Miyeon since that she is getting tired of waiting and Minnie just wants to talk to her in private too. 

Minnie: Hello?? We need to go *said it in a whisper* 

Miyeon: Oh... yeah right 

Miyeon: We're heading out Yuqi *she told her* 

Yuqi: Okay I see you losers later 

Miyeon and Minnie laugh as the two of them made their way out of the door. Once the two of them went out of the house, Miyeon and Minnie started to walk together just for a bit to get some fresh air as they talked a little bit then they're heading towards the bench. So the two of them went over to the bench as the two girls begin to sit together as they just looking up at the sky with the birds tweeting and the clouds appears to shield over their heads as it starts to turn a bit of a gray right in the sky. 

Miyeon and Minnie didn't say anything as they're just looking around but now they're getting a bit bored. 

Minnie: So are we just going to talk or what?? 

Miyeon: I thought you were going to talk to me first *she protested* 

Minnie gives her the "But you just say that you want to talk to me alone in private" look on her face as she just crossed her arms and looked at Miyeon with narrow in her eyes. 

Minnie: But you just say that you wanted to talk in private and now you are just starting to change your mind because I said so myself?? *said it in a annoying tone* 

Miyeon: What?? 

Miyeon: Minnie I didn't say that 

Minnie scoffed. 

Minnie: Well simply you just did gosh what have you been doing all this time nowadays?? 

Miyeon sighed. 

Miyeon cuts it off right now because she doesn't want to start a fight with Minnie so she tells her to calm down as Minnie just sighed as she not looking directly at Miyeon. Miyeon told her that she is sorry and that she really wants to talk to her about something important before it's about to become into another problem and Miyeon wouldn't like that at all.

Miyeon: I'm sorry Minnie 

Miyeon: I don't know what is wrong with me these days 

Minnie sighed as she wrap her arm around her. 

Minnie: Miyeon there is nothing wrong with you okay?? I should be the one who is saying sorry because I started to become very cranky towards you 

Miyeon: Minnie it's okay you haven't done anything wrong 

Miyeon: Also do you remember the night when we kissed and A send us the photo of us kissed right when we celebrated Hitch Day?? 

Minnie gulped. 

In fact, Minnie just sits there in froze and she doesn't know what to say because she doesn't want her to be upset so Minnie told her that she doesn't remember the night when she and her kissed. It's not just that they were both drunk so it's a bit of hard for them to remember from that night and they don't know how A had gotten the photo of them kissed. Miyeon also told her that she doesn't remember from the night either. As the two of them kept talking about it and trying to understand their side of the story but then it turns into a fight. Miyeon and Minnie started to fight as Minnie tries to be reasoning with Miyeon but she yelled at her and told her to stay away and also told her to get out of her face. 

Minnie started to get mad as she also yelled at Miyeon then she just slap her across her face. 

Miyeon hold onto the side of her right cheek when Minnie slapped her as she looked at her in shocked as she almost about to cry. Now Minnie felt bad because she slapped Miyeon and she just hurt her feelings so Miyeon tried to walk away but Minnie catches up to her as she grabs her by the arm not letting Miyeon go. 

Minnie: I'm so sorry Miyeon 

Minnie: I'm so sorry please hear me out just for once Miyeon *she begged her* 

Miyeon yank her out of the grip as she not looking directly at her. 

Minnie: Miyeon please---- 

Miyeon: GET THE HELL AWAY FROM *she yelled at her* 

Miyeon: I thought that you wouldn't do anything something so selfish of you that I simply told you multiple times that I'm not ready for another relationship and we always be best friends forever because I don't want it to affect our friendship but you just to ruined it. 

Miyeon: You ruined it by letting A find out and THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT 

Minnie is really mad at her. 

Minnie: MY FAULT?? YOU ACTED LIKE IT WASEN'T A BIG DEAL WHEN YOU SAID THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WITH ME EVEN IF WE'RE NOT TOGETHER 

Minnie: SOMEBODY ELSE IS TRYING TO GET US INTO A FIGHT 

Miyeon scoffs. 

Minnie: DON'T YOU SEE YOURSELF MIYEON?? 

Miyeon: THAT WAS BEFORE WHEN WE FIRST KISSED MINNIE GOD YOU ARE SUCH A SELFISH PERSON WHO CARES ABOUT NOBODY ELSE BUT YOURSELF 

Miyeon: MAYBE WE JUST AREN'T MEANT TO BE TOGETHER AT ALL 

Minnie: MIYEON 

After that, Miyeon walked away leaving Minnie standing there as she called out her name then she is starting to burst into tears then she receives a text from A on her phone. 

Unknown: Congratulations Minnie 

Unknown: You earned yourself the worst friend ever award and there is much more surprises left that you need to be reminded 

*It also send out the document* 

Unknown: At least nobody hasn't find out the real reason behind the causes between you and Soojin anyways.... FOR NOW 

Unknown: Don't worry Minnie 

Unknown: There will always be rumors everywhere 

After she just read the texts that she receives from A, Minnie screams as she turns off her phone then she quickly started to walk away as she is heading to her friend's house to stay there just for a bit before she is almost on her way back to her house.

Several hours later 

It's night out

The girls are gathering around for a meeting but Minnie isn't back home yet. 

Soyeon has even sending Minnie text messages and she called her as well but there is no response back from Minnie as Soyeon is started to get tired of waiting and she doesn't have time for be waiting for Minnie all night long. Minnie still haven't returned back home after
